Right in front of the subway exit!

Because I had a great stay at the Remm Hotel in Yokohama, this was my first time staying at Remm Tokyo Kyobashi. It poured all day due to two typhoons, but it was very convenient because the entrance to Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line is right in front of the Hotel. If you transfer at Kanda Station, you can connect to the Yamanote Line; and in good weather you can even walk to Tokyo Station—overall a very convenient location. The Room was as small as Reviews said, and I had trouble finding space for my suitcase. There’s also a convenience store nearby, which was helpful.

Very satisfied (as a Business Hotel)

The Accommodation was clean and well maintained, and the bed and linens were in good order. I would like to stay again.

    It was convenient and comfortable.

Direct access to Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line and close to the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station, making it very convenient for getting around. Since our Room had only a shower booth, it was disappointing not to be able to soak my tired feet after walking all day, but I used the in-room massage chair instead. The meals were better than expected. It was pleasantly busy, and the flavors weren’t too strong; for a one-night stay, there was more than enough variety for a Japanese-style menu. Above all, the staff’s attitude toward guests was wonderful—check-in, check-out, and luggage storage were all handled with genuine warmth.

    It was a comfortable stay.

Excellent location I saw comments saying that IKYU reservations are assigned to lower floors, but I was given a Room on the 11th floor facing Chuo-dori, and I enjoyed the night view of Edogrand and more. A double Room that’s just the right size for a solo stay It was nice that there was a chair even though it’s shower-only. On request, they provided DHC basic skincare amenities, and they also offered curling dryer rentals. I was a little worried because it seemed like there would be many inbound guests, but the floor I stayed on was very quiet and I slept well. If I had to ask for more, I’d prefer ceramic mugs instead of tea cups, and I wish breakfast were a bit better. The morning orange juice was especially disappointing. All staff members were pleasant, and having flexible check-in and check-out times was also appreciated. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    I wish the amenities...

I wish the amenities had been a bit more comprehensive. There was trash from a previous guest under the tissue box, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was good.

Overall satisfied. Check-in at 14:00 is appreciated.

Overall, I am satisfied and the location is convenient. However, it is disappointing that the slippers are reused and the drinking mugs are the same as those used for brushing teeth in the bathroom, which feels a bit unhygienic. This might be a coincidence, but when booking through IKYU, I feel like I am often assigned rooms on lower floors at Hibiya Rem.

    Thank you very much.

The Room was very functional, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. Both experienced staff and young staff were very kind, making for a comfortable stay. I will visit again. Thank you very much!

    Good.

The Hotel is conveniently located, just steps from the subway station and within a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station. There is a Seven-Eleven next door, which was very convenient. The Room had a massage chair, which was great for tired legs. For amenities, items like toothbrushes were self-provided, but skincare products like lotion could be requested at the front desk. The Room I stayed in had no view and neither the curtains nor windows could be opened, but since I only used the Hotel for sleeping, it wasn’t an issue. One minor point: the pajamas provided were one-piece style, which felt slightly inconvenient as most places now offer separate-style pajamas.

    Convenient access from the station.

It was a rainy day, but the location right near the station exit was very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities, including drip coffee (two types, including decaf). I also appreciated having options for toothpaste. The Hotel offered luggage delivery to the airport, which was very convenient. Thank you!

Located right in front of Kyobashi Yoroizuka.

You can see Edogrand's Yorozuka from the 2nd floor. I had always wanted to stay here. The Room was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was separate, with a bathtub and washing area apart, which was convenient. I could leave the bathwater for my wife to use afterward—very eco-friendly. However, there wasn’t anything equivalent to a table, so finding a place to put drinks was slightly inconvenient. Both check-in and check-out are self-service, but staff kindly guided me through the process step by step. Although I’ve been to Sannomiya’s Remm Plus several times and could have managed on my own, I appreciated their assistance anyway.

    Convenient transportation

The subway station and convenience store were nearby, making it very convenient. However, the lack of a manual for the TV remote in the Room made it difficult to access the program guide or desired channels. Additionally, the Room faced the interior of the building with no view, which was disappointing.

I felt relaxed and rejuvenated by the massage.

I stayed for two nights and found it very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I fell asleep easily. Although I chose a room without a bathtub, the massage chair made up for it and helped relieve my tiredness from walking. The front desk staff kindly stored my luggage when needed. The breakfast was delicious, and I would love to stay here again.

    I slept well.

As it was an economy room, it was indeed small, but it was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. Breakfast was included, and while the menu was ordinary, it was sufficient. I would like to use it again.

The location and massage chair were excellent!

I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The location is excellent, with Ginza, Nihonbashi, and Tokyo Station all within walking distance. The space is clean and comfortable, and there's a massage chair! It relieved the fatigue of the day. This is just a personal opinion, but I was a little disappointed that the cups for drinking tea, coffee, or water were not made of ceramic or glass. They are better for the environment and the body, and they make the drinks taste better, allowing you to enjoy tea time more in the Room. Other than that, I was very satisfied, so I would definitely like to use it with my family next time. Thank you very much.

    It is a good Hotel.

The toilet, shower, and bathtub were separate, which made for a very comfortable stay. It was a corner twin Room, but the neighboring building was quite close, so we couldn’t open the windows and it didn’t feel particularly worthwhile.

    Good hotel.

Due to the impact of inbound tourism, the price range has exceeded that of a business hotel and is now comparable to a city hotel or resort hotel, which is not unique to this place, so it can't be helped. The hotel itself had nothing particularly negative, and it was within my expectations, so I am satisfied. There are a sufficient number of outlets in the room, and USB ports are available next to the bed and on the table. If I had to point out something, it would be that amenities are not placed in the room and are self-service from the lobby, but there are no cotton swabs, cotton pads, bath additives, or cosmetics. You can reach the hotel by walking straight to the eastern end of the underground mall from the Yaesu exit of Tokyo Station and then walking south for about 2-3 minutes after coming above ground. The Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line is right in front of the hotel. There is also a convenience store right next to it. I was concerned about the distance from Tokyo Station, but it is closer than I thought. It was raining, but as mentioned above, if you walk to the end of the Yaesu underground mall, you can avoid getting wet for the most part. The Yaesu underground mall is also convenient as it has restaurants all the way to the end.

    Comfortable

This was my first time staying at a Hankyu Hanshin Group hotel, and my first impression was that it is indeed a well-managed hotel, from the staff's actions to the cleanliness of the room. The automated check-in was smooth, thanks to the explanation provided by the staff, and the room was thoroughly cleaned, allowing me to stay comfortably without any stress. Although the room only had a shower booth without a bathtub, it was clean and I had no issues using it. The chair inside the shower booth was helpful. I will use this hotel again on my business trips.
