    Spacious Room, Spacious Bed

    During two business trips to Osaka this month, I stayed at Best Western both times for a Multiple Night Stay. The bed was large and the Room was spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. However, I was bothered by other guests speaking loudly in the hallway late at night. I understand that each floor may be hard to navigate, but I hope something can be done. I realized on the second day how delicious the breakfast bread is. Also, would it be possible to switch the nightwear to a stretch fabric? The cotton material felt uncomfortable to sleep in.

    The Room is exactly as shown in the photos.

    The Room was exactly as shown in the photos, and the shower curtain did not smell. The amenities were well stocked, and the disposable slippers were clean. The location is good, and there is also a humidifier. There was some noise from construction on the east side, but it was within an acceptable range. It was more comfortable than other railway-affiliated business hotels in the same area.

    It was comfortable, including the location.

    Arrived at Izumiotsu Port by ferry → Left luggage at the hotel and visited the Expo → Stayed overnight at the hotel → Headed to Kansai Airport for a flight. The hotel is located in a modern yet calm neighborhood. The location was convenient, and the room was spacious with a large bathtub, making my stay very comfortable. It truly helped me recover from the fatigue of visiting the Expo. The overall cleanliness was excellent, and I would consider staying here again if I visit Osaka in the future. However, one minor issue was that I noticed some dirt under the sink while soaking in the bathtub.

    The location was excellent.

    Used for the Expo. Easy to get around with only one transfer from Shin-Osaka Station to the Expo venue. The front desk staff were very accommodating. There were foreign guests staying, but it was not noisy and it was a good hotel. I would like to use it again when I visit next time.

    Spacious Room, Comfortable Space

    The spacious Room with a large bed allowed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was also spacious and very pleasant. I had a comfortable experience. Breakfast was excellent, especially with the wide variety of salads available. One dissatisfaction was the lack of iced coffee. It could be easily prepared if ice were provided—was this intentional? Additionally, on the second day, whole bananas were served, but one banana felt too much for one person to eat alone. It would have been nice if they were cut into smaller pieces.

    I had a relaxing time.

    The location is convenient, the Room was clean, and it was very quiet without any noise from the hallway or neighboring Rooms, allowing for a relaxing stay. The front desk staff were efficient and provided excellent service, making the stay pleasant. If given the opportunity, I would love to stay here again. Thank you in advance!

    The location was great. The pillows were not the best, but the bed was comfortable. I would like to use it again.

    Healed by the staff's smiles and greetings.

    It was my first visit since the early days of COVID, but the atmosphere remained unchanged, allowing me to stay with peace of mind. The staff were all kind and attentive, which sets this hotel apart from other business hotels of a similar level nearby. I will visit again.

    Concerned about security

    The location was convenient, and the Room was clean. However, while I was resting in the Room, someone rattled the door, which was very frightening. Since the door was locked, there was no actual harm, but who was it? Was I being watched from somewhere?

    It was comfortable to stay.

    The staff at the counter were very pleasant, and the amenity system, where you take only what you need, was rational. The three-point unit bath was spacious, making it easy to use. The floor was above the buildings on the road side, so the view was open and it was comfortable to stay. The room was clean, but unfortunately, there was one downside: the bed had a lingering smell of sweat from the previous guest. There was a disinfectant spray available, which I used, but the smell was quite strong. Other than that, everything was very good, so I would like to use this place again when I come back.

    I want to stay again.

    The room was left to the hotel’s discretion, and I was given a spacious twin room where I could relax. It was clean, and the bathroom was also spacious. The amenities were good, including basic items, facial cleanser, lotion, and emulsion. During check-in and check-out, the same foreign female staff member provided friendly service, which was nice. The location is also good, making it a convenient hotel.
