    The Facility and location are good.

    BS NHK was not available, so I couldn’t watch the Dodgers broadcast. No in-room massage service. Parking is at an affiliated lot, about a 10-minute walk away. The Facility is clean. The Room is quiet. The location is convenient: close to Omicho Market and near taxi stands and city bus stops.

    The property was very clean, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was also beautifully presented, and I was able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace.

    The photos were wonderful.

    I chose this place after comparing it with other Hotels. I like large baths, so that was my main deciding factor. I came by car, but I couldn’t find where to park, so I called. However, the front desk explanation was hard to understand, and in the end I found it on my own. Even then, that spot was only for temporarily stopping to unload luggage, and the affiliated parking lot was about a 10-minute walk from the Hotel. If it takes 10 minutes on foot, the “affiliated parking” feels like it’s just for show. It was too hot to do that, so I ended up parking at a public lot next to the Hotel’s back entrance. And it wasn’t just there—there are plenty of coin-operated parking lots near the Hotel. Since it was a busy check-in time, the front desk staff basically just handed me a paper and said something like “please take this.” They also didn’t explain how to check out. The Room also smelled very bad near the window for some reason… It was unpleasant. The bath area was crowded as well, so I couldn’t relax. The shampoo and other amenities had peeling labels and felt unhygienic. The price was low, so I was satisfied with that part. I don’t usually write Reviews, but I couldn’t relax here so I decided to write one. The photos looked truly wonderful.

    It was great to have a large public bath on-site.

    Omicho Market, Kanazawa Castle, Oyama Shrine, and the samurai district are all within walking distance, and there is also a bus stop nearby, making it very convenient for sightseeing in Kanazawa. The large public bath on the top floor was wonderful—you can soak while enjoying the view. There is also an on-site coin laundry, which was helpful for washing items like underwear. The Room felt clean. I would have preferred it to be a bit larger, but considering the location and price, I was reasonably satisfied. The front desk staff assisted me with various requests and were very pleasant and kind. I would like to stay here again when I have the chance.

    Highly recommended for sightseeing in Kanazawa!

    A 15-minute walk to top sights like Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle. There’s also a nearby bus stop, plus plenty of set-meal spots and great restaurants—highly recommended. The highlight is the Onsen on the 13th floor and the shabu-shabu dinner course. The Onsen also has a reclining bath, so you can enjoy relaxation, sightseeing, and great food all in one. The Hotel staff were also excellent. Definitely worth a visit.

    I look forward to it every year.

    From my first stay, I was impressed by the wonderful attentiveness of the breakfast venue staff, and since then I have decided to stay here whenever I am in Kanazawa for work. This year, I was relieved to see the same staff members again. Even though they seem busy with many international guests, I am always impressed by the thorough cleanliness and hospitality throughout the Hotel.

    Overall, it was good.

    I made a Reservation for a triple Room. The Room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a bit disappointing that there was only one foldable luggage rack. I was also disappointed that there were no snacks in the Room, but there were three drip coffees and three bottles of water, which we enjoyed. There was a convenience store very close by, which was handy. Mitsui Garden Hotel never disappoints!!

    Satisfied with the clean facilities and delicious breakfast!

    We stayed one night in a Deluxe Twin Room. Both the Hotel and the Room were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The Room was spacious enough, and we were able to relax. Breakfast, which was one of our top priorities when choosing a Hotel, exceeded our expectations and we were truly satisfied. I can’t speak for what it’s usually like, but during our stay the guests tended to be relatively older, and the breakfast venue had a calm atmosphere. We don’t do well with busy, noisy settings and usually avoid breakfast buffets, often choosing Hotels where we can have breakfast via in-room dining instead. This time we decided to give it a try—and it was absolutely the right choice. It felt wonderful to start the day slowly and quietly with delicious food. Because the wet area was an all-in-one bath-and-toilet space without a partition, I rated the Facility 4 stars. This is definitely a Hotel we would like to return to. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The Facility itself is a Business Hotel.

    The facility is at the same level as a Business Hotel due to its location, which is understandable. The bath on the 13th floor was clean, had pleasant music playing, and provided a relaxing experience. The staff were kind and friendly overall. However, while waiting for guidance at the breakfast venue entrance, an older manager-like person looked at us expressionlessly without offering assistance. Even when we spoke to him, he was unfriendly and left a negative impression. Other staff members were helpful and kind.

    It was very beautiful.

    Perfect for a family trip. The Room was spacious enough for three people and to spread out our travel luggage comfortably. The meals were delicious and satisfying.

    You can stay with peace of mind.

    The compact Room layout is impressively well-organized. The breakfast at Mitsui Garden Hotel, whether in Ginza, Nihonbashi, or Nagoya, has always been delicious. As expected, this time was no exception—it was very enjoyable. However, one concern was the soundproofing; I noticed some noise from either above or next door. Considering the staff service, dining options, location, public bath Facility cleanliness, and pricing overall—Mitsui Garden Hotel is a reliable choice and highly recommended.

    Front Desk Service

    At check-in, the address registered with IKYU was not reflected, and outdated personal information from a previous stay at another Mitsui Garden Hotel was used. Additionally, there were inaccuracies in the reservation details, such as confusing double and twin rooms, raising concerns about information management for future use. When pointing out these issues, the front desk staff's unprofessional attitude left a negative impression.

