    First time staying here

    The Hotel was in a great location and very quiet. It seemed some time had passed since the room was cleaned, as dust had accumulated on the refrigerator and around the bed by the window. At checkout, I asked for a plastic cover when sending my luggage by courier, but was told only a large size was available, so I had no choice but to buy it. There was a courier service center very close to the Hotel entrance, so if only large covers were in stock, it would have been helpful if they could have directed me to the courier center.

    The location is excellent. The twin Room is spacious and clean.

    It was great—Odori Park for the Yosakoi Soran Festival, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and Mitsukoshi were all within about a 5-minute walk. There were also free drinks and soft-serve ice cream. However, the soft-serve wasn’t available on Sundays, which was disappointing. The breakfast menu felt a bit limited. About 90% of the guests were international visitors. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    While looking for a Hotel on Odori to attend the Lilac Festival, I chose this Hotel. Everything was extremely convenient, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast.

    It was comfortable.

    The location was convenient, and it was great to have a kitchen and microwave in the Room. We stayed for two nights so we didn’t use the washing machine, but it would be useful to have. The complimentary coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby was delicious.

    It has become simple and modest.

    We were assigned a so-called “back Room” with a wall right in front of the window—perhaps because we booked an inexpensive Plan at the last minute? The Room was dark, the table was small, and there was no comfortable space to relax or work, so we ended up going out instead. It was also my first time staying somewhere with only limited outlets available for charging. The bathroom, toilet, washing machine, and other facilities were functional and easy to use, which made this even more disappointing. I hadn’t stayed here during the peak inbound travel period, but it seems a lot has changed.

    Superiority

    Great location, right next to Tanukikoji, making it convenient to go anywhere. Excellent facilities with a microwave and washing machine in the room. The bed is very comfortable, and there’s good coffee available in the lobby. The staff are very polite, providing a pleasant stay experience.

    A convenient addition: In-room drum-type washer and dryer.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. The Room is not very spacious, but it is new, well-cleaned, and has a sense of cleanliness. We visited Sapporo to escape this year's heat, but we were surprised by the unexpected warmth for Sapporo. We went sightseeing every day and got completely sweaty, but being able to do laundry in the Room was a great help. There is a coffee service in the lobby, and at certain times soft serve ice cream was available on the second floor, which we enjoyed leisurely in our Room. Thank you very much!

    I have stayed here twice before and was satisfied with the location and room size, so I chose to stay again this time. However, during my recent stay (8/26–8/29), there was an issue with the bathroom drainage. From the first day, water accumulated, and foreign objects were visible. When I reported it to the front desk, they explained that "the drainage pipe has been treated," but no improvement was observed. Hair and water remained in the drain, accompanied by an unpleasant odor. Around 11 PM, I reported it again and was moved to a different room; however, I was asked to return the key card by 11 AM the next morning without any flexibility in response. Unfortunately, even in the new room, there wasn’t significant improvement in drainage conditions. The location is convenient, so I hope more thorough checks and cleaning of drainage systems will be ensured moving forward.

    It was a very enjoyable stay.

    We stayed for 5 nights in 2 Rooms for 4 people. The in-room washer and dryer were very convenient. We enjoyed complimentary soft serve ice cream and coffee every day. There was an event where we could wear yukata, and all four of us got dressed up, had our hair styled, went to Odori Park to enjoy beer, and participated in the Bon Odori dance. It was a very enjoyable summer vacation. Every night, we visited delicious restaurants recommended by the staff. Thank you very much! We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

    We had a wonderful time.

    I stayed in Hokkaido for work this time! I aimed to travel light, but clothing always adds to the luggage. The biggest appeal was that all rooms are equipped with a washer and dryer, so I made the Reservation. The Hotel is within walking distance from Sapporo Station, offering a great location. The Room amenities were trendy and satisfying. The staff were kind, and various thoughtful touches throughout the Hotel made my stay very pleasant. Returning to the Hotel, I could do laundry in my Room, and by morning it was done—allowing me to pack lighter than usual and save space for souvenirs. I would love to use this Hotel again next time!

