    It was a clean Hotel.

    The Hotel was clean and located in the central Sakae area. I arrived by car, but check-in ended up being after 10:00 PM, and the on-site parking was only open until 10:00 PM, so I couldn’t park there. I called the front desk and was directed to a partner parking lot, but since it was a busy downtown area even after 10:00 PM, the roads were narrow and heavily congested, so it took quite a long time to reach the partner lot despite the short distance, which was inconvenient. I wish the parking were available 24 hours. The room was clean, but I noticed dust buildup on the ceiling vent and some dirt in the bathroom. It was also disappointing that the body wash towel for bathing was a bit small. The bath itself was clean, and it was nice to have a bathtub you could soak in while lying down. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious—I was satisfied. I would feel more at ease if there were at least one Japanese staff member at the front desk.

    For some reason, the carpet is extremely dirty.

    The front desk, restaurant, and large public bath were clean, but the carpet in the guest room felt dirty. Even after watching a night game at Vantelin Dome, having a large public bath helped wash away the fatigue from cheering. The hitsumabushi at the breakfast buffet was delicious and a welcome highlight. I will visit again.

    Attracted by the separate vanity and bathroom with a washing area

    Maybe I didn’t check carefully enough, but I was disappointed because I thought the toilet and bath would be completely separate behind a single door. There were only the bare minimum amenities. I went into the Room to relax, but there were no slippers, so I contacted the front desk and had them bring some. I’m not sure whether they aren’t provided in the first place or were simply missed during cleaning. Water was also “help yourself” from a water dispenser outside the Room. I’ve rarely stayed at a Hotel that doesn’t provide a smartphone charger, so it was good that I brought my own. The location is convenient and fairly close to the station, but when I went for a morning walk, the street in the restaurant area behind the Hotel was quite dirty. Since it was a weekend, there were also noisy young people around, so it felt like that kind of neighborhood. Personally, having a large public bath is a plus. It’s separated by gender using your room key card, which you use to enter the bathing area.

    A basic Hotel close to Nishiki’s downtown area.

    I stayed for one night on a business trip. I stay at Hotels and Ryokans about 70 nights a year for business and travel. ●Location ・Very close to the Nishiki entertainment district—perfect for anyone who wants to go out for drinks. ●Room ・A basic, clean Room. It doesn’t have any flashy design that makes you say “wow,” but it’s well put together and comfortable for a relaxing stay. ●Breakfast ・A breakfast buffet featuring Nagoya-style items such as hitsumabushi and Ogura toast. The selection felt a bit limited, but considering the price is 1,800 yen, it was more than adequate. ●Overall satisfaction ・With more new Hotels opening in Nagoya, part of me wants to try other places. That said, if you plan to drink in Nishiki, this Hotel is convenient and easy to use thanks to its location.

    Window Availability

    The Comfort Room we stayed in has no view from the window. This is stated on the Hotel’s official website, but it was not mentioned on IKYU’s website, so we ended up choosing this room. The separate washbasin was convenient to use.

    I stayed for an even...

    I stayed for an event at IG Arena. The facilities and amenities were sufficient, but the rates were on the higher side, which felt a bit expensive. My companion seemed satisfied with the large public bath, while I enjoyed relaxing in the private bath. The separate layout was comfortable and spacious. It was disappointing that there was only one pillow and no hand towel provided.

    The rooms were very ...

    The rooms were very clean and functionally designed, allowing for a comfortable stay without feeling cramped. The Onsen had limited washing areas, and the changing room felt crowded, making it difficult to relax. However, since I didn't stay specifically for the Onsen, it was acceptable. I thought the breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

    The Onsen large bath is excellent!

    The public bath was excellent. After a tiring night in Nagoya, the public bath is definitely the way to go. The Room was clean and did not feel cramped, making it very comfortable to stay.

    Late check-in after ...

    Late check-in after the concert was smooth. Breakfast and staff service were excellent. However, when I checked the bath availability and went as it showed vacant, it was very crowded with no available lockers in the changing room or open spots in the washing area, which was inconvenient. It was also disappointing that the view from the Room window was just a wall.

    It was very relaxing.

    Great location and excellent facilities. The size is just right, and the satisfaction level is very high. The positive reviews gave me peace of mind, and I was not disappointed. Everything, including the bathroom, was clean, deserving a 5-star rating. Both the staff and other guests were kind, making my stay comfortable throughout. After returning tired from a live event, this hotel provided genuine relaxation even on my first visit! Absolutely loved it.

    A Satisfying Trip to Nagoya

    This is my third year staying at the same time every year. First of all, the staff's service is excellent, making for a pleasant stay. The large public bath is relaxing, and the location is great—this is my favorite Hotel. It's a bit disappointing that there’s no ice available in the bath area. I also use your Fukuoka branch of CROOM. Thank you for your continued hospitality!

    Relax and unwind in our large public bath.

    A compact Hotel with a great location for accessing Sakae and the city center. The subway is also nearby. You can reach the Dome without any transfers. There are many foreign travelers, so it was a bit noisy at times.

    Conveniently located with good access from the station, a convenience store next door, and plenty of dining options nearby. However, the shower curtain in the Room's bathroom had a strong damp smell, so I kept the air purifier in the Room on all the time. Other than that, everything was great.

    The Hotel had a newly renovated lobby and Room, both very clean. The large public bath was spacious and very comfortable. The Room was compact but cleverly designed to avoid feeling cramped, allowing for a relaxing stay. The parking lot was conveniently located next to the Hotel, and the staff provided courteous service. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Arriving at the Hote...

    Arriving at the Hotel at night made it a bit difficult to find the parking lot and the Hotel location. The Room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The bath on the top floor was great, and I enjoyed having Nagoya specialties like hitsumabushi and ogura toast for breakfast. The aroma in the lobby was soothing.

