    It was surprisingly spacious.

    I hesitated when booking because the room was under 20 m² and the bathtub was not separate, but it had good reviews and I booked late with no other options. It felt surprisingly spacious for the size, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean—none of the water stains or dark buildup that usually make me prefer a separate bath area. I got hooked on the restaurant’s yogurt and granola, so I added breakfast on the day. It’s quite far from the station ticket gates, it gets dark at night, and it’s a shame there’s no convenience store on the way from the station—but I’ll stay again if I need a place in a pinch.

    A Stable Stay

    This is my second stay here as it is conveniently located near my business destination. The room, including the bathroom, is small but not an issue compared to other business hotels in the area. The lounge behind the front desk has a very attractive design and atmosphere, so if you find the small room tiring, it might be nice to spend a long evening there. The breakfast is thoughtfully prepared and very delicious; I recommend choosing a plan that includes breakfast when booking your accommodation. One downside was that amenities like toothbrushes were available for an additional fee. While I understand this policy, it would have been appreciated if these were complimentary as part of the service.

    Close to the nearest station

    Stayed for one night after visiting the Expo. The Room was spacious enough for one person. The bed was large and came with 4 pillows and 1 cushion. Water, coffee, and tea are available in the Room. Toothbrushes, brushes, and razors are not provided in the Room but can be purchased at the front desk. There is a supermarket next to the Hotel, and a convenience store is just a few minutes' walk away, making it very convenient. I had a restful sleep. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

    In some places, it was subtle.

    I used the property for a live event. I stayed in a twin room with a separate bath and toilet, and a washbasin corner (exposed) in one corner of the room. I agree with "saving," but there are too few amenities. At the very least, a toothbrush set would be nice. The slippers don't have to be take-home, but I would like them to be a bit more sturdy. The position of the bed is also awkward, with the night table, which should be under the light and outlet, placed haphazardly between the beds. The position of the kettle pot, cups, and refrigerator was also awkward and difficult to use. The window only had blinds, so the draft was extremely cold while sleeping. Thick curtains should be added. The building, front desk, and cafe have a stylish and cute feel. The woman at the front desk during check-in and the man during check-out both did not leave a very good impression.

    I couldn't find the hotel at first because I was distracted by the Hankyu Oasis next door and ended up circling around. The room was a universal type, but the toilet seemed a bit difficult to use. It was simple, but the amenities were user-friendly. I would like to stay again.

    Very interesting Hotel

    What is truly remarkable is its location. I happened to have an overnight audit assignment at a nearby corporation, which is why I visited, but this area is an industrial and warehouse district, not a place where you would expect to find a very elegant hotel. Yet, amidst all this, there was this very stylish hotel. The facility is new, stylish, and impeccable. Although there is no large public bath, and the baths are ordinary, the restaurant and bar are very lovely and delicious. It's not a place to enjoy the outside scenery, so it's an enclosed space, but the design is excellent. Additionally, the accommodation cost is significantly cheaper compared to properties in the center of Osaka, making it a great value for money. It is also notable that there are many discerning foreign guests. I wouldn't have noticed this property if I didn't have a business trip in this area, but I was impressed to find such an option for my Osaka trips. I look forward to visiting again when I come for another business trip next year.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable.

    It takes a bit of time to get from the Umeda area, but the subway station is nearby, and conversely, the surroundings are quiet and calm, which was nice. The room was more spacious than expected, and the unit bath was also comfortable, making it feel worth more than the price. Having a kettle and two complimentary bottles of water was very pleasing, and I was satisfied with the tea and coffee bags. Amenities are minimal, and there are no toothbrushes, but I was informed in advance, so I brought my own without any issues. Equipped with a humidifying air purifier. What was very convenient were the hooks installed on the wall. There were three of these in the room I stayed in, and they were handy for hanging small shoulder bags, jackets, room wear, towels, etc. (There was also a small closet). There was also a sense of attention to detail in these hooks and the switch panels. The bedside table was movable, and the lighting could be adjusted to project light onto the wall, allowing for brightness adjustment. It was just right to make it the darkest when sleeping, using it like indirect lighting. Breakfast was included, and it was more abundant than expected. The interior of the property was spacious and had a calm atmosphere. Although I went out at night, I thought it would be nice to relax at the bar. The pizza also looked delicious. I thought I would like to make it one of my regular stays in Osaka.

I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't seen the reviews (I would like a note in the amenities section) - Unpleasant sewage smell from the bathroom drain. It was somewhat better with the bathtub curtain closed, but it was concerning enough to hesitate using the sink. The smell is unthinkable even in a regular household. - Poor drainage in the sink, clearly indicating that the drain hasn't been cleaned. - The staff handing out breakfast tickets was silent, without even a "Good morning." 【Others】 - The hotel has many international travelers - The overall impression is very good, so I would like something to be done about the drain smell

    The breakfast is delicious.

    The breakfast is delicious anyway. I might end up eating too much. The Room was clean and comfortable. The Room I used this time had a completely separate bath and toilet, and the washbasin was also separate, so it was very nice. I will use it again.