    Perfect for long-term business trips and stays!

    After three months, accommodation in Sapporo has seen a price surge across all hotels. However, I stayed at Tokyu Stay Odori for the first time as I could use points at a high rate. While I’ve stayed over 10 times at Tokyu Stay Minami 2 Nishi 1, this was my first time here. The location is convenient, and taxi fares from Sapporo Station are slightly cheaper. The room was 17 square meters with a mini kitchen featuring an induction cooker and small sink, but since I mostly ate out, it felt a bit excessive. Personally, having a desk for PC work would have been more useful instead. The fully automatic washer-dryer unique to Tokyu Stay was incredibly convenient as always—I used it extensively during outings or while sleeping. The water pressure in the bathroom was slightly weak, but the REFA showerhead was excellent. As for the toilet seat lid closing quickly unless fully opened—this seems to be typical of Tokyu Stay properties. Meals were served on the second floor and accessible only by elevator—a bit inconvenient—but the food quality was good! I’d love to stay here again if given another opportunity!

    The Hotel exceeded my expectations.

    The staff at both the front desk and the hall greeted us warmly and provided excellent service, which made us very happy. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the location near Susukino's entertainment district was extremely convenient. I often visit Sapporo for work, so I plan to stay here again next time. The breakfast was also delicious!

    The room size and Facility are excellent, and the front desk staff provides great service. However, the air conditioner in the room is very dirty and drips water during use; it is recommended to increase the cleaning frequency.

    The Room is comfortable.

    The Room was clean and comfortable as it was a double for single use. However, the breakfast area was crowded with Korean tour groups speaking loudly, making it difficult to relax. While inbound guests are welcome, could the tour guides perhaps remind them about proper manners?

    Comfortable 2-Night Stay

    I visited for my child's school tour. Although it was late Friday night, the hotel was a quick taxi ride from Sapporo Station. The warm smile of the front desk staff instantly relieved my fatigue. My Room was upgraded to one with a mini kitchen. While I didn’t cook this time, it will be useful for future stays, especially for longer visits. A very appreciated Facility! There was also a washing machine, so I brought minimal clothing with me. It’s incredibly convenient not having to wait in line at a coin laundry and being able to do laundry even at night. With many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, the location is truly convenient. Odori Subway Station is just around the corner, and Sapporo Station is within walking distance as well. The aromatic coffee provided added an extra touch of relaxation! It seems I’ll be visiting Sapporo several more times in the future, and this Hotel perfectly met our needs—definitely one we’d like to stay at again! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

    This is the perfect choice when you have business in the Sapporo Odori area.

    If you have plans around Sapporo Odori area or along the Tozai and Namboku subway lines, this is the perfect choice. It's easy to reach the 4-chome intersection, with Mitsukoshi and Parco nearby, as well as plenty of convenience stores. Tokyu Stay offers spacious Rooms equipped with a washing machine and microwave, making it very convenient. Thanks to this, I could travel light. Overall, I was satisfied; however, the water pressure in the shower (bathroom) was weak. That was the only disappointment.

    It was a Room I would love to live in.

    I often use Tokyu Stay accommodations across the whole country, but this time, as we were a group of four including three people in their 70s, we chose to stay at Stay Premier to share one room. The bathroom and toilet were separate, there was a kitchen, a spacious closet, and even with two extra beds added, the room still felt very spacious. The refrigerator had a freezer compartment, there was also a coffee maker provided, and we could relax comfortably at night. This might be the No.1 Tokyu Stay accommodation I’ve stayed at so far!

    Is this the right choice?

