    Dinner

    I was surprised by how many Hotels there were in the area. I chose a low-rise Hotel on purpose, but I think a slightly taller one might have been better, since the view wasn’t particularly good. Also, it would be more convenient if there were Plans that included dinner.

    Overall, it was comfortable. Having the bathroom and toilet separate was nice, but...

    I stayed one night to go watch a baseball game at Vantelin Dome Nagoya. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was close to the station with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which was great. What made me choose this place was that the bath and toilet are separate. Overall, the amenities were good, but the following points were negatives. 1) Perhaps because many international guests stay here, there was no wash basin or shower chair in the bathroom, which made washing up a bit inconvenient. I would like to have a basin and chair. 2) The holder for the toilet washlet controller was broken. 3) A refrigerator without a freezer function may not be usable around summer... If these issues were addressed, it would have been perfect. Still, I’m considering staying again next year. I came to support the visiting team but they lost badly; however, I had a very pleasant stay overall. Thank you very much.

    I don’t know their name, but the front desk staff member’s smile and friendly greeting made me feel at ease. Since this is a Business Hotel, it may be fine for a solo stay, but the sink and toilet are in the same space, and on top of that, the bathroom door is entirely glass, so you can see each other clearly. Even for family members, it’s still a private space, so I think more consideration is needed. If someone is using it, no one else can enter, so I didn’t feel it could truly be described as having separate toilet and bath facilities. Also, behind the Room trash bin there was what looked like a strawberry calyx left by a previous guest, which was unpleasant to find. I assume it was just an accident… I will refrain from posting photos. Because the front desk staff were excellent, I would like to see more attention given to cleaning as well.

    Breakfast was disappointing.

    I didn’t have high expectations from the start, but even so, the selection was limited and the food quality was not good. The curry in particular tasted terrible. It was labeled as vegan curry, but how many guests are you actually considering as vegan? If there were plenty of other options, that would be different. Please reconsider the menu.

    It was clean and comfortable, except that it was cold.

    Perhaps the heating was not turned on, so the Room felt cold. Other than that, everything was clean, stylish, and wonderful.

    Accommodation for a live concert

    As I had heard, the walk from the nearest station to the Hotel felt a bit far. I took a taxi from the Hotel to Nagoya Station. The bed was very comfortable. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    The breakfast buffet is delicious.

    As expected from the JAL Group. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with the eel rice ochazuke being a particular highlight. The staff's service is impeccable. Would love to stay again.

    It is a good Hotel.

    The amenities were excellent (especially the bath salts, drip coffee, and skincare products), and the staff's service was outstanding. However, there were two points of concern: 〇 There was a smoking room near the elevators on the lobby floor (2nd floor), and unfortunately, the smell of cigarettes lingered while waiting for or inside the elevator. 〇 The windows in the guest room could not be opened for ventilation, so we relied on an air purifier. However, I experienced sneezing and a runny nose at times. Please consider maintaining or checking the air purifiers regularly. That said, overall it was a great Hotel experience, and I am satisfied with my stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Parking is 1,800 yen.

    I chose a Hotel slightly away from the downtown area for parking, thinking it was free, but it turned out to be paid. If I had known, I would have chosen another Hotel. It's disappointing after all the research I did. Please clearly state this on the Hotel's website.

    The ottoman might not have been necessary since it was for business use.

    Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip and always have a comfortable experience. I particularly like the large bath. This time, the desk chair was a relaxing type with an ottoman, but it took up too much space and wasn’t necessary. The parking staff were very helpful and accommodating. At check-in, I believe the staff member assisting me was of Chinese descent, but their voice was quite soft, making it hard to hear them clearly.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    The Room was simple and very comfortable. The desk by the window was spacious and convenient. The bathroom had a large bathtub, and it was nice that the toilet was separate. The breakfast buffet offered delicious dishes, and I enjoyed everything. Empty plates were promptly cleared, allowing me to enjoy my coffee after the meal comfortably. The staff were all kind and helpful. It cost 680 yen by taxi from Nagoya Station.

    Had a comfortable stay!

    I stayed here for an event this time. The front desk staff were very accommodating, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was my first time wearing waffle fabric pajamas at a Hotel, and they felt great. The bathroom and sink area were also spacious and easy to use. If I have another chance to visit Nagoya, I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Clean and comfortabl...

    Clean and comfortable rooms make this Hotel a pleasant place to stay. We visited Nagoya by car, and the on-site parking was a deciding factor for us. The parking staff provided attentive service, and the front desk team was polite, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The Hotel is conveniently located with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and the station is not too far away either.

    Disappointing Hotel

    Despite booking for two adults and an older child, the room provided only had a double bed and a sofa. It was impossible for three people to share one double bed, so we paid the difference to change rooms as there were vacancies. At other hotels under similar conditions, connecting rooms are often provided. However, we chose this accommodation due to the trust in JAL. Unfortunately, despite being a new hotel, there were stains on the wallpaper and visible wiring holes in the walls, which was disappointing. We always use IKYU.com for hotel reservations, but this time it seems our choice was a mistake.

    Great value for money

    The staff's service and the Room were very satisfying at the Hotel. The provision of slippers and toothbrushes for children was extremely helpful. The Hotel parking lot fills up quickly, and guests are directed to a nearby coin-operated parking lot. However, please note that cars cannot be moved in or out between 23:00 and 7:00.

    I had been intereste...