    I had a comfortable ...

    I had a comfortable stay! The location was convenient, within walking distance to Kanazawa Station, tourist spots, and downtown areas (Korinbo and Katamachi). The lobby was calm, and the staff kindly handled luggage storage before and after check-in. The Room was clean, and I loved the large public bath with its great view. The breakfast buffet featured many small dishes, which seemed to help reduce congestion. I especially appreciated that salads were already served in small bowls, making it very convenient. (My companion enjoyed the fried chicken so much that they ate a lot of it in the morning!) I felt that both the location and service exceeded expectations for the price. Thank you very much!

    A Hotel with a pleasant fragrance.

    Within walking distance to Korinbo and Katamachi. Conveniently located near a bus stop. The large public bath and spacious changing area are easy to use. Affiliated parking is a bit farther away, priced at 1,000 yen for 24 hours.

    Live Accommodation

    I stayed at the accommodation during my visit to Kanazawa for a live event. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to Omicho Market. Although breakfast was a bit crowded, the staff were very considerate in many ways. While it was possible to use the breakfast voucher for meals at Omicho Market, the hotel's food was all delicious and highly satisfying. The large public bath was accessible anytime during my stay, so I could enjoy it without worrying about time. Late at night, there were hardly any people, allowing me to use it comfortably. It was very clean and I was extremely satisfied with this as well. Although there were no amenities like lotion provided in the room, I received guidance on this and did not find it inconvenient. At first, I couldn’t locate where the kettle or tea set were stored but discovering a hidden shelf became a fun memory! I would love to stay here again in the future!

    It was a new and clean Hotel.

    I traveled by car, and since there was no parking at the Hotel, I used a parking lot about 20 meters uphill from another lot right behind the Hotel for 900 yen per night. The Plan included dinner and breakfast at the Hotel. Dinner was served in a quiet environment where I could relax and enjoy a very delicious meal. The large public bath on the 13th floor, the separate-style pajamas, and the bed were all comfortable. The only concern was that the washing area in the public bath was slippery; some measures would be appreciated.

    Thank you for accommodating our request. We were able to relax in the room, and after returning from sightseeing, we could refresh ourselves in the large public bath, making our stay stress-free.     Kanazawa Trip: 3 Days and 2 Nights, Multiple Night Stay.

    Overall, I was satisfied, but I had assumed the bathroom and toilet were separate when making the reservation. Upon arrival, I found out it was a unit bath, which significantly lowered my mood. It was my own responsibility, but I really dislike unit baths.

    Delicious breakfast

    This was my second visit to Kanazawa, and I stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel again. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Omicho Market, Oyama Shrine, and Kanazawa Castle Park. For breakfast, dishes were beautifully served in Kutani ware bowls, including local specialties like Kanazawa Oden and Jibuni. There was also freshly prepared pork shabu-shabu made by the staff right in front of us. The staff's attentiveness was excellent, the dishes were always neatly arranged, and everything tasted delicious. Besides the hotel breakfast, there were two options at Omicho Market as well—I had a hard time deciding whether to go for a seafood bowl! It's great to have choices during a Multiple Night Stay. The public bath on the top floor and the room were very clean and comfortable to use. Thank you for the courteous service at reception and for upgrading our room!

    Great value for money

    We stayed for one night, and since the reserved room was available, we were upgraded to a higher-grade room. The bath on the 13th floor was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet the next morning felt a bit small for the number of rooms, but the food was delicious with a variety of options including oden and wheat gluten. The salad came in small cups with an unusual chrysanthemum dressing that had a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess, making it easy to enjoy. At the shabu-shabu corner, dishes were freshly prepared on-site. Overall, the staff's service was kind and pleasant.

    It was exceptionally clean.

    It was my first stay in Kanazawa. I chose the Hotel by chance, but it was conveniently located within walking distance of major historical sites, facilities, and dining areas. The Room and the entire facility, including the large public bath, were impeccably clean, which was the highlight of my stay. I stayed for three nights, and every morning when I left, the room service staff I met in the hallway always greeted me warmly and courteously, leaving a lasting impression.

While we stayed in a standard room this time, the superior type on the opposite side also seems appealing. The room was clean overall, but it was disappointing to find some food stains left on the carpet. The large public bath was convenient as its crowd status could be checked from the room. Luckily, it wasn’t crowded during our visit, allowing us to relax in peace. Breakfast lived up to its reviews with small dishes that were visually enjoyable and offered variety; everything tasted great! Local specialties were an added bonus, and quick refills ensured availability at any time of day. The location is convenient—close to the station via bus—and within walking distance of Kenrokuen Garden and Omicho Market, making it easy to explore these areas early in the morning when they are less crowded.

    It is a beautiful Hotel, but...

    Stylish Hotel, but felt there was a lack of space for the price. The bathroom was small, there were no towel services, and upon exiting the bath area, you had to immediately take the elevator with no place to relax or sit while waiting. In addition, it was reported that hair was floating in the men's bath, which gave an impression of poor cleanliness.
