    The property was clean, and the facilities were great.

    As it’s new, it was clean and the Facility was great. However, it was inconvenient that I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone. I left something behind and had to communicate by email. I was able to go there in person and retrieve it safely.

    The building and Room are new and clean.

    Conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station, with a new building and clean, comfortable Room. As it is on the back side of Nagoya Station, the area still retains an atmosphere reminiscent of the old red-light district nearby. Meieki ESCA is close by, so you can enjoy Nagoya’s famous morning set meals and miso nikomi udon.

    Close to the station

    Close to the station, but some issues need improvement. Towels are not brought to the room. Additional charges apply for towels from the second one onward. The room and bathroom are small. More space is needed to open suitcases. Amenities are insufficient, and restocking is slow; items like individually packaged coffee were sometimes empty. For solo female guests, rooms near the elevator should be avoided as it can feel unsafe. This applies not only to young women but also older women—please consider this when assigning rooms (likely decided by night front staff). It would be great if there were a Seijo Ishii store (preferably 24-hour) and a 100-yen shop on the hotel’s first floor. A rotating hair dryer rental would also be appreciated. Guests who bathe before and after going out require more towels; additional towels should ideally be free of charge. The Accommodation Fee does not match the level of service provided. A pleasant-scented bath additive would enhance comfort, while a larger refrigerator is necessary as large bottles cannot fit in the current one. Adding a safety box and radio in rooms would make everything perfect!

    Highly satisfied.

    The Room was so clean that it completely changed my image of a Business Hotel! I was a bit nervous using it for the first time, but it was so clean that I felt at ease. Not only the Room but also the hallways and elevator area were free from any unpleasant odors, making it very comfortable. However, when I looked up at the mirror above the sink right after entering, I noticed someone else's hair stuck there, which was unpleasant... Also, there seemed to be some dust on the bathroom ventilation fan, which was a bit disappointing. The amenity system where you can take only what you need is fantastic. Next time, I think I'll choose a Room with separate toilet and bath! I look forward to staying again. Thank you very much!

    Beautiful Hotel

    The Facility is clean and well-maintained. While a large public bath would be ideal, the bathroom is clean and relatively spacious, so it was not an issue. I did not use the breakfast service, but the underground Eska shopping area has cafes open from 7 AM, which I opted for instead. It was perfect as I didn't want to eat too much.

    Close to Nagoya Station with excellent access. The staff were kind and very pleasant. For families with children, having a separate bath and toilet was very convenient and comfortable. Ideally, it would have been even better if the sink and toilet were also separate, as having them together was slightly inconvenient. Breakfast was delicious, featuring many local specialties from Nagoya, which was delightful. However, the behavior of some ill-mannered foreign tourists often caused unpleasant experiences. It’s unfortunate because the Hotel itself is excellent.

    It was a quiet and comfortable Hotel. Very pleasant stay. Although it was close to the station, I couldn't find it and ended up taking a long detour. It would be helpful if you could include a simple map on your website.

    I stay here every year during this season.

    I think it's a good Hotel with no particular issues. If I had to mention something, it would be that there was no variety in breakfast during my 3-day Multiple Night Stay.

    This is an excellent Hotel.

    As a Business Hotel, it is excellent. It is close to the station and offers good service. However, I personally evaluate accommodations based on items like toothbrushes and razors. The toothpaste provided with the toothbrush is insufficient (the toothbrush itself is standard). It’s convenient that these items are available near the elevator for unlimited use, but having more toothpaste would mean not needing to take two at a time. The razor is excellent without any complaints (this is my personal opinion). I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya. This Hotel can also be recommended to acquaintances.

    Quiet and relaxing

    The front desk service was excellent, and the complimentary drinks were plentiful. Despite being close to the station, it was quiet. The bathroom was separate, allowing for a relaxing bath to relieve fatigue.

    I actually made a mistake.

    This was my first time using this accommodation. I intended to book a stay near Nagoya Shinkansen Exit for an acquaintance, but when I arrived at the Shinkansen Exit, the staff quickly informed me that it was not the correct location and kindly guided me to the right place. The front desk staff were very polite, and the room was spacious enough. The soft wallpaper next to the bed felt comfortable when touched during the night, allowing for a pleasant sleep. Although I live in Nagoya, I think I'll use this accommodation again if it's late at night or if I have an early start the next day. Thank you very much!

