    The room was not properly cleaned.

    Used contact lenses left behind by a previous guest were found on the headboard, which was unpleasant. The price, the Room size, and having the bathroom and toilet separate were good.

    The bathroom was excellent.

    The separate bath and toilet, along with the service of borrowing items like a bath chair or washbasin upon request, was very convenient! The room overall was clean and well-maintained. However, it was a bit disappointing that the touch panel for temperature control on the wall sometimes didn’t respond well. Additionally, I felt that the lighting above the bathtub in the bathroom (indirect lighting?!) seemed darker compared to other areas. It might be better if it were slightly brighter. This was my first time staying at this hotel (Chiba Chuo), and I found everyone’s reviews very helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    I want to come again.

    Stayed after the New Year holidays at a very affordable price. This was my second stay, and check-in was easy and convenient using a QR code. The Hotel staff kindly assisted me as well. The bathroom and toilet are separate, allowing for a relaxing bath, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Located right in front of Chiba-Chuo Station, the access is excellent. There are also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making it highly recommended!

    It was excellent.

    The amenities were excellent and very satisfying. The Room was clean, and the private bath in the Room was especially great!

    The hallway and elevator are hot.

    The Room is comfortable with a separate bath and toilet. However, the elevator wait time was long, and there was no air conditioning in the hallway or inside the elevator, making it very hot.

    Overall, we are satisfied.

    I stayed here again after a long time. The Room and service were simple yet lovely, making it a wonderful Hotel. The cleanliness was generally as thorough as before, with the bed even clean underneath thanks to the caster wheels—an excellent cleaning standard. However, this time, upon opening the glass door of the bathroom, there was an unpleasant damp smell or perhaps an odor reminiscent of aging. Even using the in-room fabric refresher and rinsing with hot water didn’t help, which was disappointing. Additionally, the TV remote required strong pressing to work properly, which was inconvenient. Other than that, compared to before, there seemed to be a noticeable increase in guests from China among inbound travelers. The lobby and hallways during check-in hours were somewhat noisy. (For some reason on the same floor? I could hear a foreign male guest talking on his phone in the hallway—it made me feel slightly uneasy but since I stayed indoors afterward, no issues arose.)

    It was excellent.

    I stayed in a lovely Room. First, the shower is in a separate room from the toilet. And it's spacious. Furthermore, the shower is the 30,000 yen one from ReFa. It was quiet in the morning as well. I felt once again that Daiwa Roynet Hotel is a Hotel that considers its guests.

    I used it for both remote work and leisure. The bathroom had a washing area, which was comfortable. Also, I stayed on the 13th floor and was able to open the window a little, which was nice. In terms of location, there were supermarkets, convenience stores, and dining places nearby, which was convenient. One concern was that the electric kettle in the room, made in 2018, took quite a while to boil. Also, there seemed to be large cardboard deliveries next to the doors of the rooms across from mine (3 to 4 rooms), and despite being opened, the owners left them in the hallway for several days, which the hotel seemed to approve of. This was concerning from a fire and disaster prevention perspective.
