    Conveniently located near Shinsaibashi Station.

    This was my third stay for a business trip, and I felt that prices in the area have been rising. Good points: Very close to Shinsaibashi. Food and drink service from check-in until 10:00 PM. Disappointing points: The view from the Room is not good at all. Having breakfast served in the Room is nice, but it isn’t particularly tasty.

    Bedding and towels are...

    From Shinsaibashi Station, turn at Daimaru and head to Shimizumachi-suji. The area is lined with adult entertainment venues, host clubs, pawn shops, and luxury buyback stores—somewhat reminiscent of Kabukicho’s Ward Office Street in Tokyo. After walking along the seedy street for a while, you’ll arrive. The entrance starts with stairs, which can be tough if you have a lot of luggage. Inside the Room, having a microwave is convenient, but the towels are thin and stiff. The bedding is also thin and firm. Given today’s rising prices, it may be unrealistic to expect anything “plush” at this rate, but the breakfast delivered to the Room is far below typical Hotel buffet quality. The lounge (free to use from 13:00–22:00) likewise offers modest furnishings as well as limited drinks and snacks.

    The location is excellent, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. Today I came back around 3:00 PM and took a break in the lounge. There were also families with small children, but the parents properly reminded them even if they got loud, so it wasn’t as noisy as last night. When I entered the Room, it had been cleaned beautifully again today, and the amenities were neatly arranged. The woman I met near the elevator and the woman who kindly carried my paper bag—everyone not only cleans thoroughly but also greets guests with a smile, which really lifts my mood. It’s a small thing, but it’s also nice that the elevator arrives quickly.

    It was unpleasant th...

    It was unpleasant that some parents let their children run around late at night and early in the morning, but thanks to the Hotel staff’s consideration, I was able to sleep well during the night. When I passed by the lounge in the evening, it was extremely crowded and seemed like there would be no seats, so I came back around 8:00 p.m., but not only were all the cakes gone—every snack had been taken as well, and there were no cups left either. I asked a front desk staff member to inform the person in charge, but I was told there was nothing left for today and they would not restock. The snacks were restocked later. When I returned to my Room, it had been cleaned thoroughly even during a Multiple Night Stay, and all amenities were properly replenished. Having a coffee maker and a microwave is very helpful. It would be even better if shower caps were included among the amenities. Thank you for your consideration.

    I stayed for a Multi...

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights last year and had a wonderful experience, so I made a Reservation for 4 nights this time. Since I’m coming from far away, being able to reserve parking is very helpful. My car is wide and difficult to maneuver, so I really appreciated being given an easy-to-park space. This time I arrived early and used the lounge. However, some children were shouting loudly, running up the stairs, and nearly bumping into people. They were also banging on the piano keys even though they couldn’t play, which was very noisy. On top of that, their parents joined in—intentionally making discordant sounds and laughing loudly—so it was quite unpleasant. I don’t think noise suits the lounge environment; it might be better if the piano were simply decorative and didn’t make sound. The Room was quiet and clean. Perhaps because the toilet is old, it didn’t flush as well as last time, and I was worried it might clog. I hope it will be renovated someday. Other than that, there were plenty of amenities and drinks available, and the bathroom was spacious—I’m very satisfied. I was especially impressed that the skincare items came as a complete set for both morning and night. Also, after mentioning in my previous Review stains on the bathroom ceiling and dust on the ventilation fan, everything had been cleaned spotless this time. The TV Fire Stick port had also been checked as well—it’s wonderful to see such thoughtful attention from a guest’s perspective. Thank you very much. I look forward to staying with you again.

    It’s cozy and comfortable.

    This was my first time staying here. Since the entrance is up a flight of stairs, it might be a bit difficult if you have a large suitcase. The front desk and staff were pleasantly respectful and not intrusive. The Room design seems to vary by Room, so I’m not sure if this applies to all Rooms, but the twin Room was incredibly spacious, and the beds were also very large! The bathroom was big and very clean, and the toilet had no unpleasant odor at all, so it was comfortable. If I had to mention one downside, due to the building layout you can’t open the windows and there’s no natural light, so I deducted one star. Other than that, it was very comfortable. Thank you.

    Thank you again for staying with us.

    This is my second stay. It’s very relaxing. Breakfast is served in the Room as a one-plate meal, and I was satisfied with both the taste and the portion size. There are plenty of vegetables, so you can get lots of veggies even when eating out. I’d like to stay again next time. The Room is spacious and the Facility is good, but it was a shame there was no window. Thank you, and I look forward to staying again.

