    Second stay

    This was my second stay. I stayed to watch a baseball game, so it is a little far from ZOZO Marine Stadium. It’s great that Route Inn’s system lets you check availability from your Room for the large public bath, the breakfast venue, and even the coin laundry. The breakfast isn’t elaborate, but everything is delicious. The front desk and dining staff are all efficient and kind, making this a comfortable and satisfying Accommodation.

    I had a pleasant stay at this Hotel with clean Rooms and a large public bath. Breakfast was included, the value for money was great, and I was very satisfied. Since there are affiliated Hotels in other regions as well, I’d like to try them too.

    Types of Amenities

    I stayed here in mid-January and had a very pleasant experience with no major complaints. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and was very delicious. Since I haven't used Route Inn much before, this might just be my lack of knowledge, but I noticed there were no lotion or toner among the amenities, which was slightly inconvenient.

    It was comfortable.

    Coffee is self-serve and unlimited, with plenty of amenities provided. The Room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained overall. The bath area was large and included a sauna (no cold bath), and you could check the crowd status from your Room to use it during less busy times. All the staff were friendly, making for a pleasant stay.

    Used for an event at Makuhari Messe.

    It takes a bit of walking from the station, but it's easy to find as you just walk in an L-shaped straight line. Despite being during the Obon holiday period, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. The room and bath were clean and excellent. Perhaps because I used the bath early when it was empty, the sauna floor and chairs were extremely hot—almost burning—but since I'm not familiar with saunas, I wasn't sure what to do and left quickly. That part is why I'd rate it 4 stars. The sofa and table in the room were perfect for working on my computer. I also appreciated that there were outlets exactly where I needed them by the table and bedside. Breakfast didn't have a wide variety of side dishes, but considering the accommodation cost, they are making incredible efforts. Both rice and bread were delicious. If I visit near Makuhari again, I'd like to stay here again; moreover, for trips or events elsewhere, I'd consider using Route Inn hotels again as well!

    Second stay.

    The front desk staff provided excellent service this time. Check-in was pleasant, and the Room had a view of Chiba City, which was different from last time and very nice. Rooms on the opposite side face smoke coming out of chimneys in the morning, so this view was preferable. I didn’t use the public bath, so I can’t evaluate it, but both the bathtub and shower in the Room had strong water pressure and were clean with no issues. This time, I visited Nagomi, an izakaya-style restaurant on the first floor. The all-you-can-drink option for 60 minutes at 1,300 yen paired well with dishes like assorted yakitori; it was spacious and relaxing. Breakfast didn’t have a large variety of items but was perfectly fine overall. Personally, having yogurt or fruit for breakfast would have been nice. I will definitely stay here again!

    Always clean and well-maintained, the facility offers a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. The air inside is clear, making it pleasant to stay. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and efficient in their responses during check-in or inquiries. A welcome coffee service near the front desk is a nice touch. It's also convenient that you can check the crowd status of the bath and breakfast area on the TV. The baths are clean and inviting, making it easy to relax for an extended soak. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes to suit different tastes; personally, I enjoy the dashi chazuke every time I visit. Additionally, with plenty of elevators available, there’s no stress from waiting too long. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add non-alcoholic beer or ice cream options in the vending machines. Overall, I look forward to staying here again!

    The Room is spacious...

    The Room is spacious with a large bed, a two-seater sofa, and a long table. It includes a large public bath, breakfast, smartphone charger rental, and even the morning newspaper at this price! I had a very comfortable stay. The station is also nearby, and I will use it again next time. Thank you very much.

    Great value for money

    This was my second time using the service. Although it is positioned as a Business Hotel, the interior is still new, so everything is clean and comfortable to use. The amenities for children are also well-equipped, and the staff, including those at the front desk and in charge of meals, are courteous and friendly, making for a pleasant departure. It's also GOOD that the large public bath is available until late at night. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity!
