    Both the Room and the large public bath were clean, and we had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated that shoes are not worn inside the Room.

    Great location

    The Room is spacious and easy to use. The large public bath is clean, and I think the size is more than adequate. It’s within walking distance of Nagoya Station—about a 10-minute walk. A flat parking lot is adjacent to the Hotel, and there are also several other parking options nearby. There are cheaper parking lots close by than the Hotel’s. I didn’t eat here, but breakfast seemed to be popular. There were many guests with children, so it was very lively.

    Inbound tourism

    About 80% of the guests were from overseas, but there were hardly any Chinese guests, so there were no issues. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of local dishes. Thank you very much.

    A Pleasant Hotel

    Although it’s close to Nagoya Station, the area is calm and quiet. There were several izakayas nearby that I wanted to try. The front desk staff were very efficient and kind, there is a large public bath, the breakfast buffet with a great selection of Nagoya specialties was delicious, and the Room was clean. It was a wonderful Hotel with a very high level of satisfaction. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

    A very clean Room, and the large public bath with sauna is excellent.

    The Room and Facility are both new, with complimentary drinks, coffee in the Room, and a breakfast featuring plenty of eel hitsumabushi. The large public bath includes a sauna and is available even in the morning. The staff were very attentive, making this a Hotel I was extremely satisfied with. Although it’s close to the station, it’s quiet, and there are stylish bars, sushi restaurants, and izakayas nearby—great places scattered around. It’s worth exploring. A short walk away is Noritake Garden as well. Highly recommended.

    The breakfast buffet...

    The breakfast buffet was delicious across the board, and the quick replenishment was excellent. The large public bath was also very relaxing, with the water temperature just right.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff were attentive, and the check-in process was handled smoothly. They provided plenty of information, including transportation options to nearby Facility locations and estimated travel time and taxi fares. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of choices, and I was satisfied.

    I’m satisfied.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was bright, and the spacious bath on the second floor was never crowded. The meals also featured local specialties, and I was very satisfied. The Room felt a bit small, but the price was reasonable, so I was happy with it.

    Overnight stay before your trip

    This was my second stay. There was major construction in the surrounding area, so I had to take a slight detour to get there after dark, but it’s conveniently located near the station. I also appreciated being able to enjoy complimentary drinks and having access to a large public bath. It was a compact and comfortable Hotel.

    Recommended for sightseeing as well.

    It was closer to the station than I expected! I became a Hotel member, and they kindly extended my checkout to 12:00. Thanks to that, I was able to relax. The breakfast venue staff were very efficient, and each time items were replenished they guided guests as well—it was a pleasure to watch. I’ve stayed at many Hotels in Nagoya, but I’ll definitely stay here again next time! Everyone at the front desk and the housekeeping team was also very pleasant. Doing the obvious things consistently isn’t easy... Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    Satisfied with cleanliness.

    The Room, bathroom facilities, and large public bath were all very clean. Taking off shoes before entering the Room made it more relaxing.

    Not suitable for those sensitive to tobacco smell.

    The smell in the room (tobacco, metallic fishy odor) was something I had never experienced at a Hotel before, and it might be tough for someone sensitive to smells like me. The air purifier didn’t help, and even after turning off the air conditioning suspecting it might be the cause, there was no improvement. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I bought an unscented deodorizer and placed it in the Room, but it barely made a difference. It was too cold to sleep with the window open. During this time, the air conditioner broke down, so I moved to another Room—a twin Room—which had no issues. This suggests that perhaps it's related to the structure of certain Rooms. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating, and there is also a large public bath available; that one issue with smell was truly unfortunate. Additionally, since the road leading to the Hotel feels quite deserted at night, checking in earlier rather than later would be advisable.

    Highly Recommended Comfortable Business Hotel

    I chose this Hotel again for the following reasons: 1. It has a large public bath and sauna. 2. It is close to the station, and the breakfast is delicious. 3. The Room is spacious with a great view from the window. 4. Security is reliable. 5. The price is reasonable. After staying this time, I was once again glad about my choice. Previously, there were many loud and ill-mannered tourists from a certain country, which was unpleasant; however, due to restrictions in their home country, the number of visiting tourists has significantly decreased this time, making my stay much more comfortable. I will choose this Hotel again next time and hope that visitors from that country will not be present during my stay then as well.

    I used this place fo...

    I used this place for my favorite artist's live concert. It felt a bit far from the station when carrying luggage, but it was quite close when walking light. I heard that the Omiya Vessel Hotel had a welcome board and played songs in the lobby on concert days, so I made my Reservation with some expectations. This hotel did the same, and I was deeply impressed! Although popular restaurants in Nagoya were fully booked and required waiting in line, which I gave up on this time, I was able to enjoy some Nagoya specialties at breakfast. Despite the breakfast venue being quite crowded, they kept replenishing dishes without running out, which was wonderful. The bath also felt great for my tired body. Just one thing... it would have been even better if we could watch YouTube on TV. Overall, it was very relaxing and comfortable, so I'd love to stay here again when visiting Nagoya!

    Satisfaction beyond the price!