    The room smells of tobacco.

    The room was clean, and the service was polite and good, but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. As soon as I entered, there was a strong cigarette odor. It seems that smoking rooms were available until the end of June in Reiwa 7 (2025), so the room I stayed in was likely a former smoking room. For non-smokers, it is quite uncomfortable. It would be helpful if it were indicated at the time of reservation that "this is a former smoking room and may have some cigarette odor." People who cannot tolerate cigarette smells would avoid booking such rooms, preventing situations like this. Please consider this suggestion.

    The nearest subway station has stairs.

    Access: The hotel is a 1-minute walk from the station, but since the subway is deep underground and the escalator only goes up partway, carrying a suitcase can be quite exhausting. The elevator to ground level is far away and requires crossing a major street with traffic lights. On the bright side, there’s a convenient convenience store right next door. Room: The room was very clean, spacious, and had lighting suitable for both work and relaxation. I had an excellent stay—thank you! However, regarding the toilet layout, it made me wonder if an architect really approved this design. It felt cramped like an economy hotel in that specific aspect. Meals: Compared to hotels of similar class in Nagoya, the variety of dishes was limited. While not bad in taste, nothing stood out as delicious enough to want seconds. For Multiple Night Stays (MNS), it might be better not to include breakfast. A unique feature worth mentioning was that they offered smoothies. Public Bath: There were three types of hair dryers available. However, since towels need to be brought from your Room and areas like changing spaces were often wet, it detracted from cleanliness and convenience compared to hotels where towels are freely provided—this unfortunately diminished the refreshing feeling after bathing. On a positive note, I enjoyed relaxing in the reclining bath area!

    It was comfortable.

    This was my first time using this Hotel. I stayed in a twin room, which was compact but clean and comfortable. The bathroom included a washing area, allowing me to use it just like at home, with a stool and washbasin provided for convenience. The air conditioning in the room was individually controlled, so I could set it to my preferred temperature. As mentioned during the Reservation process, the window had frosted glass, so there was no view outside; however, since this is an urban Hotel and not a resort, it didn’t bother me. One issue we encountered was with the large public bath. Although its usage status can be checked on monitors (showing "Busy" for men and "Available" for women), when my wife went to use it based on that information, she found it extremely crowded. This might be due to limited washing areas causing congestion. While real-time updates are helpful, some discrepancies are inevitable as people adjust their plans accordingly. The location of the Hotel is excellent with an adjacent parking lot making it very convenient. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya!

    The facility is overall compact and adequate, though perhaps a bit too compact. However, I noticed an unpleasant odor in the bath changing room, which affected my experience. Please review the overall management of the facility once again.

    I have stayed here several times during my visits to Nagoya. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, has a clean atmosphere, and offers relatively affordable rates compared to others, so I am generally satisfied. However, there is only one bath towel and one face towel provided per Room. If both are taken to the public bath, there are no towels left for handwashing or face washing in the Room. Additionally, there are no shelves in the public bath area to place towels on, making it inconvenient to bring a bath towel into the bathing area. It would be more convenient if additional towels were provided or if shelves were installed in the bathing area.

    A compact yet comfortable Hotel. The Room was just right, with a cozy bed and pillows. The bath on the top floor was great, and the breakfast was delicious. The buffet layout was easy to navigate, with a smooth flow for guests and a clean, efficient breakfast atmosphere. I checked out thinking it was truly a great Hotel.

    Bright and clean Hotel

    The room size was sufficient, and it was clean and well-maintained. There was a large public bath, allowing for a relaxing stay. The hairdryer provided was Dyson. The location is excellent. A map with recommendations for nearby shops and restaurants added a thoughtful touch. It was helpful and informative. I believe the cost-performance ratio is good as well.

    Clean and comfortable!

    I stayed for one night in a double room with a rain shower. The location was great and easily accessible, yet quiet and comfortable for sleeping. The room was compact but didn’t feel cramped, giving a spacious impression! The staff were very accommodating, and I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagoya!

    The Room was comfortable. The size was also good Room cleaning is every other day The vending machine has limited options. There is a Seven-Eleven next door The public bath is not spacious. It is open until 1 AM The restaurant is mediocre, dining out might be better Hotel staff's service is attentive and polite All areas have very beautiful and luxurious interiors

    I always stay at this property when I visit Nagoya!!

    This is my third time using this hotel, and I have already decided to stay here again next time. Although I use it only with No Meals Included rather than enjoying the hotel life, I think it is a perfect hotel for those who prefer that. It is clean, the Room is easy to use, and I am pleased with the large public bath on the top floor. The location is convenient for going anywhere... I have experienced satisfaction beyond the price so far.

    Independent washbasin is the best!

    There was an open-air bath in the large public bath, and it was very pleasant. Considering the time of stay, I think it was very cheap, but the room was clean and above all, the independent washbasin was extremely convenient! The breakfast was also delicious with a lot of menu options. It was quite crowded, so I regret not being able to eat Ogura toast. It was my first time using Nishitetsu Hotel, but I would like to use it again next time. Thank you very much.

    The bath was nice.

    I stayed for two nights in December 2024. The location was great, close to Hisayaodori Station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The large public bath and the open-air sleeping bath were excellent and relieved my fatigue. However, my friend who came with me couldn't find the open-air bath and was disappointed. I hope the guidance can be improved. Also, when I stayed at Nishitetsu Fukuoka, there was a Panasonic Nanoe hairdryer (red) in the large public bath, so I thought there would be one in Nagoya as well, but there was only a Dyson. The room was clean, and the lobby was cutely decorated in Christmas style with free drinks available, which was convenient. I would like to stay with Nishitetsu again. Thank you for a very satisfying trip.
