    I was glad that the toilet and bath were separate. I also appreciated being moved to the ladies’ room. I had a comfortable stay.

    A Comfortable Stay

    The room was clean, the amenities were plentiful, and it was quiet. The elevator arrived quickly, and the Hotel is close to the downtown area. However, the area around the Hotel is dirty. I would like to stay again.

    Hotel with an Excellent Location

    If your suitcase is heavy, the hotel is just a short walk from Exit 8 of Sunshine Sakae. I stay in Nagoya twice a year, and the variety of amenities at this Hotel is outstanding. There’s also a great selection of men's skincare products. The welcome drinks are generous as well. My mother loves this Hotel too. Looking forward to staying here again next time!

    Bathroom towel hook

    The room offers sufficient space, making it comfortable even for extended stays. There is unexpected extra space, such as between the desk and bed. The bathroom features a Refa shower, which is excellent; however, there is no towel rack, making it inconvenient to place bath towels—a small addition that would make a big difference. Please note that there is no cleaning service provided during your stay, but laundry facilities are available. Located at the entrance of Nishiki, the location is reasonably convenient. Overall, it offers good value for money.

    Top-level business hotel

    This was my first time using this service. The location was convenient and easy to find, being close to the station. There were plenty of amenities available, which was great. The cleanliness was excellent, with thorough cleaning throughout. The welcome drink server offered a wide variety of options. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

    Close to the station and restaurants, very convenient.

    I was looking for a nearby hotel for a concert at the art theater, and this time I prioritized access from the station due to a tight travel schedule. Additionally, I chose this accommodation because I wanted to work in the room until just before the concert, considering desk space and coffee service. The space matched my expectations perfectly. There are also plenty of restaurants around the accommodation, making post-concert plans smooth and convenient.

    Best value for money

    I often use hotels around Meieki and Sakae and have stayed at multiple hotels, but I think this one is among the best in terms of cost performance. The only disappointment this time was that there were many long hairs on the bed. Other than that, everything was excellent.

    Hair found in the dryer...

    Very convenient location, just a short walk from Sakae subway station. There was also a convenience store nearby. I had high expectations due to the price, but unfortunately, the coffee in the lobby and in the Room was not good and undrinkable. The most shocking part was finding hair from a previous guest on the hairdryer. The grout in the bathroom also seemed dirty, which bothered me.

    It was excellent.

    Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed for one night and two days. There was a live event on the first night and a concert the next day, both within walking distance. Being close to Sakae Station was incredibly convenient. Although I arrived earlier than the check-in time, I waited in the lobby where there was a spot cooler, making it comfortable to wait. I would have preferred to relax in my Room earlier, so that was slightly disappointing. However, my Room was upgraded, and the bathroom was very clean. The bed was spacious and allowed me to relax comfortably. If I have another chance to visit Nagoya, I would definitely like to stay here again!

    It was very comfortable.

    First-time stay. The ladies' floor offers peace of mind, with clean rooms, spacious beds, a large TV, and a ReFa shower—absolutely perfect! Check-in and check-out were smooth with clear explanations, making the experience stress-free. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning—it was delicious! This is an accommodation I will definitely choose again when visiting Nagoya.

    Cost-effective

    My usual accommodations in the Sakae area are Sanco Inn, Tokyo Daiichi Nishiki, and Comfort Sakae, but I found this hotel at a reasonable price while searching and decided to give it a try. While the Nishiki 3 area can feel overly chaotic just one alley in, this hotel near the entrance is close to the station and presents no major issues. The building and facilities are still new, and though the 13-square-meter room is just barely functional in terms of layout, it's acceptable for sleeping and waking up. Amenities were sufficient for my needs. It would have been convenient if there were hooks on the bathroom door for hanging bath towels. The front desk service was good as well, so I might consider staying here again if it's priced lower than other hotels at certain times.

    I stayed for a multiple night stay on a business trip. I made reservations for each night separately due to receipt issuance requirements, but I greatly appreciated the arrangement to stay in the same room without having to move. It was an extremely hot day, and I enjoyed the welcome drink very much. I look forward to staying with you again.

    We had a comfortable stay even on Halloween night.

    It is conveniently located near Sakae Station and a convenience store. I was concerned about the noise since it is located in the bustling area of Nishiki during Halloween, but I was able to sleep peacefully. I would like to use it again on my next business trip.

    It was a nice Hotel, but...

    It is a beautiful Hotel located in the downtown area. However, when I looked into the bathtub to take a bath, I found several strands of hair. It was clearly not my hair, so I felt very uncomfortable and washed the glasses and cups before using them. It was a lovely Hotel, but... it's disappointing.

    I was healed.

    I made a reservation from a distance on the day of my business trip extension. Although I checked in late, I was soothed by the spacious bed, ample amenities, and the Refa shower. Due to the continuous extensions during the summer, I used the hotel laundry for the first time, and I was really grateful that the front desk staff kindly handled the collection of the previous user's items, even for a short time, which was a great help when I was exhausted.

    This was my first stay. I liked that it was close to Sakae Station, had a women-only floor, and offered an amenity bar and drink service available over a wide range of convenient hours! Although the room was a bit small, I appreciated the double-sized bed! However, for two consecutive nights, there were very loud footsteps running around the room directly above mine until after 2:00 AM. I used the earplugs from the amenity bar, but I still ended up sleep-deprived. It's not the hotel's fault, but it was tough, so I had to lower the rating.

    I stayed for consecutive nights this time. The room was clean, so I was able to spend my time comfortably. However, I felt that the area around the hotel was a bit unsafe.

    I was attracted by the early bird discount and the super cheap ladies' floor, so I made a reservation without any expectations, thinking I would just be sleeping there. However, upon check-in, I was upgraded to a twin room due to availability. The room's layout featured a separate bath, toilet, and washbasin, and the Simmons bed was extremely comfortable. Having a bath with a washing area where you can soak leisurely was more relaxing than I had imagined.

    Coffee in the lobby

    The room and amenities were satisfactory. I found it inconvenient that the coffee in the lobby was only available until 11:00 AM and from 3:00 PM, and I would appreciate it if it were available at any time.
