    This Hotel offers a high level of guest satisfaction.

    Business Trip Compared to during the COVID-19 period, amenities have been simplified quite a bit, but everything you need is still provided. In particular, the free evening cafe bar time is enjoyable even if you don’t drink alcohol. The staff were attentive at all hours, which made for a very pleasant stay. This time I stayed in a single Room for business, and I appreciated that the Room setup was thoughtfully arranged for that purpose. Each day I walked to the work site, and when I returned to the Hotel, I relaxed in the large public bath to soothe the day’s fatigue. In the morning, I woke up and opened the curtains to take in views of Ginza. It was an excellent business trip.

    Looking forward to welcoming you again!

    Conveniently located near the station and close to Ginza, with the added bonus of an Onsen, I was very satisfied. The amenities were well-stocked with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the handheld mirror in addition to the one at the sink—it was very helpful. You can practically come empty-handed! The handwritten note from the staff was a lovely touch despite their busy schedules—it made me happy. Also, the fragrance upon entering the Hotel was pleasant and comforting. Thank you so much! I look forward to staying again next time!

    Unfortunately.

    Close to Higashi-Ginza Station, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it a great location. The room was assigned randomly, with the bed placed prominently in the center, which made it feel cramped. There were no towels in the toilet, which was inconvenient; having them would be better. The bath could have been a bit more spacious as well. The Onsen temperature was just right. Breakfast included jam bread, soup, and salad but lacked sufficient quantity. The bread was also hard; a buffet-style breakfast would be preferable. The most disappointing aspect was that the male staff did not greet or interact with guests at all. While the female staff were friendly and welcoming, the male staff didn’t even smile when approached at reception and seemed unwelcoming. As a first-time guest unfamiliar with certain things, this attitude left me disappointed.

    It was very good.

    The service at the front desk is outstanding. Some Tokyu Stay should send their employees here for retraining. There are only five washing areas in the women's bath, and I didn't like lining up naked at night, but it was empty early in the morning. The elevator was a bit slow, which was slightly concerning, but since the hotel was almost fully booked, it might be unavoidable. In the morning, I used the stairs from the Room on the 6th floor to the bath on the 3rd floor. The location is excellent. It is accessible from both Haneda and Narita with a single train, and the station has elevators and escalators. Higashi-Ginza has many restaurants with long lines, making it perfect for a gourmet trip.