    Excellent

    I chose this Hotel based on the reviews on this site. It felt a bit far when walking from Shinsaibashi Station, but it was much closer from Nagahoribashi Station. Despite being in the middle of a bustling area, it was very quiet. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a TV and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was delivered to the Room, which I appreciated as it wasn't a buffet like most Hotels. I definitely want to stay here again during my next business trip to Osaka.

    The bath was excellent!

    It was a Standard Twin Room, but the room was spacious and very comfortable. The bath was excellent! The microbubble bath created soft, milky-white water that soothed my tired feet after walking. Although there were other guests staying, it was very quiet and peaceful.

    Had a comfortable stay!

    I stayed for two nights during a business trip. Although I arrived late at night, the front desk service was efficient, and I could quickly access my room. The room was spacious for one person and even had a microwave, which was very convenient. There were many thoughtful amenities for women, such as not only a hairdryer but also a curling iron, and the bathroom featured a fine bubble system. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant 2-night stay. The only minor issue was that hallway noise and sounds from neighboring rooms could be slightly heard; however, it wasn’t disruptive late at night, so I could sleep peacefully. Payment is processed through machines near the front desk, making both check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take advantage of the free drink service this time due to my schedule but look forward to enjoying it on my next visit!

    Multiple Night Stay

    When I mentioned the dust in the air conditioning to the front desk during check-in, it was cleaned by the next day. Thank you for your attention to noise control, cleaning of water facilities during a Multiple Night Stay, and everything else. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I did notice some mold on the bathroom ceiling. However, I understand daily cleaning is challenging, so perhaps it can be addressed by my next visit. The sofa in the Room was perfect for lounging comfortably. The TV was large and easy to watch; however, I couldn't connect my Fire Stick (possibly due to a deformed socket), which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if services like Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, or Netflix were available—but considering the price point, it's more than sufficient. I was impressed by the professionalism of the woman at reception during check-in. The staff on subsequent days were also friendly and provided excellent service. When it started raining heavily during my daytime stroll around Shinsaibashi, they kindly lent me an umbrella. Thank you very much!

    Very good Hotel

    It is very convenient to have a parking lot available for Reservation in this area. The surrounding streets are narrow, with pedestrians only looking at their smartphones, reckless bicycles, and LUUP scooters suddenly appearing from everywhere—so caution is necessary! Maneuvering within the parking lot also requires some skill. Additionally, there was unexpected construction causing road closures during our visit, which made us panic. With one-way streets and large crowds of pedestrians, it was quite nerve-wracking. However, thanks to the precise guidance of a female staff member who answered our call, we managed to arrive safely. She quickly assessed our location as we described the changing surroundings while driving and guided us accurately to the destination. She even waited for us in front of the parking lot. Her service was not only intelligent but also warm and exceptional. The Room was spacious and clean; thanks to their environmental considerations, we were able to enjoy a quiet stay. Although we spent most of our time outside due to Expo activities, having access to the lounge until 10 PM (even though there were no cakes) was delightful. The amenities were well-prepared; however, it was slightly disappointing that there wasn’t a shower cap available. As mentioned in other Reviews, signs of aging or mysterious stains could be seen here and there—but since everything had been cleaned thoroughly—it didn’t bother us much. As for VOD services: perhaps a remnant from its boutique Hotel days? The thumbnail images were unpleasant so I turned it off immediately; Hulu or Netflix would be preferable if possible—but I understand changes might be difficult. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient with all essentials provided—and excellent customer service overall. In conclusion: this Hotel left me satisfied overall! I look forward to staying here again when visiting Osaka in the future—thank you very much!

    The lounge space is exceptional.

    The lounge is located in a separate building and can only be accessed with a card, providing a sense of security. The beer server, wine, and mini cakes were delicious, and I used the lounge both before going out and after returning during the day.

    The Room is spacious and the bath is satisfying.

    I stayed for two nights to visit the Expo. The Room was spacious, and the jacuzzi bath (microbubble) was especially helpful for relieving my tired body after walking around the Expo. Breakfast is delivered to your Room, served warm, with generous portions, and it was very delicious. Having breakfast in the Room is convenient as there’s no need to change clothes or put on makeup. Additionally, there is an unmanned lounge at the Hotel entrance where I enjoyed beer and wine on both days. It was a very satisfying Hotel stay. The only downsides were the air conditioning and window curtains. The air conditioning didn’t work well even when adjusting the temperature (too cold or too hot). As for curtains, it would be nice to have lace ones in addition to blackout curtains.

