    Standard.

    If you are staying in the Goryokaku area, the location is excellent. The Room has a unit bath, but it felt clean. There is a convenience store downstairs, and Hase Store and Lucky Pierrot are also nearby, which was very convenient.

    Dissatisfied with breakfast and service.

    It was an ordinary Business Hotel. The view was disappointing, and when I asked the front desk about the location of an izakaya, the response was vague—just told to head along the railway tracks. The breakfast selection was limited, and although it was a 2-night Plan, I left after one night in the morning. However, there was no refund for the second night at all. At least a refund for the second morning's breakfast would have been appreciated. High reviews? As you know, meals at modern Business Hotels are usually of high quality these days. This place felt like something from an older era of business hotels. It’s completely different from their affiliated Hakodate Kokusai Hotel.

    Goryokaku’s Earthen Ramparts

    A convenience store on the first floor and the Goryokaku tram stop right in front made it extremely convenient. In the evening, we had a beautiful view of Goryokaku Tower. In the morning, I took a walk along the Goryokaku earthworks and worked up a nice sweat, then returned to the Hotel for a shower. There was plenty of time until check-out, making this a very convenient Hotel overall. Although Hakodate had just been featured on Buratamori, there were not many tourists, so we could enjoy a relaxed trip. Check-out was smooth as well, and we were able to head out comfortably for sightseeing around Mount Hakodate’s foothills. Thank you very much.

    It was a wonderful stay.

    The room was clean with a great view overlooking Mount Hakodate, the western district, and Omori Beach. The staff who recommended room cleaning and exchanged towels, as well as the senior staff member who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a lovely smile, were particularly wonderful. The reception staff seemed a bit busy. With the train stop right in front and Goryokaku and Honcho within walking distance, it was very convenient. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Subtle kindness

    Due to a sudden business trip, I requested accommodation, and with a pleasant response, I was able to spend a warm time from check-in to check-out.

    It's excellent.

    The streetcar stop is right in front of the Hotel, and Goryokaku is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot at the back entrance. The space in front of the front desk is spacious and comfortable, with a FamilyMart attached. TOYOTA Rent a Car is also within walking distance. Located in the downtown area, there is no shortage of restaurants, making it a wonderful location. The Room is simple, typical of Mystays, but spacious and clean. If anything, there is some mold around the bathtub grout, but it is well within the acceptable range. During my stay, despite it being late at night, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you very much. I think it is more than enough Hotel for sightseeing in Hakodate.

    Convenient at the city center Hotel

    I didn't know it was the same group as Hotel Sonia Otaru where I stayed last year. The breakfast was rich in variety and delicious for the price. Goryokaku and the tower are nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, so I had no trouble finding places to eat and drink at night. Also, there is a Hakodate City Tram stop (Goryokaku Koen-mae) in front of the hotel, which was convenient for sightseeing in the Bay Area. With a one-day tram pass (600 yen for adults, 300 yen for children), I received discounts and services at several tourist spots.
