    A Room close to the bathroom.

    It was very convenient. I had an early flight the next morning, so the easy access was a big help.

    The biggest advantage is its convenient location near the station.

    The Facility is new, and both the guest rooms and the large public bath were fine. However, there are few places to eat dinner nearby, and having only Yayoi Ken on the first floor feels a bit limited. The livelier area is on the other side of the station, so it may be different if you go into town.

    As expected—taking customers for granted.

    I previously stayed at a JR Hotel in Takamatsu and was disappointed, and this time was the same. For the same price, you can now stay two nights at a typical Business Hotel. There is no complimentary water service these days. When leaving luggage before check-in, you are made to use simple lockers at the JR Hotel Chitose. Even though it was my first stay, there was no explanation. The only advantage is the location near the station. Whether it’s an old JNR mindset or a bureaucratic approach, I will not be staying again.

    So many times I've lost count

    Every year, I book a Multiple Night Stay during golf season. Since last year, we’ve had to carry our golf bags up to the Room ourselves, which is a bit inconvenient (though understandable). I’d like you to install a safety deposit box in the Room if possible.

    The service was pleasant and welcoming.

    We were looking for a Room that could accommodate a family of four, and chose this place because it’s close to New Chitose Airport—an excellent decision. There’s a convenience store nearby, and the Room has a properly separated bathroom and toilet. Check-in and check-out can be done by machine, so everything was very smooth. The staff were also very kind, and although it was a simple stay, we had a comfortable Accommodation experience. We didn’t use it, but we were also given information about the large public bath, so it seems like a good option for business trips as well. Thank you very much for all your help.

    JR Inn is the best.

    I stayed here two years ago as well, and I was very satisfied again this time. The large public bath was also very relaxing. After the bath, I was able to unwind with a cup of coffee. Breakfast at Yayoiken was delicious too. When I come to watch a game at ES CON FIELD again, I would definitely like to stay here.

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay. It was conveniently located close to both the airport and the station. On rainy days, umbrellas were available to borrow, which made the stay comfortable. I like Hotels with a large public bath, so I would like to stay here again. There are more Hotels around Chitose Station now, so it can be hard to choose, but I would still like to stay here again.

    We stayed the night ...

    We stayed the night before to catch a morning flight from New Chitose Airport. The location right in front of Chitose Station, the pillow bar where you can choose a pillow that suits you, the staff’s friendly service with smiles, and the large public bath were all great. The Room was spacious enough for our overnight stay. There were plenty of power outlets, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. It’s close to the airport (about 6 km) and just two stops by train. Since train schedules were disrupted by snow, we took a taxi to the airport in the morning, which cost around 2,000 yen. It was a good Hotel that made us want to stay again if we have the chance.

    JR Inn Chitose

    I stayed the night before my early morning flight. The Hotel has a simple yet calming atmosphere and is comfortable. You can choose your pillow and amenities. The large public bath was also very pleasant! There are several restaurants nearby, as well as a food court at Aeon, making dining convenient. Access to New Chitose Airport is easy via JR or bus from Chitose Station right in front of the Hotel.

    Compact but very comfortable stay. After staying at the accommodation, we took a walk to Salmon Park, which was clean and became a very pleasant memory.

    Reliable JR Inn

    This is always my top choice for business trips. Despite the rising costs of various goods, they still provide newspapers, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction. The cleaning is thorough, and I hope the staff's wages or hourly rates are increased to boost their motivation, ensuring it remains a hotel where guests can always feel safe and comfortable staying. However, I am very concerned about hygiene when children use the public bath. It would be great if a separate bath for children could be provided or some measures taken to ensure everyone can enjoy their stay without worries.

    3rd Time Multiple Night Stay (2 Nights)

    Used for golf. Clean and very comfortable. I think I will use it again. Requests: - I would like a safety box in the Room. - Please provide one more towel, even just a hand towel. - Please store golf bags at the front desk (they were stored last year). Leaving them in the car poses a security issue. Other than that, no complaints. Please consider.

    Love traveling!

    On this day, Haneda Airport was closed for 2 hours due to heavy rain and lightning, causing a 2-hour delay for my flight. Many routes were canceled, so I felt relieved when I finally arrived at Chitose Airport. Exhausted, I headed to the Hotel near Chitose Station. Seeing the Hotel right in front of me and being greeted by the smile of the front desk staff brought me great comfort. It felt as relaxing as being at home.

    Better than expected!

    As a local resident, it was my first time staying at a Hotel in Chitose, but it turned out to be a pleasant and relaxing space. It was nice to read books in the lounge after taking a bath, though it would have been even better if there were cold drinks available instead of just hot ones (there were cold drinks in the bathing area). I gave 4 stars because there were no skincare amenities like lotion. With restaurants nearby, dinner was not an issue, and there's also a convenience store close by. Overall, it was a good Hotel.

    Excellent Location

    This was my first time using your service, and the location was very convenient, just a short distance from Chitose Station. The bath was spacious and comfortable. I will make a reservation again next time.

    Reliable JR Inn. Please request a Room on the second floor.

    If you're staying in Chitose, this is my top choice. This hotel is as popular as ever, and I kept checking for vacancies daily until I finally found an available room recently. It's the reliable JR Inn. Compared to the past, the price has increased significantly, so it would be great if they could improve amenities to match the higher cost.

    Golf Club

    The service to store golf clubs is no longer available, which is inconvenient. Guests have to carry them to the room, and single rooms are small, making it difficult. It’s disappointing considering many golfers stay at this accommodation.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    The hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it easy to access the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have some local options for breakfast. There are limited dining options nearby.

    Baseball Watching

    Stayed for 2 nights to watch a baseball game at Es Con Field. Made a same-day Reservation and was glad there was availability. Just about 30 steps from Chitose Station, which was very convenient even with heavy luggage. Enjoyed coffee and tea in the lounge, and it was great to take them back to the Room. My husband said the coffee was excellent, and I found the tea delicious as well. Although we didn’t have time to relax at the Hotel, some guests were enjoying their time in the lounge—it had a very pleasant atmosphere. If I had more time, I would have loved to read some manga! The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The Room was clean and comfortable. Watching Hanshin's game in Hokkaido, dining with old friends, shopping for delicious souvenirs at Chitose Station Airport—it was an enjoyable 3 days! Thank you!

    The warm hospitality...

    The warm hospitality of the staff at JR Inn Chitose was very satisfying. I always had a condition to use a non-smoking room, but this time it seems I ended up with a smoking room due to my mistake. Without any unpleasant expressions, the staff took about an hour to deodorize and clean the Room. Thanks to them, I was able to spend my time comfortably. I would like to be careful not to cause any inconvenience when making Reservations on IKYU.com in the future. I rated it 3 because I couldn't use the Onsen.

    A very relaxing Room.

    From the Room, you can view both the trains running on the JR Chitose Line and the planes arriving and departing from New Chitose Airport. Although it's not a field I'm particularly interested in, it naturally came into view when sitting at the desk, which was quite interesting. As for the bath, there is nothing particularly unique about it, but if you are just going to soak in the small bathtub in the Room, being able to relax in the large public bath is indeed appreciated. The changing room and bath area were clean, allowing for a relaxing experience. The lounge offers coffee and a variety of books and manga, with books related to railways also catching my eye. Additionally, being close to the station and having a convenience store nearby means there is absolutely nothing to be dissatisfied with. I would like to visit again when I have business in Chitose.

    Very kind.

    Very kind and responsive, it was a great deal for three people. The entire Facility, Room, and lounge are clean and comfortable. It's a bit disappointing that if you don't check in early, you can't choose a pillow, but I would like to use it again.
