    A comfortable stay with everything you need

    I chose this place for its convenient location and price, and I was very satisfied. They kindly looked after my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, the Room was comfortable, and I really appreciated having separate top-and-bottom pajamas (this is actually pretty important). It was also very convenient to have a fairly large 7-Eleven on the first floor. Given the location, I could sometimes hear motorcycles outside or ambulances at night, but that can’t really be helped. I was able to properly recover from my business trip fatigue and am very satisfied. I’ll stay here again when I have work in Nagoya.

    This was my first stay, and it was great.

    It was conveniently located near the subway station, with many restaurants and other options nearby. The guest room and bathroom were more spacious than the Business Hotels I usually stay at, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes, along with local specialties, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you very much.

    Satisfied.

    Check-in via QR code, the cleanliness of the Room, staff service, amenities, welcome drinks, and breakfast were all great. Two days before my stay, I called to correct something for check-in, but it was an automated recording system, so I wasn’t sure whether my message was properly received. All amenities have to be selected in the lobby and taken to your Room, and there isn’t even a clock in the Room—unnecessary things are eliminated quite thoroughly. I assume that’s why they can offer more in other areas such as welcome drinks (including alcohol), but since I don’t drink alcohol, compared with other Hotels in the same price range it felt a bit cold. That said, the staff (especially at breakfast) provided good service. Overall, I was satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Disappointing and not worth the expectations.

    Although I requested a high-floor Mirai Tower view at the time of Reservation, the view from my 10th-floor Room was mostly blocked by the building across the street, and I could only see a small part of Mirai Tower. I would like you to clearly state which floors are considered “Mirai Tower view” and subject to an additional charge. I stayed for two nights and was disappointed.

    I will use it again.

    Conveniently accessible from Kuan Odori Station and Sakae Station, with clean interiors. Amenities are also satisfactory. Easy access to the bustling Sakae district.

    Thank you for accommodating our request.

    It was a sudden stay, but it is a clean hotel very close to the station. I was a little surprised by the crowd at the front desk when departing, but check-in and check-out are automated, and I felt it was a sufficient property for business use.
