    We stayed with a preschool-aged child, and thanks to your kind hospitality, we had a very comfortable stay. I’ve liked Daiwa Roynet since my days as an office worker and have stayed at your properties in many places across the whole country. Even with a different brand, the same sense of cleanliness remained, and the spacious Room and bathroom were excellent. The service was also wonderful, and it helped us recover from the fatigue of traveling with a child. Thank you for arranging the bed layout and for preparing extra pillows and bath towels. The shoes-off style was also very helpful when traveling with a child. I would love to stay again on our next trip.

    Wonderful hospitality.

    While many properties these days offer disappointing service, the staff here were truly welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. The Room was also clean.

    It was comfortable.

    The clean and spacious Room provided a comfortable stay. The bathroom was large, and being able to relax without shoes was a great touch. It was also very quiet with no outside noise. However, it was a bit disappointing that opening the window only revealed the neighboring building.

    Stay with Your Beloved Dog

    This was our first trip to Kansai with our beloved dog. Our top priority was ensuring our dog could relax, and we were very satisfied with the Room. Even though it was a new environment, our dog seemed completely at ease. As for the breakfast buffet, there is room for improvement. It felt almost identical to the lunch buffet and lacked nutritional balance and a distinct breakfast feel. If lunch is priced at 1,300 yen and breakfast at 2,200 yen, please consider adding more breakfast-specific menu items.

    When I turned on the...

    When I turned on the faucet for the bathtub in the room, multiple residues resembling grime came out. Looking around, I noticed hair on the floor and mold in the corners, making it a less-than-clean bathroom. Although I was very tired and wanted to soak in the tub, I gave up and only used the shower. It was raining when I arrived, but a female staff member who assisted me at that time left a great impression by providing a towel to wipe not only my checked luggage but also my hand-carried items. While the staff's service was excellent, it was disappointing that the room did not meet expectations.

    Overall, it was good.

    The location was convenient, and the service was excellent. There was free coffee in the lobby, which I used several times. The bath facilities were also very nice! I used the gym, but I was surprised that there was only one set of rental wear available. It would be great if more sets could be provided. The bed was firm, so I didn’t sleep very well.

    First Stay

    I had previously used other Roynet Hotels during my business trips to Osaka, but this was my first time staying here due to lack of availability. The location and facilities left a very good impression. However, the only concern I had was that the comment I wrote during the accommodation reservation was neither acknowledged nor addressed at check-in.

    【Good Points】 - The service from the male staff in their 40s to 50s was excellent - The Room was larger than expected - The Room was cleaner than expected 【Bad Points】 - The female staff in their 40s was really poor - There were many Chinese people, and the breakfast venue was full of noisy eaters I used this place while traveling around the Kansai region for about 14 days. I stayed for two nights just to go to USJ, as there weren't any particular places I wanted to visit in Osaka. I was traveling with a dog and a baby, and the male staff in their 40s to 50s with high hospitality was very impressive. On the other hand, the service from the female staff at the front desk in their 40s was really terrible, and the Chinese staff next to her was more decent...

    It was comfortable. Thank you. It would be great if the lounge were more well-equipped. Since Osaka Tenmangu Shrine and Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street are nearby, having real-time information about them would be helpful.

    A hotel with a sense of cleanliness

    Overall, it was a clean and comfortable Hotel. The bathroom felt a bit small. Since there is no chair in the bath, if you want to sit, you have to sit on the floor or in the bathtub.
