    The Hotel was conveniently located and comfortable to stay in.

    I stayed at this Hotel near Namba Station to catch an early morning train to Koyasan. When I went to the front desk before check-in to leave my luggage, an international staff member assisted me and kept my bags. There are lockers in the front lobby, and the staff handled everything politely. At check-in, only international staff were present as well, which made it feel like I was abroad. I was surprised when a staff member said, “Passport please.” I replied that I am Japanese and they proceeded with the process, but since I did not see any Japanese staff during my stay, it almost felt like I was overseas. This may be because many guests are from abroad. The front desk area had a water dispenser, an ice machine, and various amenities, so I selected what I needed and took them up to my Room. The elevator requires you to tap your key card to access your floor, which felt secure. The Room was clean and easy to use; however, the table was quite low. It was fine for tea or meals but not suitable for working on a laptop or writing, so I slightly regretted not booking a twin Room. It is also close to Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station, with Namba Station and many restaurants within walking distance—very convenient. Thanks to an IKYU sale deal, the value for money was excellent.

    We stayed here for the second night of our 2-night, 3-day trip to visit Expo, Universal Studios Japan, and explore Osaka. The room had frosted glass windows without any special view, and the amenities and services were minimal. However, it was clean, and breakfast was sufficient. Our family of four, including a middle schooler and a university student, stayed here. We were so tired that we couldn't go out for dinner and ended up buying food at Kuromon Market to eat at the hotel. The front desk staff provided pleasant service. If you're not looking for a luxurious hotel stay but something simple yet comfortable, I recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much!

    We had an enjoyable stay.

    We stayed as a group of three, including my university-aged sons. The staff at the front desk made eye contact immediately, which was very welcoming. We also enjoyed the cute donuts from Tottette next to the front desk. The room had a raised living area that was set up with an extra bed for us. While there wasn’t a table, the counter provided enough space for working on a PC. We appreciated the hand-drip coffee and enjoyed watching TV in the spacious bathroom. The night view from the rooftop was beautiful as well. It was very convenient to walk through the underground passage from various train stations, taking only about 2 minutes on foot from the nearest exit. I would love to stay here again when visiting near Namba. Thank you!

    The hotel is conveniently located, with good soundproofing. In the afternoon, there are small snacks available next to the front desk, and a simple coffee machine is also available for use. Overall, it is very convenient.

    Conveniently located Hotel in the heart of Minami

    Because it is close to the National Bunraku Theatre, I used it for Bunraku viewing this time. I arrived earlier than planned, and when I tried to leave my luggage first, a kind female staff member at the front desk arranged for an early check-in. I was visiting from afar and had planned to go to a slightly distant place for a meal before the performance, so I was very grateful for the consideration of the front desk staff. During my previous stay, there was also an excellent male staff member, and in my opinion, this hotel has only Japanese staff, so there is no language barrier, and I can stay with peace of mind. I was very satisfied with the deluxe twin I used last time, but since it was fully booked, I used the superior twin this time. It is a typical business hotel twin room, and since there is no table and chair set, it is inconvenient to have tea or meals in the room. It seems that the double bed room has a table and chairs. I have never used it, but it seems there is an observatory on the rooftop, and I would like to use it next time. At the time of check-out, there were two young Japanese male staff members, but they responded properly. Although it is a hotel with many inbound users, starting with the excellent female staff member mentioned earlier, everyone's response is good, and it is a recommended hotel.

    It is a typical Business Hotel. There are no major complaints.

    Noticed something when entering the Room... No clock. Probably unnecessary because you have a smartphone. But it would be more convenient to have one. There were two power outlets on the TV side, two on the bed side, and two USB charging ports, which was sufficient. The air conditioning temperature control didn't work. It looks like a household air conditioner, but it seems to be centrally controlled, and changing the temperature setting on the monitor remote had no effect. It was a bit cold. The Room size and amenities are comparable to a slightly better Business Hotel. The size is appropriate for the price, and since it's just for sleeping, there's no problem. I was pleased to find a small disposable body towel included. It takes time to dry my own. Not the Hotel's responsibility, but... The noise from nearby construction late at night was bothersome. Since the ventilation duct could be opened and closed with a push, I closed it, which had some effect. If you are bothered by noise, it might be good to close the ventilation duct.
