    The most revisited Hotel in Ginza

    I occasionally stay at hotels in the Ginza area, but this stay was the most satisfying so far. The price range of around 40,000 yen is just right for Ginza—not too expensive or too cheap. The flow from the entrance to the room was smooth, and the large public bath was spacious, clean, and well-designed with a great sense of style throughout. Additionally, the fragrance inside the elevator was very pleasant—it made me curious about which brand's scent was being used because it smelled wonderful. What stood out most was how staff handled a situation when I accidentally left my ring in a locker at the public bath. Despite it being after closing hours, a front desk staff member kindly and promptly searched for it and helped me recover it—I am truly grateful for their assistance. Among all my stays in Ginza accommodations so far, this hotel has been my favorite by far. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! (As an IKYU Diamond Member, I would be even happier if more perks were added for Diamond members in the future!)

    Not only is the Hote...

    Not only is the Hotel itself new, but the staff were also kind, making my stay comfortable. I was initially concerned about whether I could relax due to the many foreign guests, but I was able to enjoy a quiet and peaceful time. I would like to use it again.

    The location and service were satisfactory. However, it was unfortunate that there were some cleaning issues in the dressing room of the large public bath. Still, I plan to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you to all the staff for your pleasant hospitality.

    Band towel

    We understand the effort to reduce towel types to keep costs down. However, when visiting the large public bath, I found myself using the face towel in place of a hand towel at the sink since there were no hand towels available. I decided not to bring out any towels as a result. Not wanting to wet my bath towel by bringing it into the public bath area, I had no choice but to walk back from the bath area to my locker in the changing room while dripping water. Is there a better solution for this?

    Everything was excellent.

    Stayed for 2 nights. Conveniently located near the station, with clean rooms and bathrooms. The large public bath features Refa showerheads and hairdryers, which is a nice touch for women. The front desk staff were very polite. I would love to stay here again if visiting the Ginza area in the future.

    To go to the 6th floor,

    I stayed on the 4th floor. I couldn't figure out how to get to the ice corner on the 6th floor. The card key wouldn't let me press the button for the 6th floor. I happened to follow someone who was going to an upper floor and managed to reach it. Are people staying below the 6th floor unable to use it? The smell of the water disinfectant in the bath was a bit concerning.

    The room, which cost just under 40,000 yen, had a window facing the building next door, so I couldn't open the curtains. I spent a dark time even during the day.