    I had been interested in the breakfast here for a while and was able to make a Reservation at a great deal through an IKYU sale. The Room was just an ordinary business Hotel room. The toilet and bath were problem-free, and the cleaning was thorough. The bed sheets were very comfortable, allowing me to sleep well. Now for the breakfast I had been looking forward to! Upon trying it, there weren’t as many options as I expected. I wanted to order ham and cheese for my omelet, but only the sauce could be chosen. As for Nagoya-style dishes... as a local resident, it felt a bit underwhelming. The rice served by the staff was very delicious. However, when I tried eating at my seat, bugs made it difficult to enjoy my meal comfortably. Also, although it's due to the location and can't be helped, the large signboard of an adult store across from the Hotel caught my attention. Overall though, since this is a Hotel I've wanted to stay at for some time now, I'm satisfied that my wish came true!

    Great value for money!

    The front desk staff wearing a "trainee" badge near their name tag was very pleasant. Even though I didn't mention being a One Harmony member, they kindly informed me that "members receive a complimentary morning newspaper." They were polite yet friendly, which made me feel happy. The Room was on the 12th floor, but there was a mosquito. It might have come with me, but it's my first time encountering one in a Hotel. The WiFi occasionally didn’t connect, which was puzzling. The sink area was wide and convenient for placing various items. The bedside table near the door was spacious as well. The bedside table by the inner bed could be moved and doubled as a table in front of the sofa. The bathroom had a separate washing area, which was great. Including the toilet and sink area, everything was user-friendly. Nightwear provided is of one-piece style. I usually bring my own amenities so I don’t use amenity bars often; however, I appreciated finding decaf coffee available and enjoyed it happily! Unusually for me, the pillow suited me perfectly, allowing for good sleep. Two bottles of water were provided along with disposable slippers—very generous! There were also non-disposable slippers available; while I always bring my own slippers when traveling, having options felt eco-friendly and considerate to guests' needs. Breakfast offered an array of accompaniments for rice along with dashi soup stock that delighted my companion who enjoyed it thoroughly—Nagoya specialties among other dishes added to our enjoyment. A foldable makeup mirror and an accessory box were placed on the desk. For its price as a Business Hotel offering such exceptional hospitality beyond expectations—it almost felt undeservedly luxurious! Thank you very much!

    The Facility and Roo...

    The Facility and Room were clean and very comfortable. I also had breakfast, and the freshly made omelet was extremely delicious. Additionally, there were local Nagoya dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, one disappointing point was that the Plan included a complimentary beer as a perk, but since I couldn't drink it due to allergies and declined it, I was told there was no alternative provided. Considering this is part of the cost of the Plan, I would have appreciated if something like water could have been offered as a substitute.

    The refrigerator was not functional.

    I placed food for breakfast in the refrigerator in the room (confirmed that it was powered on), but when I took it out in the morning, it was not cold at all and remained almost at room temperature. Although it is not summer and the room temperature was not particularly high, I could not eat items that require refrigeration after being left at room temperature overnight, so I left a note requesting disposal. Due to time constraints with my schedule, I couldn't inform the front desk directly during checkout and am posting here instead. Honestly, this did not make for a pleasant stay. I'm unsure whether the refrigerator is always powered or if it only works when the main power (activated by inserting a key card) is on, but to prevent such incidents from happening again, I request thorough inspections of facilities and clear instructions regarding their use.

    The chair under the desk does not have a backrest.

    If you carefully look at the photos on IKYU.com, you'll notice that many Rooms have chairs without backrests under the desks. This can be quite a drawback when you want to relax in the Room, such as drinking coffee. I believe this could be resolved by shifting the bed 10cm towards the window, so I hope new chairs can be considered during renovations. In fact, compared to other Hotels, this was the only point I found particularly unsatisfactory. As for location, city buses run every 10 minutes from JR and Meitetsu Nagoya Station, so it should not be inconvenient if you're using Nagoya Station. (However, since there are many adult entertainment establishments nearby, those who are concerned may want to avoid staying here.) The independent bathroom with a washing area is entirely white and impeccably clean with no mold at all. For those with back pain or elderly guests, please pay attention to chair options when choosing a Room. (I was torn between giving a satisfaction rating of 3 or 4.)

    It was excellent!

    A sudden Multiple Night Stay. Although I was tired from continuous Hotel stays, the spacious Room, the thoughtful staff, and the delicious breakfast were truly refreshing. This Hotel offers separate toilet and bath facilities instead of a unit bath, making it easier to enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub, which helps relieve fatigue differently. The breakfast is always delicious no matter how many times you have it, with a wide variety ranging from Western to Japanese cuisine. I would love to visit again.

    I searched for a place with parking and separate bath and toilet as I am not familiar with the area. The availability of decaf coffee was a rare and delightful service. There is a discount store with an attached supermarket nearby, which was convenient for quick snacks. However, it was inconvenient that the TV was hard to see when sitting on the sofa.

    I have used this place several times. Check-in is a bit troublesome each time, but the Room, amenities, and desk are reasonable and very satisfactory. There were also groups from overseas, so breakfast is less tailored to Japanese tastes than before, but it is sufficient.

    It was great to stay at a very reasonable price. The security was solid, the cleanliness was excellent, and the bathroom, in particular, was very pleasant. However, the meals felt a bit pre-prepared. Overall, I had a satisfying stay. Thank you very much!

    The WiFi was not working in the morning, so I used my mobile device for work. Other than that, I am satisfied. The breakfast is excellent.
