    My child became ill during our stay, and the in-room laundry was a great help. Thank you very much to the staff for assisting me with cleaning up after my child vomited. A front desk staff member also helped me make a phone call to cancel our restaurant reservation. Your service was kind and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay with a warm, welcoming feeling throughout.

    Comfortable.

    This is my third stay. The Room has a washing machine and microwave, which are very convenient. The location is great, close to Imaizumi and Nakasu. I would love to stay again.

    Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

    Overall, it was a very satisfying stay for the following reasons: 1. The Hotel is conveniently located near subway entrances and shopping spots in the Tenjin area. 2. The Room was comfortable and equipped with a washer-dryer, which was very convenient. 3. The Room had individual air conditioning, allowing me to set the temperature to my preference. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Fukuoka.

    I will use it again!

    I stayed here again because the location is convenient for walking to both Nakasu and Tenjin. When I stopped by to leave my luggage before check-in, I noticed that while the official website mentioned umbrellas were available for a fee, there were complimentary umbrellas provided. However, they seemed to be out of stock at the time. When I inquired, I was told they had all been taken out. It was raining quite heavily, and my folding umbrella felt insufficient. While considering buying one at a nearby convenience store, a staff member who overheard our conversation kindly asked how many we needed and brought out some larger umbrellas from inside for us. The Room was a Moderate Single but spacious enough and very comfortable. Additionally, having trouser presses and washing machines in every room is an excellent feature! It allowed me to do laundry while sleeping or going out, reducing the amount of laundry waiting for me when I got home (haha). One minor downside regarding the Room was that the shower curtain had a slightly moldy smell which bothered me. I stayed on the 3rd floor where it would have been more convenient if there were stairs accessible directly down to the 2nd-floor front desk/lobby instead of using only elevators—something I'd hope for in future improvements. Overall, I'll give it 4 stars this time but look forward to staying again!

    Convenient Access

    Conveniently located near the station, restaurants, and convenience stores. Despite the surroundings, the Room was quiet and very comfortable. One minor inconvenience was that there were many tourist brochures on the desk, which had to be moved to the sofa to use it. Additionally, when trying to leave luggage before check-in, a staff member asked my companion carrying only a tote bag if it was a suitcase. It would be appreciated if Hotel staff could have a basic understanding of luggage types.

    Conveniently located near the station with many convenience stores and restaurants in the area. The Room is compact yet well-equipped, including a washer-dryer, allowing for a light-packing stay. The TV system allows you to log into accounts like Netflix and YouTube, making it easy to pass time during your stay. Being on a lower floor, there was some noise at night, but overall it was quiet and comfortable.

    I previously stayed here for one night on a private trip based on a friend's recommendation, and since I had a good impression then, I chose this accommodation for a one-night business trip this time. The facility is clean from the entrance to the lobby and guest rooms, with no unpleasant odors, making it comfortable. The room and its amenities were sufficient without any complaints. Compared to my stay three years ago, the maintenance seems well-managed with minimal wear and tear, maintaining cleanliness impressively. While I usually bring my own toiletries, those who don't should secure amenities at the lobby during check-in. Check-in/out was smooth, and the staff provided excellent service. However, as the lobby is located on the second floor, clearer guidance about using the elevator to reach it during check-in would be helpful. The accommodation offers great access to various parts of downtown; most places are within walking distance. Although not an issue with the facility itself, I noticed that sidewalks along the main road in front are narrow despite being busy with pedestrians—this might cause slight inconvenience or stress for those carrying luggage like suitcases.

    It's average.

    Overall, it's average. The location is convenient for both Nakasu and Tenjin. It would be better if the check-in process were smoother as it was crowded.

    The convenient location near Tenjin and the presence of a washer-dryer in the Room were the deciding factors for choosing this Property. The Room was very functional, spacious, and the staff responded promptly, for which I am very grateful. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Fukuoka. Thank you very much!

    This is my second st...

    This is my second stay. It was a Comfort Twin, but the layout was different from last time, making it inconvenient. The cleaning (towel exchange, trash bin) being around 4 o'clock is also a downside.

    Low quality of Room and service

    The room had a persistent damp smell throughout. It was very disappointing considering the price was over 20,000 yen. Quality of service I requested a paid room cleaning, but the front desk forgot. I understand there are many inbound tourists and the occupancy rate is high, but I would like to see an increase in staff and thorough training. At this price, I felt it would have been better to stay at Airbnb.

    Holiday Pricing

    Due to the consecutive holidays, the price exceeded 30,000 yen. Considering that price, it's undeniably too expensive. Although the unit bath is relatively spacious, it's still a unit bath. Also, when I opened the window, I could hear shouts from the Shorinji Kempo dojo in front of the Hotel. Haha.

    It was a satisfying stay.

    I stayed for three consecutive nights. Being originally from the area, I was already aware of the convenience, but I was very satisfied not only with the facilities and amenities but also with the overall service. It was also a good point that it was relatively quiet despite being very close to the downtown area. Since the unexpected heat continued, the ice service in the lobby was very appreciated as it could be used when going out. I would like to stay here again next time.
