    The staff’s service was outstanding.

    On the day of our stay, you kindly offered to change our Room to one in the main building with less walking for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We are both very grateful for your help. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.

    There is no baggage rack...

    The welcome drink and check-in process were very comfortable, but the Room lacked a baggage rack, leaving no place to put bags. When I inquired at the lobby, I was told there wasn’t one. At first glance, the Room looked clean, but the bathtub drain was clogged, making even the shower flow poorly. The toilet flush lever was wobbly and tilted, seeming like it might come off at any moment. The breakfast felt cozy and personal with both Japanese and Western options available.

    Kind and friendly

    We stayed as a group of three women, and the Room was clean and very nice. The toilet, sink, and bathroom were all in one Room, which was clean and beautiful, but having a separate toilet might have been better. However, it worked out fine for the three of us. The front desk staff were all kind and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our meal in a glass-walled restaurant with greenery views; the food was delicious, allowing us to relax comfortably. The access is also very convenient. We would love to stay again!

    Rose Hotel

    Stayed for one night here during a 4-night stay in Shinjuku (I had wanted to stay at this hotel for years...). Upon entering the room, I was greeted with rose-themed welcome chocolates, and the entire hotel was filled with a rose motif! On the final day of my stay in Shinjuku, I also visited the restaurant at this hotel. Next time, I plan to enjoy a multiple night stay here with my husband.

    Affordable and Great Value ~ Wonderful Hotel

    Thank you for your hospitality. Before our stay, we visited to check the atmosphere, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us very happy. During our stay, all the staff were very pleasant. There was a welcome drink, and in the room, there were rose-flavored treats that surprised us! The room was clean and comfortable. It was reasonably priced with a great location—excellent value for money! Thank you so much!

    It was a disappointing Hotel.

    The accommodation was conveniently located near the station, but the facility was outdated and poorly maintained, making the stay very unpleasant. There was mold throughout the room, water in the sink wouldn't drain, and the sheets were dirty with hair left behind—overall a terrible experience. I regret trusting IKYU. Moreover, since it was an 8-night long stay, I couldn't cancel and it was truly distressing. Although my room was changed, it still ended up being a difficult 9 days.

    The toilet door is broken and does not close. The lock does not work. The air conditioner is difficult to operate. The shelf with the refrigerator and microwave near the Room entrance is too large and obstructive.

    Highly satisfied.

    The welcome drink was so delicious that I ended up having three refills. I visited on a hot day, and I was impressed by the courteous and kind service of the front desk staff. Although I thought it was a Business Hotel, I've decided to use it again for my next trip.

    Great location!

    The location is excellent, with convenience stores, family restaurants, and cafes nearby, so you won't face any inconvenience. However, the toilet in the assigned Room had a long strand of hair hanging from the seat and some residue in the bowl. When I called the front desk, they said, "We did clean it... Would you still like to use this Room as it is?" which was shocking! I felt uncomfortable and requested a Room change. After that incident, there were no major issues. The bed was comfortable to sleep on, allowing me to relax. The variety of teas available on the first floor was great, and I appreciated being able to enjoy coffee in my Room. Breakfast didn't have many options but featured freshly made scrambled eggs that were delicious. Although my initial experience wasn't pleasant, setting that aside, it's a good Hotel overall. I would recommend paying extra attention to cleaning the toilets thoroughly!

    Close to the station! Stylish!

    Conveniently located near the station and matched the stylish image perfectly. Thank you for the sparkling wine and rose sweets for my mother's 77th birthday surprise. Breakfast was at a restaurant across from the hotel, which had a lovely atmosphere with terrace seating. We were deeply touched to receive welcome drinks even for friends who were not staying at the accommodation.

    Excellent service

    The drainage in the bathroom was poor on the first night, but after reporting it to the front desk, it was promptly addressed, and there were no issues from the second night onward. The restaurant staff during breakfast were very attentive, allowing us to enjoy a pleasant meal.

    A good hotel, though compact.

    I stayed at the annex. There was a welcome drink in the lobby, and there was also a restaurant with nice decorations. Amenities like lotion were available, and it was a good hotel. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the restaurant this time because I had to undergo an intestinal examination, but I would like to try the restaurant next time. The station in Nishi-Shinjuku is also nearby, and I think it is a very convenient hotel overall.

    A new favorite!

    I used the hotel again because it is convenient and the rooms are easy to use. What I noticed this time was that the foreign guests staying there were well-behaved. Greetings when meeting in the elevator or lobby, and not encountering people talking loudly, etc. I realized once again that the pleasantness of a stay is not only due to the hotel staff but also the behavior of the guests gathered there, making it my favorite hotel even more.
