    Consistently spotless

    I stay here every time I travel for work. Check-in and check-out are smooth, the Room is clean, and I also like the large public bath and mist sauna. I will stay again.

    Very clean.

    It was compact yet clean. This is a Hotel where women can feel safe staying. It’s also close to the station, and there are restaurants nearby at night, making it very convenient. I will use it again.

    Clean and bright

    Self check-in at the front desk is mostly all you need. Check-out can also be done at the machine. Staff are available and kindly explain everything. Amenities are placed in front of the front desk, and you can take what you like. There is a coffee machine next to the front desk where you can enjoy authentic coffee. The cups come with lids, so you can take it back to your Room. The coffee was very delicious. The Room bathroom is properly stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap. Whenever I go to Chiba, I always stay at this Hotel. It’s close to the station, the Room is clean, and I really like it.

    Because the bath and...

    Because the bath and toilet were combined, I had no choice but to use the large public bath, which was fairly good. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, but the quality was not particularly high. The Room and Facility were clean. It’s much cheaper than staying in Tokyo, so I recommend it if you’re staying near Chiba Station.

    Close to the station, large public bath, and a lavish breakfast.

    I stayed here on a business trip. The large public bath was clean. Breakfast was delicious, with a choice of bread or rice. There is a famous ramen shop in front of the Hotel. I also appreciated the free ochazuke served from 8:00 PM.

    It was a great Hotel, just as described in the Review.

    Close to the station, with smooth check-in and check-out. Everyone—front desk staff, restaurant staff, and housekeeping—was friendly and kind, and it really felt like they have a great work environment. The large public bath was kept clean, and I enjoyed the mist sauna. The late-night ochazuke and the breakfast buffet were delicious, just as rumored. The Room and bed were comfortable, but the bathroom had hair everywhere, and there was someone’s hairpin under the bed right near it, so the Room cleaning was a bit lacking. Still, it was such an easy place to stay that those issues didn’t bother me much—it was truly a very good Hotel.

    It was excellent.

    We stayed as a family of three. Check-in was via an automated payment machine, but whenever we were unsure, the staff kindly helped us, and we were glad we chose this Accommodation. Above all, the breakfast was delicious—simply the best! The sardine fish-ball soup was truly amazing. Thank you very much.

    It was very comfortable.

    I have stayed here repeatedly. This time, I stayed for an exam, and it was very comfortable thanks to the study room on the 2nd floor being available, supportive items like disposable heat packs, and the fact that you kindly stored my suitcase even after check-out. I will stay again.

    We were very satisfied with the spacious large public bath and the wide variety of breakfast options.

    I stayed for two nights to attend a two-day event at Makuhari Messe. What made me choose this Hotel was its strong Reviews, and it truly lived up to them: the Room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and I was especially satisfied with the large number of lockers and washing stations in the public bath. It’s rare to find facilities of this size and capacity at other Hotels in the same class. This time, only an Extra Twin Room was available. I didn’t mind the narrower bed width, but my friend and I were worried we might end up competing for power outlets. In fact, there were plenty, so it wasn’t an issue at all. I thought getting to and from Makuhari Messe might be a hassle due to transfers, but that wasn’t a problem either. The Hotel is close to the station, and there are many shops nearby, so we had no trouble at all. I plan to make this my go-to Accommodation whenever there’s an event in the Makuhari area. My sister also stayed here when attending a game at ZOZO Marine Stadium, and she said she’ll make it her regular Accommodation when visiting ZOZO as well.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    What I liked - The Facility is new and clean. - The staff are Japanese, which made me feel at ease, and they were kind. - The mist sauna in the large public bath is nicely hot. - The welcome ochazuke was an unexpected and nice touch. - Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but it featured local Chiba specialties; I especially liked the namero and the sardine dumpling soup. What I didn’t like - It would have been better if the TV supported internet features. - The massage cushion in the Room was great, but it took me a while to realize it won’t work unless you connect the cable. It would have helped if this had been included in the on-screen instructions on the TV.

    We recommend.