    I love Sapporo and have visited many times, staying at various hotels and enjoying hotel life. The Tokyu chain is always reliable, so I feel at ease. Among them, I thought this hotel might become my regular stay in the future. The reason is the room's facilities. The room and facilities are not luxurious, but they are clean. It has WiFi, of course, as well as a washer-dryer, microwave, and a small kitchen, making it perfect for relaxing in the room! The toilet is separate from the bath, so even if you have a partner, it's not a concern. There is also a large shopping center nearby, so I was able to buy delicious Hokkaido products and enjoy them at leisure. The breakfast buffet can be purchased at the front desk on the morning of the day, which I found convenient. This time, my stomach was tired from the New Year, so I couldn't eat the breakfast buffet, but I want to try it next time! The only slight disappointment was that the bathroom drain seemed clogged, and there was a slight odor at first. I think it's a convenient hotel when you want to relax and refresh.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is also close to the center of Susukino, making it an ideal starting point for travel. The downside, which may vary depending on the Room, is that the washing machine is louder than expected, so it's better to run it early in the day.

    The location is good and convenient, but there are issues with the Room's Facility.

    The location was convenient, within walking distance to Sapporo Station, Odori, and Susukino. The Room was clean and there were no issues, but there was a problem where only hot water came out from all the water outlets from evening until the next morning, with no cold water at all, which was very confusing. I informed the front desk staff, and they said they would check the Room in my absence, but there was no response afterward, and the checkout was processed by machine without any human interaction, so the truth remains unknown. The cost performance was very good, but I'm unsure if I would want to stay again.

    The concept was good, but...

    This was my first time using Tokyu, including their affiliated brands. I decided to stay here on short notice because it was close to my destination and the room had a microwave. They also accommodated my requests that I had communicated in advance. The female staff member at check-in was a bit cool (?), but later, when I was having trouble with the coffee machine, a young female staff member immediately came out and fixed it, which left a good impression. The disappointing part was hearing the drainage sounds when other rooms used the toilet. I wonder if it's due to the positioning of the drainage pipes or vents... There haven't been similar reviews in the past, and I had informed them in advance that I am sensitive to noise and requested a room placement accordingly, so I'm not sure if it was just a coincidence or if I'm overly sensitive. I enjoy buying delicious food and relaxing at the hotel, and I stay at hotels about 10 times a year, but I've never heard such sounds at other places before, so it was disappointing. I used earplugs I brought with me while sleeping, but while awake, I could hear the sound every time, albeit with varying intensity, which was bothersome. If it weren't for the drainage sounds, I would like to use this location and concept again.

    It is comfortable.

    The reason for going to Hokkaido is to enjoy delicious food. Since there are so many things I want to eat from breakfast, I prefer No Meals Included. I chose Tokyu Stay because the mini kitchen and washing machine were the deciding factors, but it was also great to have a mini table to eat snacks I bought and wash dishes. The dryer is not gas, so thick items take time, but being able to do it in my own Room is very appreciated. The Room is also very clean. Having a separate bath and toilet is also nice. The staff are friendly and have a good attitude with smiles. You can have coffee in front of the front desk from the morning. If walking for about 15 minutes is normal, you can walk to Sapporo Station. There are restaurants and Parco nearby, and the location is good, so I would like to stay here again if possible for my next visit to Sapporo. If I had to say, the shower curtain has a bit of a smell, but I guess that's inevitable. I would like to repeat my stay.

    Being able to do laundry in the room is good!

    I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, so having a washing machine in the room and being able to do laundry anytime was great. However, the instruction manual was a bit difficult to understand. Also, it was disappointing that the washing didn't finish easily and the drum kept spinning for a long time (I stopped it myself). The breakfast had a wide variety of options, but it was the same every day, which was a bit disappointing. Since this is a hotel for people staying multiple nights, wouldn't it be essential to have some variety in the menu? The room and facilities were new and I enjoyed using them comfortably. It was also nice to be able to freely enter and exit the parking lot for 3 days. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. Thank you very much~
