    What caught my attention this time

    Thank you for your continued support. All of my Accommodations on this trip were in the Via Inn group. Because of the low rate and my travel schedule, I stayed at Iidabashi for just one night. Iidabashi has become almost my regular Accommodation, but this time I noticed that when lying in bed, airflow from the air conditioner or ventilation blows directly onto my throat and nose due to the Room layout, and since staying at Iidabashi my throat has not felt well. Even in the middle of summer, I tried turning off the air conditioner, but it didn’t help. The Room layout itself seems exactly the same as Rooms I have stayed in many times before and never found bothersome; however, the Room photos on the Reservation screen appear to show a slightly different layout, so I wondered if there are Rooms with a different setup. I would like to stay again during exam season as well, so I hope you can improve this. Another thing I noticed compared with other locations is that it feels slightly far from the station—crossing Sotobori-dori is more tiring than expected. The desk is large and easy to use, amenities are well stocked, Wi‑Fi works at other Via Inn properties once set up once, the staff will handle check-in even if you don’t use the self check-in machine, and having an Inageya next door makes Iidabashi very convenient. I will stay with you again.

    Front Desk Service

    This was my first time staying here. The Room was very clean. However, I was concerned that the man at the front desk did not say “Welcome” or even “Thank you.” On departure, I asked them to call a taxi and intended to pay the fee, but I was told to pay the pickup charge to the driver. I understand that. I meant the phone charge for calling the taxi… Is this just how Business Hotels are these days?

    Very satisfied

    It was a double Room, but it was very spacious for this price. The amenities were also satisfying. Both the coffee and Darjeeling tea were delicious. It’s about a 5-minute walk from Iidabashi, which is close enough. It was a shame I couldn’t have breakfast in the morning, but I bought some bread at a convenience store the day before. I really should have had breakfast on the 10th floor. However, there was no breakfast-included option when making my Reservation, so I had to book without breakfast—this was truly disappointing. The cost was heavily discounted, and getting this price in Iidabashi—especially for a double Room (used by one person)—was great. The front desk staff were also refreshingly pleasant. When I asked if there was a Western-style restaurant, their reply of “You should be fine near the station” was just okay; they probably thought I was an odd guest. In the end, the Room felt roomy and comfortable, which made for a very good stay.

    The breakfast buffet was delicious. Everything was tasty, including rice, side dishes, bread, croissants, and pudding. There was an Inageya supermarket next door, which was convenient.

    Satisfied with everything except access

    The room was equipped with a Panasonic garment steamer and a deodorizing hanger, which were very convenient. Although the hanger initially showed an error and couldn't be used, the front desk promptly replaced it. However, the location was farther from any station than expected, and the nearest subway exit only had stairs, making it quite challenging if you're carrying a suitcase. Please consider this when making your reservation. That said, the price was reasonable, the room was user-friendly, and the staff's service was excellent overall.

    Convenient.

    Just a little over a 5-minute walk from Iidabashi Station East Exit. Conveniently located next to Inageya in the same building. The room was clean and comfortable. The price range was reasonable, and I had a satisfying stay. I would like to use it again.

    I had an urgent matt...

    I had an urgent matter near Tokyo Dome City and stayed here. It was relatively more affordable than other nearby hotels, yet it was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. I think the quality is quite high for a Business Hotel. Thank you very much!

    I had a relaxing time.

    Stayed here multiple times. This time, I chose a room without specifying the type, and ended up with a Deluxe Twin, which was excellent. The bathroom and washroom were separate, and it even had a washing area, which I used many times. The sofa was vinyl, so it’s easy to clean (though this might depend on personal preference). Despite being on the road side, it was quiet and very relaxing.

    I used this Hotel fo...

    I used this Hotel for a Tokyo Dome live event. Since I made the Reservation just a week in advance, I was glad there were still rooms available, though the price felt slightly higher. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable to stay in. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Dome, which is totally manageable. There’s also a supermarket next door and a microwave in the Hotel, which was very convenient. It’s an excellent choice when attending events at the Dome. The handwritten directions and comments were especially heartwarming for fans!

    The accommodation cost for business trips to Tokyo has been rising in recent years, but I was pleased with this hotel's reasonable pricing. The facility offers services comparable to other hotels, and the room size is excellent. I highly recommend checking the reservation availability when planning your next business trip.