    Business Hotel Near the Station

    I stayed here because I liked the Via Inn in Kanazawa, but it was just an ordinary Business Hotel.

    Satisfied.

    A relatively spacious Room for the price, with a sofa, made for a comfortable stay. The bed was also very comfortable. Conveniently located near the station. The surrounding area is a nightlife district, which might explain the reasonable pricing. The staff kindly stored our luggage, which was very helpful. It’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again if given the chance.

    Clean and Nice Hotel

    Very quiet, with no noise from the hallways around, and no sound of water from the bathroom or toilet—this Hotel was a rare find! It was conveniently located near the station, but I was slightly bothered by the row of lively bars between the station and the Hotel.

    Conveniently located near the station

    The bath area and the bathtub were separate, allowing for a relaxing experience. It would have been even better if cleansing products and lotion were included in the amenities. They kindly stored our luggage upon departure, saving us from becoming locker-less at the station. Hotels near stations are very convenient in such situations.

    It was my first stay...

    It was my first stay, but the front desk service was excellent, from storing luggage before check-in to after check-out. The Room was small but very clean, and the compact bathroom was comfortable to use, leaving me very satisfied. As expected when choosing this Hotel, the bed and linens were truly clean. I will definitely stay at this Hotel again when visiting Nagoya.

    We chose this place for its cost performance and stayed for two nights with six friends. The accommodation was clean, and the beds were made on the second day as well, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. My rating: ① Dissatisfied ② Slightly dissatisfied ③ Neutral ④ Slightly satisfied ⑤ Satisfied The satisfaction level was offset by the cost performance, resulting in a score of 5. Also, the recommended "Furaibo" at the back was delicious.

    I used it for the first time. I chose this place because it was cheap among hotels with separate bath and toilet. Recently, many hotels have a style where you take only the necessary amenities to your room, but I was relieved to find items like body towels, which are not often available, here. However, I was glad I brought my own brush as it costs 100 yen here. Razors are also priced at 100 yen. There are no skincare amenities. Other amenities included coffee, tea, and two types of toothbrushes. The room was neat and gave a clean impression. The bathroom was also cleaned well. However, there was a long hair on the bed that was not our length, which made us feel uncomfortable. Other than that, we were able to use the room without any particular problems.

    I attended a concert...

    I attended a concert and had to take an early morning Shinkansen for work the next day, so I stayed at a Business Hotel near the station for a Multiple Night Stay. The room was clean, the amenities were adequate, and the staff provided courteous service, which left a good impression. Although there were some concerns with the facilities and meals, I believe these are within personal tolerance levels, and overall, I was able to stay comfortably without any excess or discomfort, so I rated my satisfaction as "5". I plan to stay again if I visit Nagoya. Here are the concerns I noted, but they are within my personal tolerance: - The shower was fine, but the water pressure for the washlet and sink seemed quite low (weak). Even when setting the washlet to strong on the panel, there was little change, and water leaked from the side of the nozzle when the switch was turned on, which made me think it might be broken. The water pressure on the sink side was also low, and there was a strange noise while water was running when operating the faucet handle. - Nagoya is known for its morning meals, so I originally planned to eat out, but due to a cold wave causing transportation disruptions and delays, I ended up having breakfast at the hotel. The price was higher than a morning meal at a café, but it seemed reasonable for a Business Hotel. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes, and I enjoyed the rice and Danish bread from a famous Kyoto shop. The disappointment was the Nagoya oden; while the miso was well-infused and tasted great, the ingredients were too small—I only realized it was daikon after eating it. The konjac had a tough texture, possibly because it had been sitting for a while. It was really disappointing because the kishimen, another Nagoya specialty, was prepared with hot water for boiling and was delicious, making the good taste of the oden even more regrettable.

    Comfortable Hotel

    I made a reservation for a twin room with a separate bath. The bed was comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. It is also conveniently located near the Shinkansen exit, with a convenience store on the way to the hotel. The price is reasonable as well. However, it might be even better if there were skincare amenities available for men, as well as women, since many men use them nowadays.
