    Second-floor lobby

    Red and white wine, as well as non-alcoholic drinks, were available free of charge until 11:00 PM in a relatively spacious area where we could relax and enjoy them.

    Very convenient.

    Convenient location The Room was compact yet very functional, and I had a very comfortable stay. On one day with strong winds, I could hear a bit of wind noise, but it was quiet once the wind died down. I appreciated the free parking.

    Great value for money

    We stayed in a twin Room, and it was spacious enough and very comfortable. The bathroom was separate, and the bathtub was large, which was great. With its convenient location right in front of the station, it’s also recommended for sightseeing in Himeji and Kobe. Breakfast was also good.

    A Hotel just 1-minute walk from Nishi-Akashi, where you can fully enjoy Akashi.

    I was looking for a Hotel near Kobe for a friend's wedding. Although I wasn't familiar with the area, I could relax as there was a last train to Nishi-Akashi. The Hotel doesn't have a large public bath, but they provided me with a Room with separate bath and toilet, so I could rest comfortably. From the Room, you can see the Shinkansen trains passing by. It's great for train enthusiasts. I didn't have high expectations for the meals, but they pleasantly surprised me in a good way. The bamboo shoot tempura was very delicious, and the grilled fish cooked over solid fuel had its fat drip off and gave off an amazing aroma. I enjoyed Akashiyaki and octopus rice as well, allowing me to savor Akashi specialties at the Hotel. If I visit Kobe again, I'd love to stay here again!

    Very satisfied. Close to the station, convenience store nearby, and a paid parking lot is also close. It rained the next day, but I barely got wet. The shower took some time to produce hot water at first, making me think it might be broken. However, after waiting a bit, the hot water came out relatively quickly. To access your desired floor via the elevator, you need to tap your card key on a designated spot. It would be better if this spot were placed in a slightly different location as it felt like there was a risk of dropping the card into the elevator gap by mistake. Would definitely use again if needed!

    The customer service is very pleasant.

    It had been a while since I interacted face-to-face due to the increase in self-check-in machines, but as mentioned in many reviews, the Hotel staff's hospitality was very pleasant. There seem to be coffee and wine services available, but unfortunately, I couldn't use them this time as I arrived just before the check-in deadline. The location near the station is very convenient; however, delays on trains from Sannomiya Station made it feel somewhat inconvenient. Still, it was a Hotel I'd like to stay at again when visiting around Nishi-Akashi.

    40th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

    One of the best Business Hotels. The Room and bed were excellent, located in front of the station, and parking is free (though the farther parking lot). The complimentary coffee on the second floor was very delicious. I arrived too early but was able to check in early for an additional 1,000 yen. It was great.

    Excellent convenience

    This was my second stay, with the first being about two and a half years ago. The front desk staff were not the usual formal type but provided a very natural and warm service, making my stay very pleasant. Thank you for upgrading the Room as well.

    The room was clean, and the staff's service was polite and excellent. The evening drink and snack service was wonderful. Although I don't drink alcohol, those who do would likely appreciate the nighttime service as well. The room lighting was a bit dim, so a desk lamp or similar light might be helpful for those working. The area is not overly urban, so it’s not crowded, and with its proximity to the station, as well as supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, bakeries, and bookstores nearby, the location is fantastic. Honestly, if you have business in the Sannomiya area, staying here might be more relaxing than staying in Sannomiya itself. Thank you very much.

    Highly Satisfied

    Drink service and ice were provided, which was excellent. Although I didn't use it, the location near the station meant there were plenty of dining options nearby. The Room was also clean and very satisfying.

    Stay at an accommodation in front of the Shinkansen station.

    It had been two years since I last stayed at your hotel. This time, I used it for my trip to Kansai. The room I stayed in had a great view of the Shinkansen platform, allowing me to watch the trains pass by and enjoy the sight of the Shinkansen lights, which was delightful for someone who loves trains. The bathroom was as spacious as one you'd find in an ordinary home, something uncommon for a typical hotel. Both the toilet and sink area were very clean, making it a comfortable room for guests. I enjoyed watching the Shinkansen pass by or stop until I fell asleep. It was a wonderful night. If I have free time again, I'd love to stay at your hotel once more. Thank you very much!

    It seems that when you make a Reservation through IKYU, you may not be assigned one of the better Rooms. If you request a specific Room at the front desk, they may react quite negatively, so it’s best to keep expectations low.

    Clean and comfortable

    The Room is clean with a separate bath and toilet, the staff's service is courteous, and drinks are provided in the lounge. I would love to stay here again when I visit Akashi!

    Great location in front of JR Nishi-Akashi Station, with clean facilities and excellent value for money!

    I used this Hotel for sightseeing in Himeji and the northern part of Awaji Island. As mentioned in the title, it is conveniently located in front of JR Nishi-Akashi Station, making it easy to access Kobe and Himeji within about 20 minutes by JR's special rapid service, which is great for exploring the surrounding areas. The Hotel offers a welcome drink, and since it seems relatively new, the Facility was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied overall. I also appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. The bathroom unit had separate areas for washing and bathing, giving a home-like feel that I enjoyed. The only slightly disappointing point was finding a single strand of hair in the bathroom unit. I would love to stay here again when traveling to Himeji or Kobe!

    I used it for my trip to Akashi. I was able to park in the free parking lot. It's amazing to have free parking at a hotel in front of the station these days. In the lobby, there are free sweets, coffee, tea, and even sake. (I noticed it too late, so I couldn't have any. What a shame.) Since my request for a room on a high floor was granted, I had a great view of the trains coming into Nishi-Akashi Station from the room, which was interesting. I could also see the sea in the distance, which was fantastic. The room was clean. There was a bucket and a chair in the bathroom, so I could relax even more. The water volume and pressure of the shower were perfect. I would like to stay here again when I come to this area. I even think it might be worth planning another trip just to stay here. Thank you very much.

    The Room was clean and very nice, but the smell from the bathroom drain was very disappointing. I was somewhat hesitant to go to the toilet. At night, I left scented bath oil in the bathtub to mask the smell. Other than that, it was very nice, so it's a shame.

    The dining place Akashiya was disappointing.

    I used Akashiya for dinner after a long time, and it was my first time using it for breakfast, but it was very disappointing. At dinner, there was no confirmation of whether we were staying guests, so we couldn't receive the one drink service, and the miso soup tasted bland, as if the flavor had deteriorated. Also, it was my first time using it for breakfast, and when I went at 7:00, there was not even a bowl of white rice in the rice cooker, clearly just leftovers from the night before. The miso soup looked even more diluted than the night before and tasted like plain hot water. Furthermore, the broth for Akashiyaki was very thin, and as a local, I am disappointed that this is being offered to tourists as Akashiyaki. It was a disappointing meal that didn't convey the Kansai dashi culture at all. I don't think I will repeat.

    I wanted adjustable lighting.

    Stayed in a twin bed room with breakfast included. When I got up to use the bathroom at night, the ceiling light was too bright. I thought it would be nice if the light switch by the bed could adjust the brightness, not just turn on and off. I realized I forgot to get the bath additive from the amenities after filling the bath, but I gave up because it was a hassle to take the elevator to the 2nd floor to get it. It would be nice to have a list of amenities displayed in the room. It would be clearer and more convenient if the hotel information was available in print, not just on the TV. Breakfast was mainly Japanese, but there was a wide variety and it tasted good.