    Clean & Great Location

    The lobby is sophisticated and leaves a great impression upon entry. There is a relaxing space available even before check-in, where some guests hold meetings. The entrance has the vibe of a stylish city Hotel rather than a business hotel. Highlights: Women's amenities (such as lotion and emulsion) and drip coffee are available in the lobby for guests to take as needed. App members may enjoy early check-in from 2 PM depending on coupon availability. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is an Inageya supermarket next door, which is very convenient. The Room, though compact, is well-designed for ease of use. Hair irons (limited quantity) are available for loan. Downsides: The toilet paper holder design is inconvenient to use. The bed feels narrow, and there’s only one type of pillow (which didn’t suit me). While the official app was recommended, I found the official website difficult to navigate, with prices appearing more affordable here. Overall rating: I would definitely stay again! Depending on timing, you can book at very reasonable rates. The Hotel overall is clean and leaves a positive impression.

    More than worth the price.

    The Room and the entire Hotel were cleaner and newer than expected, making my stay very comfortable. It is not far from the station, and I would love to stay here again next time.

    It was a clean and comfortable Hotel.

    I chose to stay at the JR West Group VIA INN because I had previously stayed at their hotel in Higashi-Ginza, where I experienced excellent service and clean rooms. This was my first stay at this accommodation, but I made the reservation with confidence based on my past experience. As expected, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, my stay was short, so I couldn't fully evaluate all aspects of the accommodation. Therefore, I rated it a 4 out of 5. If I have another meeting or event near Iidabashi in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again.

    The room was compact...

    The room was compact yet user-friendly. The bathroom had a washing area, and soaking in the bathtub was very relaxing for my tired body. It was within walking distance of Tokyo Dome, which was convenient. There is also a supermarket next door. I would like to stay at this hotel again if there is another event.

    I used this accommod...

    I used this accommodation for a concert at Tokyo Dome. It was within walking distance from the Dome, and the route was easy to follow. It is also close to Iidabashi Station, so I would like to stay here again for future concerts. The breakfast was delicious, but during a Multiple Night Stay, it was the same every day; I wish they could change the menu a bit. The Room was clean and comfortable.

    Multiple Night Stay

    It was about a 5-minute walk from Iidabashi Station on the Tozai Line, and there were convenience stores like FamilyMart along the way, which was very convenient. The Room and the facilities were clean, and the amenities were plentiful. The Room faced a highway, but it was quiet and comfortable. I’d like to stay again!

    Very clean Room, courteous service, and very satisfying.

    I used the Hotel as I had an early morning appointment in Ochanomizu the next day. My flight to Haneda was delayed by over an hour, causing a significant delay in my arrival at the Hotel. After arriving at Haneda Airport, I called to inform them, and their polite assistance, including directions, was very helpful and appreciated. They upgraded my Room from the original Reservation, allowing me to relax and recover comfortably. As someone sensitive to odors, I was pleased with their odor management. The humidifying air purifier provided added comfort during my stay. The high water pressure of the shower was also a plus. I would love to use this Hotel again!

    Business trip accommodation use

    The Hotel and the room were very clean and comfortable. The inclusion of a garment steamer and deodorizer in the room was very convenient. If I may add, the pillow height did not suit me personally, so having an additional pillow would have made for a more comfortable sleep. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would love to stay again if given the opportunity. Thank you very much!

    I used it for the ex...

    I used it for the exam. I think I made a reservation in autumn for a different period than planned. I couldn't get a twin room, so I booked a double room. Since both my daughter and I are small, it wasn't too stressful. The bath was clean, and having the Inageya supermarket next door was convenient.

    It was my second time using it, and it was great.

    The Room was very quiet, and I was able to sleep soundly. The bed is away from the bathroom, so you won't be bothered by the sound of the ventilation system at night. I am not fond of motor sounds in the Room, so that was my favorite part (sound is a personal perception). The supermarket next door is also open relatively late, which I find convenient.

    Cleaning Staff

    The Hotel was quite clean and the location was perfect, but there was one very unpleasant incident. When I was going out, I unexpectedly met a cleaning lady and greeted her, but she completely ignored me. Later, when two men brought towels, one of them nodded, but the other passed by without even making eye contact. It is indeed a budget Hotel, but is this how it is supposed to be? I was surprised as this was my first experience like this. Before talking about customer service, how is this acceptable as a person? It was very unpleasant.

    Conveniently located near Iidabashi Station.

    It was convenient as it was close to Iidabashi Station. The breakfast buffet had a moderate variety and was sufficient. I think it would be even better if there were some fruits. The room was good, but the toilet area felt a bit cramped for someone of a larger build. Overall, I thought it was good, so I would like to use it again.
