    It’s becoming my go-to accommodation.

    This time I stayed for two nights with my daughter—Disney on the first day, and her live concert on the second. I think this was about my fifth stay. When we come by car there are no issues, but while it’s not an impossible walk from the station, it’s tough in midsummer. Since the city bus stop is right in front, we used the city bus to make up for how few Hotel shuttle buses there are. On the way back from Disneyland we had a lot of luggage, so we took a taxi—it cost 2,800 yen. What caught my interest this time was the shared bicycles. Some people (maybe university students on a training camp?) were using them and it looked great, so I downloaded the app—but there was only one bike left and I couldn’t use it. Our family often has separate plans even when traveling together, so on a day when I’m free by myself, I’d love to rent a bike and explore nearby. And just one request for the Hotel: the air conditioning is far too cold. When you first enter the Room at 23°C it feels wonderfully cool, but after 10 minutes it’s freezing. Even if I raise it to 26°C, when I check later it’s back at 23°C… why? It seemed set to always return to that temperature automatically. Even after trying to disable that and control it myself, it went back to 23°C again—too cold. It feels amazing when you first enter, but keeping it at 23°C afterward would be cold for most people. I should have asked at the front desk, but please make it possible for guests to control this themselves.

    It’s been my favorite lately.

    I often visit Maihama and Shin-Urayasu for various reasons, including Disney, so I’ve stayed at many Hotels in the area. The Room here isn’t particularly large, but it’s still quite new and clean, and housekeeping is thorough. We’re usually two people, but we try to Reserve a Room with three beds and a private bathroom. With a table in the Room as well, it’s easy to eat there and stay comfortably. This time I wasn’t feeling well, so I requested early check-in if possible. I paid an additional 500 yen for early check-in along with the parking fee, so I thought we might be able to enter after a short wait—but we ended up waiting nearly an hour. In that case, it might have been better if they had simply told us that one hour later would be fine. We were able to get in 45 minutes earlier than regular check-in time, which allowed me to rest a bit and recover enough to keep my plans afterward. Breakfast doesn’t have an enormous variety, but I think it’s tasty. On the first day at 7:00 it was very quiet; on the second day at 8:30 the food area was crowded, and there was a line for the croffles since you bake them yourself—there also seemed to be many Western guests. It looked like seating areas are separated when guests are guided to their tables, so as two Japanese guests we were able to enjoy a calm breakfast once seated. We plan to stay again at the end of this month for another errand. For our family of two, this Hotel is our first choice.

    I chose this budget Hotel for a night before Disney, but I regretted it.

    The complimentary upgrade from a Double Twin & Shower Room to a Triple & Bath Room was very nice. However, once we entered the Room, the ventilation fan noise was bothersome, and there was also a strong odor. I tried to put drinks in the refrigerator, but there was melted ice cream inside, so it didn’t feel like the Room had been properly cleaned. When I called the front desk, a female staff member responded right away. Personally, the bed was too firm and didn’t suit me. Also when trying to sleep, I could only adjust the ventilation fan between strong and weak; even on low it kept stopping and starting, and the noise really bothered me. It felt like there might have been mites in the bed because I became itchy. I tried laying down towels, but it didn’t help, and my child had swelling in two places on their face. Because of the odor as well, I couldn’t sleep at all. So I went to ask at the front desk early in the morning, but a male staff member did nothing. Instead of listening to what we had to say, he cut us off one-sidedly, which made me feel very uncomfortable. In the end neither my wife nor I could sleep at all... We felt unwell and went home without going to Disneyland. We chose this as an inexpensive Hotel for staying one night before Disneyland, but it was easily the worst Hotel we have ever stayed at, and I regret choosing it.

    My Favorite Hotel

    I was looking forward to staying at this Hotel again after a long time, but there was a distinctive odor lingering in the Room, so I’m sorry, but I kept the window open all day. Other than the Room odor, everything was good.

    Disney Stay

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We arrived at Shin-Urayasu Station at 9:30 PM and were worried whether the local bus would still be running, but we were able to get on right away. It took about five minutes, and the Hotel was very close to the stop, so getting there was extremely easy. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very helpful. Amenities and pajamas were available near the front desk, and everything we needed was provided, which was a big help. Our Room was a triple, but it didn’t feel too cramped; it was well cleaned and comfortable. We also appreciated having separate bath and toilet areas. Breakfast had a smaller selection, but there were many items that made us want to try them, and everything tasted great—we were very satisfied. They happened to be holding a strawberry fair as well, so our child was happy to enjoy plenty of strawberries. We especially liked the fun options such as cotton candy, chocolate fondue, and make-your-own waffles. We only visited DisneySea, but using the shuttle bus both ways made it very convenient. With how easy it was to get from the station to the Hotel, how comfortable the Room was, and how good the value felt overall, we’d love to stay again in the future.

    It was easy to use, even for a last-minute stay.

    Due to transportation disruptions caused by snow, I made a Reservation at short notice. It was around 9:00 PM, but there were still buses from Shin-Urayasu Station, which made it very convenient. The front desk staff provided clear and thorough explanations. The next day we went to Disney, and the shuttle bus driver was very attentive; the bus was not crowded, so the ride was comfortable.

    Bunk Beds for Families with Elementary School Children

    The bunk bed was a special treat for my two elementary school-aged sons, turning into a jungle gym in their excitement. As expected, they wanted to sleep on the top bunk. However, the bed creaked a lot, and the noise kept us parents awake below, worrying if they might fall off. For well-behaved children, this wouldn’t be an issue, but in our case—where they might stand up half-asleep—we realized it wasn’t safe to let them sleep on the top bunk. It made it hard for us to rest. The Hotel front desk staff were foreigners but very friendly and hardworking. Although their speech was fast and slightly hard to catch at times, their Japanese was good enough that there were no major issues. It’s convenient that parking is available both before check-in and after check-out for an additional fee; however, with only one shuttle bus returning around 9 PM, we worried about whether we could catch it in time. Breakfast was delightful! The freshly baked croissants and waffles (croffles) you make yourself are absolutely delicious—a must-try! The female staff members were also kind. Unfortunately, most of the alcohol in the vending machine was sold out.

    Stay after visiting Disneyland

    Stayed after visiting Disneyland. The number of shuttle buses is limited, but the timing of the last bus was perfect and very convenient to use. It took about 25 minutes to reach the hotel on the day I used it. The interior is compact but thoughtfully designed. We chose a "Leave it to us" plan for the room, so we stayed in a four-person room with two bunk beds for two people. However, due to the height of the beds, I hit my head about five times during our stay (laughs). My companion was fine though, so it might depend on your height (laughs).     I had a comfortable stay.

    The Room was clean and had a well-balanced furniture arrangement, making it very user-friendly! The staff's service was excellent. The reception, in particular, left a great impression. A woman with beautiful nails assisted us at check-in and kindly responded with a smile even when my daughter interrupted during the explanation.
