    It may be worth the price.

    It was a Room with two beds and a shower only. It’s small, so it’s fine if you really just need a place to sleep. When I entered, even the air conditioner wasn’t on, which felt below business-hotel level. I’m not sure why the Reviews are so good… Even though the parking lot had spaces available, they still assigned a spot by name and license plate number, and I had to move a pole each time, which was a hassle. They said you could take up to three amenities per person, but the options were things like toner, a brush, cotton swabs, a sponge, and tea bags—having to choose only three from those felt stingy. Also, there was no trash can or tissues in the bathroom area, which was inconvenient, and the drain clogged so water pooled.

    Excellent value for money!

    With prices rising everywhere, I think this Hotel offers excellent value near Disney! The Room is clean and cute, and it’s spacious enough for two people. There isn’t a direct bus to DisneySea, but you can take the bus to Maihama, so it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. I’d love to stay again!

    There was a step in the Room.

    There is a step right after entering the Room, and I tripped without noticing it. It would have been helpful if there was a warning sign or someone mentioned, "Be careful of the step." Unfortunately, I hit both knees and ended up with bruises. Disappointing.

    The Room was nice, but the bathroom door kept opening no matter how many times I closed it. The amenities and snacks seemed to be limited to three items, but they were good. At checkout, a previous guest appeared to have fallen ill and was taken by ambulance. This delayed our departure, causing us to miss the bus and wait for the next one. Additionally, not knowing the reason made me anxious about a possible infection (as staff started wearing gloves). In the end, it seems there was no risk of infection. However, I wish there had been some communication about what was happening to nearby Rooms for peace of mind. If I have another opportunity, I would like to stay again!

    Thank you for staying with us!

    Very courteous service, with satisfactory responses to inquiries about adding personnel and pre-payment before the stay. Upon arrival and departure, the front desk staff greeted us with wonderful smiles, making our stay very pleasant. Additionally, thanks to the restaurant staff's flexible assistance, we were able to enjoy a smooth breakfast experience. We will definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting Disney. Thank you for your excellent hospitality!

    This is my second stay following last year. It's a shame there's no bathtub, but everything else made for a comfortable stay. I look forward to staying here again.

    Used after visiting TDS.

    We used the hotel after spending the evening at Sea. When we couldn't find the bus stop, we called the hotel, and they kindly guided us with detailed instructions like "Can you see ○○?" or "Cross the crosswalk to your right." It was very helpful and reassuring. Even though it was past 9 PM and crowded at the bus stop, staff members were holding signs to indicate whether it was for Eurasia or Annex. The stops for Eurasia and Annex are shared. Check-in at the hotel was smooth, and we received up to three amenities per person. These included skincare items, hair turbans, body sponges, combs, razors, tea packs, etc. They mentioned that only toothbrush sets are provided in the room. There is also a lending station where you can take items like stand mirrors, humidifiers, curling irons (this was a lifesaver since I didn’t bring mine!), diaper trash bins, alarm clocks, cups—very convenient! You can leave these items in your room when checking out. However, I thought it would be nice if there were baskets or something to carry these items back to our room since carrying them along with souvenirs and luggage in an eco-bag was quite challenging. Our room on the 5th floor was quiet; no noise from neighbors or hallways disturbed us during our stay. I initially thought there would only be a shower but found a bathtub as well—pleasantly surprising! The layout of having separate areas for toilet/bathroom/bedroom made it comfortable as well since beds weren’t too close to toilets directly within sightlines upon entry into rooms themselves felt thoughtful overall design-wise here too! While basic necessities were met adequately inside-room facilities-wise overall satisfaction levels remained high except perhaps microwave availability being limited solely downstairs near reception area meant reheating meals required trips down inconveniently sometimes leading me giving up altogether instead wishing microwaves existed either per-floor basis alternatively ideally every individual guest-room itself ideally speaking here again just personal preference feedback sharing purposes sake alone ultimately though still manageable workaround solutions possible albeit less idealized scenarios presented therein contextually speaking otherwise minor quibbles aside generally positive impressions left behind fond memories cherished long-term future reference planning considerations     Located near Disneyland.

    It was convenient as it was very close to Disneyland. There was parking available, and the fee was affordable, which made us satisfied. It would have been even better if there had been a bathtub in the bathroom.

    Minimum essentials

    I was prepared for it, but since the convenience store is far away, it’s quite inconvenient unless you do your shopping before checking in. Amenities are available in the bathroom, but other items, including tea packs, are limited to three per person, so I recommend bringing your own. The guest room appeared clean at first glance, but the air conditioner vents were dirty. The humidifier available for rent had pink mold growing inside. As for the staff, perhaps thinking they weren’t visible from the front counter, there was a young Japanese male with his shirt untidily hanging out. Given the low price, it felt like the bare minimum was provided.

    Beautiful Hotel

    It was a clean Hotel with a sense of cleanliness. The bed was comfortable. I thought it would have been better to have a Room with a bathtub since there was only a shower. It would have been better if there was white rice for breakfast. It was quiet and clean, so I would like to use it again. The staff were also kind.

    We stayed after returning from Disneyland. We used the shuttle bus from Maihama Station, and the bus stop was easy to find. The driver got off the bus to guide us, so we were able to board without any confusion. The room was bright and clean, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. As mentioned in other reviews, breakfast was mainly Western-style, but it was delicious. The ice cream was so popular that there was a line. We will use it again if we have the opportunity.

    A clean and high cost-performance hotel with shuttle service in the Maihama area, perfect for visiting Disney.

    Stayed after visiting Disney. The room is simple but clean and more spacious than expected. It's sufficient just for sleeping. It would be even better if there were chairs with backrests for relaxation. I stayed with my daughter, and she said she wants to stay again! When I asked why, she said the hotel staff at the breakfast venue were the kindest she had ever met at any hotel. The breakfast had a limited selection but was sufficient, and the ice cream available was very delicious! The manager-like person kindly taught us how to make it. The selectable amenities, snacks, and hair iron rental were also nice. The next day, we were able to enjoy the Onsen at a partner spa hotel by bus. Overall, I think it's a good business hotel, especially recommended for women. Two points for improvement: 1. When I requested children's pajamas at check-in, I was told they were prepared in the room, but only adult pajamas were available. 2. Regarding the shuttle service bus stop: The stop is easy to find, but it's unclear how to line up. I took the bus after 9 PM, and it was crowded. Japanese people were lining up properly, but when the bus arrived, foreigners who came later boarded first. It would be helpful to have guidance on where to line up for each hotel. I visited during the busiest time of the year at the end of the year, but the bus itself wasn't overly crowded. I look forward to visiting again, so thank you in advance.

    This was my first time staying here. The room, bathroom, and toilet were very clean. The amenities were also well-stocked, and I really liked the shampoo and conditioner. I would love to stay here again.