    I stayed for one night during my trip for a live event. The reception staff were very polite, and from the start, I felt this might be a great hotel. In front of the elevator, there was a message displayed for fans staying for the live event, which added to the excitement. The room was impeccably clean, and the interior colors were stylish and calming. I chose a plan with breakfast included and went at a less crowded time. There was a wide variety of salads, but my favorite was the hitsumabushi—it was absolutely delicious! The staff guided guests smoothly during breakfast time so no one seemed to have any trouble, making it an enjoyable morning experience. When I visit Nagoya again, I would love to stay at this hotel. Thank you very much!

    Convenient to use

    Compact yet convenient Hotel. Please note that there are no convenience stores nearby. One negative point is the Room number 409, which felt unlucky and made it hard to sleep. The existence of this number was a downside for me. The free breakfast had a wide variety of options and was excellent. If not for Room 409, I would definitely consider staying again.

    For business trips

    I have used this place several times for business trips, and so far, it is my favorite in Nagoya. The breakfast is the best part as it is delicious, and the large public bath and sauna are well-equipped and satisfying. The Room is also convenient and very comfortable to stay in. The distance from the station might be a slight drawback, but I would love to stay here again!

    I stayed at this accommodation during my business trip to Nagoya. It has excellent access from the station and is conveniently located with many restaurants nearby. The large public bath and sauna provided a refreshing experience for both body and mind.

    Fan Activity Trip

    It was a very satisfying two-night stay. We stayed from September 13, 2025. The price was very reasonable, so honestly, we didn’t have high expectations, but the Room and shared areas were clean. Although the Room wasn’t spacious, the Facility was functionally arranged and comfortable. (It’s great that you can take off your shoes!) There was a large public bath as well, which provided ultimate relaxation for our tired bodies after walking around all day. The staff we encountered in the Hotel were impeccable in their greetings and demeanor. The balance of service—neither overbearing nor distant—was greatly appreciated. We stayed here for a live event at Vantelin Dome, and there were messages written in the elevator hall for fans attending from the Hotel as well as selected BGM playing in shared areas—it really excited us as fans! Breakfast was also very delicious. Above all else, we are deeply grateful to all the staff members. Thank you so much!

    The starting accommodation for your journey around Japan!

    We chose your Hotel as the starting point for our journey around Japan! We stayed here 4 years ago and thought it was a pleasant Hotel, so we decided to stay again this time! It was great that we could park our motorcycle for free. The drink service and guidance at the front desk were also excellent! The bath with a sauna was wonderful for relieving travel fatigue. Has the carpet in the Room been repaired? I mentioned it in the survey last time. We will visit again!

    The smell in the washroom is strong.

    The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the stay. I used the public bath. The restroom on the first floor was odorless and clean. Breakfast was delicious. It seemed to be fully booked that day, especially with many families staying.

    It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but...

    Reserved a non-smoking room. Even though it was confirmed at check-in, the room clearly smelled of cigarettes upon entering. Since it was late at night, I used a lot of deodorizing spray and went to sleep, but it was disappointing as all other facilities were excellent.

    The new Hotel was ve...

    The new Hotel was very clean and tidy, including the bath and Room. The welcome drinks were unlimited. My Room was upgraded from a single to a twin, making it spacious and comfortable. The bath (men's bath) was very clean, with a long horizontal tub that accommodated many people easily. The sauna was also clean and very comfortable. It would have been perfect if there had been an outdoor space for fresh air. Breakfast was luxurious, with thick and delicious eel in the hitsumabushi dish. The tuna yam rice bowl also felt like great value. There was curry available as well, but only rice bowls were provided; having proper curry plates and spoons would have been better since only small spoons were available. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay!

    Lost and Found

    Thank you for taking care of my daughter. She stayed for two nights as part of her high school graduation trip. The Hotel was wonderful, with a drink bar, a clean large bath, and delicious breakfast—she thoroughly enjoyed her stay. However, it seems she forgot some small items like her phone charging cable in the Room without noticing. We received a call from the Hotel and were very grateful for the careful packaging when they sent it back to us. Thank you so much! We look forward to staying again if we have another opportunity.

    Overall, it's decent.

    The primary purpose of my trip to Nagoya was to purchase something at a department store event. I went straight from the department store by taxi, and on my way back from dinner at Takashimaya's restaurant floor, I got completely lost due to my poor sense of direction. Since I had stayed at another hotel in the same Vessel Hotel chain before and liked it, I chose this one without hesitation. The breakfast area on the first floor is a bit small, which is a slight drawback, but I felt like staying here again.

    A new, clean, and well-serviced hotel. Overall excellent, with the following highlights: ① Great public bath and sauna, plus a complimentary ice cream. ② Free non-alcoholic drinks included. ③ Delicious breakfast with unlimited hitsumabushi. ④ Two drip coffee cups provided in the room. ⑤ Friendly and approachable staff; even cleaning staff greeted warmly with smiles.     Multiple Night Stay was great.

    This time, it was a 3-night stay. The large public bath, sauna, and buffet-style meals were all excellent. It was the perfect plan that matched my preferences.
