    Simple is best.

    Ideal for guests who prefer minimal interaction with staff. Checkout is especially easy—just drop the key in the box. The Room was clean and new, and this Hotel clearly puts effort into its pillows. I was surprised that breakfast was available even though it’s a Business Hotel. However, since I went late, there weren’t many items left and nothing was replenished—though that was my own fault.

    The breakfast is excellent. I will stay here again on my next business trip to Toyohashi.

    Close to the station and impressive!

    Just 30 seconds from the station entrance. Despite being so close, it’s in a quiet location at night, which was very convenient.

    Comfortable

    The front desk was clean, and the staff provided polite service. Although I didn't use it, the welcome drink seemed like a nice touch. On the 1st floor, there is a microwave, an ice machine, and vending machines. The guest room had plenty of space; even with a large suitcase opened up, there was still room to spare. I hadn't received the free parking ticket for the lot next to the Hotel and wasn't sure how to settle payment, but after asking at the front desk, I was able to handle it without any issues. I would like to stay here again when visiting Toyohashi.

    It was beautiful.

    The room was clean. However, despite the clear weather, there was a dripping sound all night, making it hard to sleep well. The bed was comfortable.

    Parking is available...

    There is a partnership with parking lots, so I went by car. However, neither of the two locations was exclusively reserved and they were also used as general coin parking. It seemed like you could park there if the timing was right. In the end, I parked at a nearby 24-hour coin parking lot that was the cheapest. It made me wonder about the arrangement. Other than that, everything was fine. The outside noise wasn’t too noticeable, and I enjoyed a clear view of the Shinkansen trains.

    It was excellent.

    Clean and well-equipped with amenities. The beverage service was a delightful touch. Completely satisfied. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much!

    I am visually impaired.

    I informed them in advance about my visual impairment when making the reservation. They were very accommodating with subsequent changes. At check-in, I was touched by their kindness in asking if I needed assistance to my room. The elevator with voice announcements and Braille was also helpful. The staff member who assisted me during breakfast was very kind in explaining and helping me pick up my meal. Thanks to them, I had a comfortable stay. This is a wonderful hotel with great attention to accessibility. I would like to use it again.