    It was a very satisfying stay.

    I was staying at another accommodation in Shinsaibashi, but as it was uncomfortable, I decided to change accommodations and found this hotel. I was surprised that there was a fee for early check-in, but the front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating, which made it a good experience. The room was very clean, and the bathtub had a bubble bath feature that helped me relax! The amenities were also very well-stocked! I was surprised to find a microwave in the room! I had a very comfortable stay. Additionally, drinks in the lounge were all-you-can-drink, so I stopped by for some beer and enjoyed it. There were various drink options as well as some light snacks available! When leaving, the front desk staff were again very kind, allowing me to leave with a great impression of this hotel. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay here again!

    Girls' Night Out

    It was incredibly relaxing. The Room was spacious, clean, and the large bed ensured a great night's sleep. I enjoyed a luxurious time in the bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi and TV. The lounge was free to use and offered light snacks, so we enjoyed beer and wine. For friends who don't drink alcohol, there were options like tea and apple juice, allowing us to have fun chatting leisurely together. It was truly amazing. Highly recommended for those planning an adult girls' gathering!

    Former Adult Hotel??

    - Convenient access was expected, but for someone from Kobe like me, it was simply "inconvenient." - While I appreciated being able to reserve a parking spot in the underground lot, the assigned space was extremely difficult to park and exit, located immediately on the right after descending the slope. - The room was labeled as a Premium Twin, but there was no sense of "premium." Upon opening the door, there was only a narrow entrance space with two beds placed directly ahead without any partition. A small sofa for two people and a low glass table were squeezed into the limited space at the foot of the beds. The wall with a large TV felt oppressively close—about 1 to 1.2 meters away from where you sit on the sofa—causing discomfort and strain when watching TV. - There was a Nespresso coffee maker in the room; however, it did not work despite multiple attempts to turn it on. - The trouser press provided seemed outdated and could only be used horizontally due to its lack of legs—a very inconvenient design. The humidifier brought to us appeared toy-like in size and already had water inside upon arrival—raising concerns about hygiene (when and where had this water been added?). - The sink area between the bathroom and toilet had an approximately 1.5-step height difference compared to other parts of the room, making it stressful every time you needed access. Additionally, within this small dressing area stood an extremely compact closet containing bathrobes and pajamas along with some hangers for clothes—but its size made hanging coats or garments impractical while also raising concerns about humidity issues due to poor ventilation. - All lighting in both living spaces and sink areas consisted solely of indirect fixtures embedded into ceilings or walls; even at maximum brightness settings they remained dimly lit—making it uncomfortable overall. - Despite being advertised as individually controlled air conditioning systems (heating/cooling/dehumidifying), their performance lacked effectiveness while producing noticeable noise levels—including loud ventilation sounds from bathrooms. - Due perhaps partly because two double beds were crammed into such tight quarters—the left-side hinged window couldn’t stay open properly since part overlapped onto one bed surface whereas shelves situated opposite-right side featured doors unable fully swing outwards either hitting adjacent furniture instead lacking internal illumination altogether!

    I stayed with my daughter. Not only was it convenient, but the beds and bathtub were spacious, making our stay very comfortable. The lounge available until 10 PM was also great. Additionally, the staff were extremely pleasant and provided attentive service. I will definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting Osaka.

    The lounge was excellent.

    The proximity to Dotonbori and the ability to enjoy drinks in the lounge until 10 PM were excellent. However, while I stayed in a single Room, it felt cramped for the price. The breakfast was neither Japanese nor Western cuisine, and unfortunately, it didn’t suit my taste, so I couldn’t finish it. Perhaps offering a Western-style breakfast would be better.

    Satisfied, but...

    Calm atmosphere with spacious Room. It was great. The only concern was the window. My Room had no window and featured a dark theme, which initially felt a bit oppressive. If there is no window, perhaps making the Room brighter could be a good alternative.

    On a day with such b...

    On a day with such bad weather that even the Shinkansen was delayed, I arrived around 1:00 PM intending to drop off my luggage first. I thought about visiting a nearby shop after leaving my luggage, but the heavy rain made me reluctant to go out. While sitting on a bench outside the Hotel, a staff member kindly approached me and allowed me to wait in the lounge. I was very grateful as I had been wondering how to spend time until my meeting due to the Shinkansen delay. Although check-in starts at 3:00 PM, they informed me as soon as my room was ready! Thank you so much for your kindness.
