    About the Bathroom

    Both towels felt damp to the touch as if they had absorbed moisture even before use, and they were not very absorbent, which was unpleasant. The towels the next day were fluffy, so it is hard to understand why the first day’s towels were in such an uncomfortable condition. In any case, I was disappointed by how unpleasant the towels were. This was my first time experiencing this at APA Hotel. I think the quality is significantly worse compared with other hotels. The bathtub also did not drain well. Even if housekeeping is skipped, other hotels still collect used towels and sleepwear. I believe they were collected when I had a Multiple Night Stay here before—am I misremembering? The location is good and that’s why I returned, but it ended up being a disappointing stay.

    Our staff provide exceptional service.

    The staff’s service at check-in is very pleasant. Breakfast is tasty and served in just the right portions, and overall the hotel offers excellent value for money.

    Sufficient for a solo stay.

    Recommended for solo use. The Room and bathroom are clean and satisfactory. However, I used a double for two people, and I felt the Room was a bit cramped for two. I recommend the twin for two people. It's better to accept that the bath is shower-only. Although it is small, it is well-cleaned and very clean. I think there is no problem for those who are okay with just a shower.

    Anyway, it's close to the station!

    I used it for a business trip. Being able to get to the station without getting wet from rain (snow) was the most important thing, especially when returning to Tokyo on the first Shinkansen. I woke up at 6:00 and comfortably boarded the 6:35 Shinkansen. The Room was warm, and I was able to sleep well. I will continue to use it in the future.
