    Approximately JPY 40,000 (including breakfast) — even though it was a Saturday...

    Disappointed by how small the Room was for the price. Also disappointed with the service... The automatic parking fee payment card reader didn’t respond, so it couldn’t be used; the next guest had the same issue... In the end, I had to handle it at the front desk. For me, I won’t be staying again... Breakfast was buffet-style; the selection was decent and it was tasty. However, I still won’t stay again. Too expensive.

    The bathroom feels clean and well-maintained.

    I stayed here with my wife and son. We went to see the April Grand Kabuki. It was very easy to get from Ginza to Toyosu Station by subway. There was also a Shuttle Service bus, which made it easy to reach the Hotel. There is an AEON nearby, so shopping was convenient as well. Breakfast was good too. I recommend it.

    Ariake Arena

    I stayed here because I had a concert at Ariake Arena. Great access, and the AEON across the street is open 24 hours. It was affordable and comfortable. Thank you very much.

    A decent, reasonable vibe.

    - The Hotel is a short walk from the station, but it’s an easy distance (there is also a shuttle bus at certain times). - There is an AEON next door, so it’s fine as long as you’re not particular about dining options. - I didn’t use the large public bath because I didn’t feel like leaving my Room, but the shower booth was convenient. - The desk is a simple foldable type, so it’s not ideal for working. - The refrigerator holds much less than it looks, so be aware. - Part of the floor was sunken and seemed likely to spread further, so I think it should be repaired soon.

    The property is new ...

    The property is new and very clean, with a larger-than-expected public bath and satisfying amenities. However, it would have been nice to have drinking water available in the public bath. A bit more depth in the closet and refrigerator would also be appreciated.

    Overall, we are satisfied.

    I have stayed here several times before. This time, I used the public bath for the first time, and it was wonderful! The staff provided excellent hospitality, and the hair iron rental service was very helpful. However, I noticed some stains on the sheets this time, which was disappointing.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    The clean Facility provided a pleasant stay. It was quiet at night with no surrounding noise, allowing for a restful sleep. The breakfast was also delicious.

    Stay with us again!

    With excellent transport access, you’ll have no trouble shopping—AEON is right in front, and a 7-Eleven is next door. There is also a large public bath where you can relax and unwind.

    A Hotel with Excellent Staff Service

    This was my first time staying at this Hotel. The staff provided excellent service, leaving a great impression, and I would love to stay here again. Here are my thoughts: **Positive Points** - The staff, including those at the reception and breakfast area, were very polite and attentive. - It was very affordable compared to other Hotels in the area. **Concerns** - There was a mold-like smell in the Room, possibly due to insufficient air conditioning maintenance. - As this Hotel seems popular among international tourists, there were instances of loud conversations directly above the buffet area during breakfast as well as in hallways and elevators, which made it difficult to relax.

    Stayed one night wit...

    Stayed one night with my daughter for a live event at Ariake Arena. The shuttle service from Toyosu Station was very convenient. The public bath was a bit too hot, and it was unfortunate that the crowd level couldn't be determined. Breakfast had a good variety, and as I enjoy Japanese cuisine, I found it delicious.

    Unfortunately.

    Upon arriving at the Room floor, a foreign male cleaner stared intensely and left without saying anything, which was unsettling. The hallway to the Room was too dark and felt scary. A part of the pen in the Room was missing and broken. The public bath and breakfast were excellent. I hope for improvements and would like to use this facility again.

    Arriving about 30 mi...

    Arriving about 30 minutes before check-in due to the heat, I was cooling off in the lobby when a staff member kindly approached me and allowed me to enter my Room earlier than scheduled. It likely depended on the Room's cleaning status, so I was lucky! But first and foremost, I am grateful for the kindness of the staff who spoke to me. The power outlets by the bedside in the Room, including both plugs and USB ports, were unresponsive; only the outlet at the sink worked. In today's world where we have many devices to charge, this was a bit inconvenient. Located across from a 24-hour AEON store and just a few minutes' walk from Toyosu Station, with shuttle buses available in the morning, this Hotel is very convenient overall.

    The bathwater was too hot.

    15,000 yen for a triple bed is appreciated. The Room was clean, and having a large AEON mall right in front was convenient. The front desk staff were kind and provided polite service. However, the water in the public bath was too hot, so my elementary school-aged child couldn't enter. It was disappointing as we were looking forward to it, but they enjoyed the rental comics instead. We plan to use this accommodation again.

    Comfortable to stay.

    We visited for a family trip. We added breakfast on-site, and it was delicious. If given the chance, we would love to visit again.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel

    I stayed for one night from April 23rd. Although I checked in late, I was upgraded to a more spacious Room for free! The Room was compactly organized with all the essentials and very clean, making my stay extremely comfortable. (The view from the Room was blocked by the building in front, so I deducted one star...) Breakfast was a buffet, and the service provided by the staff at the venue was excellent. Even after being seated, they were attentive and considerate. When leaving the venue, they bowed deeply and sent me off with a warm "Have a nice day." It was my first time staying at this Hotel, but I felt truly relaxed thanks to the pleasant Room and exceptional service. Thank you very much!

    As mentioned in other reviews, I felt that the manners of guests using the large public bath were poor. Perhaps because there is no shelf to temporarily place towels in the bathhouse, no one brings a towel inside, so after bathing they leave for the changing room while still wet. Occasionally, some people would go to get a towel while dripping wet and return to dry off. In any case, with so many ill-mannered guests and an unpleasant feeling about the bathtub, I took another shower before leaving. I think what the hotel can immediately improve is either placing shelves in the bathroom or adding hooks for hanging towels and providing printed instructions on bathing etiquette.

    The Room is minimal ...

    The Room is minimal but clean and compact. All storage is designed as shallow wall storage, so finding a place for luggage can be challenging. I've never seen such a thin refrigerator before. There is a LOOP parking area at the back of the parking lot, and since it can only be parked in reverse, I do not recommend using it by car.

    Reuse!

    We liked it as a couple and will use it again! However, if I had to say something: I would like to check the congestion status of the bathhouse on the TV. I would like the checkout time to be 11 o'clock. But it's really a good Hotel!

    Use again.

    It's a bit of a walk from the station, but if you think of it as exercise, it's no problem at all. The Room is clean, and having a large public bath is perfect for relieving the day's fatigue. There's a Seven-Eleven next door and an AEON across the street, so there's nothing to complain about!

    I liked the amenitie...

    I liked the amenities and the scent of the shampoo and conditioner in the room. The room slippers are fine for the room, but it would be appreciated if they were a bit sturdier for going to the large public bath. The large public bath was spacious and very relaxing, which was great! This time, I opted out of breakfast, but next time I would like to stay with breakfast included!

    I expected too much.

    The bathroom is small. The room is also small. It looks compact, but there's nothing in the room. The refrigerator can only fit two bottles. It's disappointing for the price.
