    Please be careful not to leave any personal belongings behind.

    I realized the day after checkout that I had left something behind, and when I called, I was told, “It is our policy to dispose of any forgotten food items 24 hours after checkout. Therefore, it has already been disposed of.” When I explained that 24 hours had not yet passed since my checkout, a supervisor called me back and said, “It will be disposed of as soon as it becomes the day after checkout—once it passes midnight.” This was a complete change from the initial explanation. When I pointed out that this differed from what I had been told earlier, they repeatedly responded only with “We’re sorry” and “We apologize.”　　　　　　　　　　　Due to my work, I stay at hotels about 80–100 nights a year. I occasionally forget items, but regardless of how expensive or inexpensive the hotel is, they have always handled such situations properly. This was my first experience like this, and I was very surprised. That is why I wanted to share this.　　　The Facility and breakfast were excellent, but overall it left me with a very disappointing impression.

    The location was great, and the meals were excellent.

    There were many international guests. Breakfast was very crowded, but it was delicious. Dinner was also excellent, with outstanding shabu-shabu meat quality. The location was great—you can walk to a nearby shrine, and Hakata Station is just a short walk away.

    Unsatisfactory

    Accommodation for foreigners with minimal amenities, small rooms, and high accommodation costs. The breakfast is mediocre in taste and cannot be described as delicious. The bath lacks towels and chairs, and the changing room is cramped and not hygienic. I don't think I will stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel again next time.

    The room is very small, and the price was quite high, possibly due to it being a weekend, which doesn't feel worth it. The window view overlooks a cemetery.

    The open-air bath is excellent.

    The best part of staying at this Hotel was the "open-air bath." It was especially enjoyable during this season. There were few international guests, and I would like to visit again. However, the sauna was a bit disappointing... I hope it can be improved.

    The Hotel I Always Stay at in Hakata

    This is my favorite Hotel that I always stay at least one night when traveling to Fukuoka. The rooms feel a bit small, but they are clean and the location is very convenient. The view from the open-air bath in the large public bath was great, and I was very satisfied again this time. During this stay with my baby, they even prepared adorable baby amenities, which made me very happy. I truly appreciate such thoughtful attention to detail. Although the breakfast selection seemed slightly reduced compared to a few years ago and was a bit disappointing, it is still an excellent Hotel overall that makes me want to stay again.

    Full of foreign guests.

    The hotel was clean, and the staff's service was excellent. However, there were many foreign guests, especially from Asia, and I felt that some lacked proper manners. It was noisy until late at night, and elevator etiquette was poor, which was disappointing. That said, the hotel's location is great—Canal City is nearby, Nakasu is close as well, the subway station is right in front of the hotel, and there's a convenience store nearby too. These aspects were fantastic. There’s also a bath on the top floor; I’d like to visit again at a better time in the future.

    Peace of Mind

    I stayed for one night with breakfast included. The Room was clean, and the separate-type loungewear was comfortable to wear. You can go to the public bath in the loungewear, and since I went around 6 PM, it was like having a private bath. The hairdryer provided was from ReFa and very easy to use. At night, I requested a massage, and they tailored it to my chronic condition, which helped relieve my daily fatigue. The breakfast selection in the morning was excellent as well. I would love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you very much!

    Convenient access to Nakasu and Hakata Station, with clean rooms and facilities. The reception staff provided excellent service. Taxi reservations and guidance to the car were especially smooth. I would like to use this place again if I have the chance.

    The service is excellent, and the breakfast is enjoyable and delicious.

    Checking in during a sudden downpour where even an umbrella was useless, the front desk staff kindly offered a towel and suggested drying off wet clothes and hair. Their thoughtful care and quick judgment were remarkable. Meals are served in small portions, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of dishes. The experience is delightful, and the taste is absolutely excellent. Conveniently located within walking distance from Hakata Station, it’s a place you’ll want to stay at again.

    The staff's attentive service was impressive, making it feel like a luxury Hotel. This is my go-to Hotel whenever I visit Fukuoka. The location is excellent, and the check-in and check-out process is smooth. Highly recommended!

    A well-located and clean Hotel

    We visited during the Obon holiday for a family trip. It takes about 5 minutes from Gion Station on the Airport Line. While the hotel name suggests proximity to Gion, it seems to be about the same distance from Kushida Shrine as well. The building is new and appears to have been recently constructed. The design is beautiful. I reserved a twin room, which was clean, but if it were slightly more spacious for a twin room, I would rate it 5 stars. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very pleasant. When we arrived on a day of heavy rain, they kindly asked, "Was your train ride okay?" This small gesture made me feel their hospitality. Although it's an APA Hotel near the station, I would like to stay here again next time.

    I would like to use it again.

    It was very convenient for shopping as there are many stores within walking distance from Hakata Station. The large public bath and open-air bath helped relieve my fatigue. The ReFa shower and hairdryer are a nice touch for women. Since the large public bath is frequently used by guests, I think it would have been better if the changing room was a bit larger. Both the lobby and the room were clean and satisfactory. This time, I stayed with No Meals Included, so next time I would like to make a reservation with breakfast included. Uoita is a very popular restaurant and there was a line. The front desk staff were also very kind.

    About breakfast

    It might have been because it was a substitute holiday and there were many guests, but the mini rice bowl with salmon roe, mentaiko, and omelet was limited to those who entered by 7 o'clock. There was separate all-you-can-eat mentaiko, but the mini rice bowl was more delicious. The other dishes were also very delicious. I was impressed with the egg salad. I will make a reservation when I come to Hakata again.

    Thanks to you, it was a very satisfying trip.

    Good access from Hakata Station. The exterior is easy to recognize. The staff's response and smiles were great. The Room was clean, and I wasn't bothered by any noise outside the door, so I could relax until the last minute of checkout. The dressing room and washing area in the large public bath were crowded, but it was manageable with some courtesy. The open-air bath under the cold sky was the best as it was like having it all to myself. The breakfast at Uota was delicious! I understand why it's popular. It's my favorite Hotel, and I definitely want to stay here again when I visit Hakata next time.

    Like other areas, I am looking forward to the facilities of this Mitsui Garden Hotel, but the disappointment and price are much higher than Blossom Premier, and I am disappointed with the room facilities.