    Due to unavoidable circumstances, I stayed at a business hotel near the station for the first time in a while and enjoyed the large public bath all to myself. I operated the switches for air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigerator on my own, but it was not particularly troublesome. I could charge my smartphone, and I was satisfied with the amenities as well.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Close to the station, making shopping and dining convenient. Parking options include a mechanical parking system and affiliated flat parking lots. It may be slightly more economical not to use the hotel's service ticket for parking, and the front desk staff explained this thoroughly. The reception staff were all cheerful, kind, and left a good impression. Despite having many guests, the large public bath was not crowded and could be used leisurely. The hotel overall was clean. The room felt slightly compact.

    It is a very nice Hotel.

    The location was great, the place was clean, and the large public bath was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and I was fully satisfied. Personally, although I don't speak English, I enjoy watching BBC News or CNN at hotels, so it was a bit disappointing that those channels were not available. Because of that, I deducted one star.

    To the sauna!

    While relaxing in the sauna, I noticed someone with an unpleasant gaze staring at me, which made me uncomfortable and leave early. The Hotel itself is not at fault, so I was unsure where to direct my frustration. Other than that, it’s a great Hotel, which is unfortunate!

    The multi-story park...

    The multi-story parking lot is difficult to access. Despite being nighttime, there were many guests in front of the 1st-floor reception, possibly due to an event that day. Additionally, with only two elevators available, it took a long time to get to the room. The breakfast venue was small compared to the number of guest rooms and was crowded. The selection of dishes was limited and none seemed particularly appetizing. Disappointing.

    Stayed for one night to attend the festival.

    I arrived early, so I left my luggage and checked in later. Despite my late check-in, the staff provided kind and courteous service, which was clear and concise even when I was tired, making it very helpful. Additionally, the Room was spotless in every corner, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay for one night. Thank you very much for everything this time.

    Sauna

    Stayed for the large public bath and sauna. Although there was no outdoor bath or onsen, it was still enjoyable. The room was clean with a manual air vent, which was great. Including accessibility, it's a perfectly convenient hotel!

    Overrated score..

    As of December 2024, IKYU's rating is 4.72. I had high expectations because it was so high. It's an ordinary Business Hotel. A rating of 3 would be appropriate for a normal evaluation. I don't think it deserves a rating that surpasses luxury Hotels and Ryokan in The whole country.

    The bath was nice.

    I made a reservation because I arrived in Chiba by night bus at 7 a.m. and wanted to take a bath. The building was new, and the bath was very clean. The changing room had lockers for luggage, ensuring good security. It was helpful that bath towels and towels were available for borrowing. It was unfortunate that the front desk staff seemed quite tired and their response was rather businesslike. The facility itself was good, so I will use it again when I take the night bus.

    The breakfast and bath were excellent.

    We stayed as a family of three. On the day of check-in, we had no plans, so we checked into the hotel early. We had reserved a twin (extra bed) room, but the room we were shown was a single. After informing the front desk, they promptly responded and changed our room. The welcome drink was available until 11 PM, and we enjoyed relaxing in the room while also indulging in the large bath and sauna. Breakfast included tuna and negitoro, which went well with rice. Since it's close to home, we would like to use it again if we have the opportunity.

    A base for traveling in Chiba

    I booked this hotel for my first trip to Chiba because it had good access from Chiba Station. There are several convenience stores (Seven-Eleven) nearby, and above all, being close to the station is convenient. As shown in the photo gallery, the breakfast was great! I was looking forward to the seafood bowl, but the conger eel rice bowl and sardine meatball soup were also delicious. There weren't many dishes, but it was nice to have something tasty in the morning. It seems that checking the magnet board in front of the elevator on the lobby floor before going to bed is a good way to avoid the crowded times in the dining hall. Additionally, there was a mist sauna in the large public bath, and the room had a massage cushion, which helped me relax. The room was also clean and well-maintained. Although it was a short stay, I was able to relax. I look forward to staying again if I have the opportunity.

    It was comfortable.

    This is my second stay following last year. I made another reservation because my previous stay was pleasant. What I particularly like are the blackout shades in the room, the availability of free drinks, the large public bath, and the fact that there are microwaves and washing machines available for guests to use. This time, they kindly accommodated my sudden request to change rooms, allowing me to have a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.
