    Conveniently located near the station, with a nearby shopping street.

    I had errands in Shinjuku, so I stayed at this Hotel in Akebonobashi. It was easy to find—just a short walk from Akebonobashi Station through the shopping street. The staff were also kind. We stayed in a triple room, and even though it’s a Business Hotel in central Tokyo, it was spacious with enough room to open our suitcases, which was great. Although we didn’t use them, there were convenience stores and restaurants along the shopping street, which seemed very convenient. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Shinjuku for work.

    Overall, it was clean and comfortable.

    The Hotel is in a great location and reasonably priced, yet it was very clean inside, so I felt comfortable staying there.

    It was my first time staying here.

    There was no step between the unit bath and the Room, and the Room was clean. However, when I pulled back the futon, I found two thin hairs about 10 cm long. They probably fell during a sheet change, but it wasn’t pleasant. The bathtub drained a little slowly, but I could adjust the room temperature and the Facility was good overall. If makeup remover were provided as well, it would be perfect—please consider adding it.

    No disposable slippers are provided.

    What I liked Close to the station and very clean. It was relatively quiet and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. What I didn’t like The provided slippers were not disposable, and the insoles were placed at the front desk. Personally, I couldn’t use them, so I brought my own disposable slippers. The bathroom lighting was dim. I tried various things, but it didn’t get any brighter. The simple pajamas weren’t very comfortable to wear, though that may be unavoidable.

    Please provide disposable slippers.

    Because it is located in a shopping arcade, there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is also close to the nearest station, and with many chain restaurants around, you won’t have trouble finding somewhere to eat. The service is more than adequate for a Business Hotel, and the Room was clean with no issues. There are many international guests, but for some reason most were very considerate, and I never had any problems. The downside is that it often feels a bit pricey. I didn’t try the meals, so I can’t comment on them. The only real drawback is that the slippers are not disposable. Disposable insoles are provided, but since disposable slippers would only cost a few dozen yen more, I would prefer them to be disposable—perhaps some overseas guests don’t like disposable slippers?

    Convenient access.

    I stayed here to attend a performance at the New National Theatre. The station is close, and it was very convenient to get there quickly on the Toei Subway without any transfers. The Room was compact but clean and nicely finished, making it comfortable to stay in. Although this was a Multiple Night Stay, I was disappointed that housekeeping did not come even though I had not requested no cleaning, but they promptly replaced the towels. The staff responded quickly, which I appreciated. The slippers were the old-style vinyl type and felt worn with age; even with insoles, I found them uncomfortable, so I hope you will consider updating them.

    Although it is close...

    Although it is close to Shinjuku and within walking distance of Shinjuku-sanchome, I liked the quiet surroundings and the convenience of the nearby shopping street. The breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to what I expected (the bread was frozen), but the dishes that seemed to be cooked in the restaurant kitchen (fried chicken, cheese fondue, scrambled eggs, etc.) were delicious. The Room felt clean and I was satisfied. It was a Hotel I would definitely like to use again.

    A comfortable stay and very satisfying.

    There’s nothing particularly outstanding, but there were no complaints about the Facilities or service either. It still seems fairly new and feels clean. On top of that, the price is reasonable. I’ve added another Hotel I’d like to stay at.

    I stayed here to wat...

    I stayed here to watch the World Athletics Championships. It was about a 30-minute walk from the National Stadium. I arrived late at night and was a bit hungry, but there were restaurants and convenience stores near the Hotel, which was very convenient. The Room felt new, was well cleaned, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of salads and fruit, but it would have been even better with more side dishes to go with rice and miso soup.

    A compact and comfortable space

    Conveniently located near the station and facing a shopping street, so you won’t have trouble finding places to shop or eat. The Room is very compact and easy to use, making it an ideal space to unwind after business. The small paper cups were a bit inconvenient for anything I wanted to do.

    Not very clean.

    It’s close to Shinjuku, and you can also walk to Shinjuku-sanchome, Shin-Okubo, and the Yotsuya area, so the location is very convenient. The Room is minimal but perfectly fine if you just need a place to sleep. Personally, I couldn’t use the slippers because they were not disposable and looked slightly dirty. They were worn and stained slippers, and I couldn’t tell whether they had been properly sanitized. Also, I didn’t particularly need to watch TV so I didn’t bother telling the front desk, but when I turned it on an error message appeared saying “No antenna signal.” That suggests it hasn’t been maintained. Please improve this.
