    Highly competitive market.

    The location makes it hard to decide which Hotel to choose. The interior is clean, but if you have a suitcase, the room feels small, so I rated it lower.

    A clean Room

    The property felt very clean, and the Room was also spotless. The seafood izakaya downstairs is popular, and we couldn’t get in without a Reservation.

    I stayed for about a...

    I stayed for about a week on a business trip in a Superior Double (16.8 m²). What made me choose this place was that the Room felt slightly larger than double Rooms at other hotels, and that extra space really showed in the more comfortable unit bath and the overall space in the Room, making my stay very pleasant. The soy milk and yogurt at breakfast were rich and delicious! The “Inca no Mezame” potatoes were sweet and had a nice Hokkaido feel. I also appreciated that the pajamas were two-piece. It was disappointing that the toilet water pressure was weak, and sometimes toilet paper would remain even after flushing... Still, I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Stayed in a Twin Room for one night... However, the room was extremely small, and the cleaning was not up to standard. Hair and dust were all over the room.

    Satisfaction

    Used for the last accommodation of a trip to Hokkaido. The air conditioning in the planned room was not working, so another room was promptly prepared. It was a spacious, barrier-free room, which was a pleasant arrangement. The door had an auto-lock system, and the elevator required a card key, ensuring good security. It was a hotel I would like to use again.

    Regarding Amenity Restocking

    In the morning, if I forget to hang the cleaning sign and return at night, it can be difficult to request amenity replenishment at the front desk. It would be helpful if amenities could be left at the entrance like in other Hotels.

    A bit far from the station, but great value for money.

    It's a bit of a walk from the station, but since you just go straight along the main road, it doesn't feel too far. There's a convenience store next door and an izakaya on the first floor, making it very convenient. It's also close to dining areas. The Room is spacious enough for two people and clean. The bathroom, toilet, and sink are combined in one space, which might be less ideal for some; however, the bathtub is roomy and offers good value for money overall. I would consider staying here again if I have another opportunity.

    Hmm...

    The entrance and lobby to the Room seemed to maintain cleanliness, but inside the Room, there was a sense that repairs for scratches and peeling on the furniture had not been addressed. Various tea bags were provided in the lobby, but since essential water was not available in the Room, I didn't feel like drinking. Even just one bottle of water would have been appreciated.

    At check-in, it seemed that the reservation name was not found, and even after presenting this email reservation information, it took some time. It would be helpful if you could refrain from acting as if there was no reservation. The room was clean and the hotel was also clean. I think it was just the handling at the scene that needed improvement.

    Business Hotel or more

    Arriving at New Chitose Airport at 8 PM, it was conveniently close to a sushi restaurant for dinner, clean, and very pleasant. I would love to travel on the same schedule again.

    All the facilities of the hotel were clean and comfortable. I would like to use it again when staying in Chitose.
