    A Hotel You’ll Want to Stay at Again

    I visit Kochi about twice a year, and this was my first time staying at the Comfort Hotel. The front desk staff, breakfast, and bed were all excellent, and I don’t think there are many Hotels that offer this level of service at this price. The on-site parking was full, but there were several affiliated parking lots nearby, which was very helpful. It would be perfect if in-and-out access for cars were included at this price, but I understand that’s difficult. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I’d love to stay again.

    Great value for money and highly recommended.

    It was conveniently located just two traffic lights from the station, and there was also a drugstore within walking distance. I also appreciated the lockers at the Hotel entrance that could be used before and after check-in. The Room was stylish and cute. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have liked a bit more variety in the meals.

    The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious.

    This was my second stay. After my first visit, I really liked the complimentary drink service available until midnight and the delicious breakfast, so I decided to return. This time as well, the Room was spacious and I enjoyed the breakfast. One issue: the coffee maker’s bean storage area did not seem to be properly cleaned, and it looked like old, partially melted coffee beans were stuck to it. I mentioned this at night, but it had not been addressed by morning.

    I stayed here while ...

    I stayed here while sightseeing in Kochi City. It’s close to the station and easy to find, so the location is excellent. The Room and the entire property were clean. Breakfast was included for free, and I enjoyed it—the restaurant has plenty of seating and a wide variety of dishes.

    Low pillow.

    I stayed for a business trip in the Double Standard (Non-Smoking) Room (Double). - The bath was not an Onsen and was very ordinary, so 3. - In-room amenities were only a toothbrush. I wanted a body-wash towel, so 3. - The pillow was low and my sleep was light. It seemed to be one of the features, but I folded it in half to use it. Also, there was no cushion, so I couldn’t relax while watching TV. I’d like you to provide a cushion—people who don’t like low pillows could also use it as an alternative pillow. Therefore, the Room is 3. - I was satisfied with the meals. The yogurt, smoothies, and side dishes were all very delicious. 5. - There are plenty of power outlets. Facility: 5. Since my sleep was light due to the pillow—which was disappointing for a business trip—I rated the overall stay as 3.

    A relaxing café, a convenient location near the station, and reassuring staff—everything was excellent.

    Since my itinerary involved exploring various places around Kochi Station, the location—just a few minutes’ walk from the station—was perfect. I left my luggage in a locker, and each time I came back, I could relax in the spacious café next to the lobby. The room had a clean, simple design and felt very comfortable. The staff’s friendly greetings with smiles were also great. It was easy to ask about amenities and nearby Facilities. I’d love to stay again!

    Pure comfort.

    A Kochi trip planned around enjoying bonito. I spent a long time deciding where to stay, and chose the Comfort Hotel. Close to the station, flat and easy to find, clean, a spacious Room, very friendly staff, café service—and above all, a delicious breakfast!! If you’re considering the MY-Yu Bus 1-day unlimited pass, I recommend staying here since JR Kochi Station is the first stop. In the morning, some people couldn’t board from Harimayabashi because it was already full. Although it’s a Business Hotel, the staff’s cheerful greetings and kind words were truly pleasant. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

    Clean and the Room is a standard size. No Onsen; it has a unit bath, so no rating. Meals are buffet-style with a wide variety and delicious. Convenient with an on-site parking lot.

    Glad to hear that.

    I stayed for just one night, but the Hotel Room was more than sufficient for one person. The bath was spacious and relaxing. Even though breakfast was free, there were plenty of options, and I was very satisfied. They also stored my luggage until I returned from sightseeing, which was a big help. When I came back to the Hotel before leaving, I could also enjoy self-serve coffee and take a short break. The only downside was that the toothbrush was too soft—I wish I had brought my own.

    Beautiful Hotel

    It was a very beautiful Hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the Room was very satisfying. The location is convenient, close to the station. Breakfast was also satisfying.

    Comfortable and highly recommended!

    Convenient access to Kochi Station and Obiyamachi, with spacious rooms. The breakfast menu was diverse, offering plenty of vegetables and fruits. Despite the busy New Year period, the staff provided excellent service. I would love to stay here again.

    Close to the station in Kochi and near the express bus stop.

    I stayed at this accommodation for my first visit to Kochi. It is conveniently located near the Kochi Station bus stop for the airport limousine bus, making access easy. Check-in was self-service, but the staff kindly explained how to operate it. Before taking the elevator, they also thoroughly explained about additional amenities (roomwear, combs, razors), which was helpful as I might have gone straight to my room otherwise. The elevator required a card key for use, ensuring good security. The next morning's breakfast was complimentary and had just the right variety of items; I especially enjoyed the vegetable smoothie. This time I visited Kochi for work, but I plan to stay at this hotel again as a base when visiting for sightseeing. One minor issue was that while working at the desk in my room, the light came from behind me, making it feel dim on my workspace. A light above the desk would have been appreciated. Overall, this has become one of the accommodations I'd like to use again when visiting Kochi for sightseeing!

    The service and the ...

    The service and the room were clean and excellent. The washer-dryer was convenient to use at 400 yen per kilogram. Many business hotels in Kochi serve seared bonito for breakfast, but since my companion was a foreigner who couldn't eat Japanese-style breakfasts, the Western-style buffet was very helpful. The salad was fresh and delightful.

    It was a Hotel as expected.

    Stayed on June 5th with my wife, traveling from Osaka. The accommodation met our expectations for convenience and comfort. Arriving on an afternoon flight from Osaka, we used this hotel as a stopover before heading to the Ashizuri area the next day. The location near the station, room size and facilities, security, staff service, quick breakfast, and accommodation cost all met our expectations perfectly. The proximity to the station within a few minutes' walk and the kindness of the staff were particularly impressive. Highly recommended!

    Highly satisfied

    The staff were kind, and the Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had just the right variety, and the strawberry smoothie was delicious. The bread was moist and fluffy as well. I was very satisfied. Thank you!

    I wish there had been a large public bath. It would have been better if the Japanese breakfast had been a little more substantial.
