Improvements are needed in our service.
At check-in, I ended up arriving at the same time as a large group of students. The smart check-in itself was smooth, but afterward the elevators were taken over by the group, and I had to wait near the front desk for more than 15 minutes before I could go up to my Room. It was disappointing that there seemed to be no staff consideration at all—such as managing elevator traffic or guiding guests to seating. The large public bath and drink bar being available until late at night are definite plus points. However, after walking more than 10 minutes from the station on a hot summer day, it was very frustrating not being able to get up to my Room promptly even after checking in. Since it was the Hotel’s decision to accept a group booking, I believe they should anticipate congestion, take steps to prevent it, and ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.

Sufficient for accommodation.
The large public bath is located on the top 14th floor, but since the area outside the rooms is open-air, it can get cold depending on the temperature in December. Please be cautious of catching a chill. The two elevators take time to arrive, and as the stairs are locked and inaccessible, waiting for an elevator was slightly inconvenient. The majority of guests are from Korea or China, and with a small public bath area, personal space felt limited and uncomfortable. I ended up using the bathtub in my room instead, which was clean and spacious enough to relax comfortably. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the station—perhaps just right if you've eaten too much! Breakfast costs 1,900 yen per person but offers a limited selection. The highlight seems to be steak; however, it appears to be small cuts of likely processed meat so it's best not to have high expectations. The room is compact with sufficient bed size but lacks space for opening suitcases comfortably—it felt quite tight overall. That said, it’s still a clean-looking room. There is a shelf at the first-floor entrance where guests can leave their luggage at their own responsibility during their stay.

It's a bit of a walk from the station.
There is a large bath, the Room is clean, and services like free drinks in the lounge after bathing are excellent. However, it’s a bit of a walk from Chikushi Exit. While it’s not an issue if you’re not tired, you might consider taking a taxi if you're exhausted or intoxicated. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.

There is a bathhouse, and on the top floor, there is a place where you can enjoy soft drinks. It was great.

Sky Lounge on the Top Floor
Several years ago, during my stay at your Hotel, the world was facing an unprecedented crisis, and I was unable to access the Sky Lounge on the top floor. I visited a few more times afterward, but it remained closed until now when I finally had the opportunity to visit again. After relaxing in the large public bath, I enjoyed a drink to cool down and unwind. The view from the top floor was magnificent, and I am grateful for being able to enjoy your excellent service once again. I look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

It might be better to stop handling on IKYU.
This hotel does not seem suitable for IKYU. Personally, I use IKYU primarily to find luxury hotels. While I understand there is a category for Business Hotels, I still expect a certain standard of quality. I had used this WBF Hotel several times before the management changed and anticipated some differences, but the gap was shocking. Luggage storage before check-in involved leaving bags on an unorganized steel shelf near the entrance at your own risk. Check-in was self-service via a machine; when entering my last name in the search field, no reservation appeared. After noticing staff at the front desk and speaking loudly to myself, they told me to "enter your full name." While I understood that guest privacy is important, why label it as "search"? There were no explanations about stay details or any substitute guide provided. Amenities were placed near the entrance with no instructions other than assuming guests would take what they needed themselves. There was also no explanation about facilities like the top-floor bath or lounge area—while digital guides are fine for detailed information, basic instructions should be available on paper. I only realized breakfast's last order time was 9:00 AM when morning came around; by 9:03 AM when trying to get coffee, it had already been removed. When asking staff for assistance, they sarcastically reminded me of the 9:00 AM cutoff and asked if there were any other requests in an unpleasant tone. To make matters worse, instead of preparing coffee properly or bringing it in cups as one might expect from hospitality professionals—they brought out a large jug of freshly made coffee and told me to pour it myself while holding its heavy weight! It was so absurd that despite their seriousness about this approach—I couldn’t help but laugh uncontrollably while nearly spilling due to shaking hands. The employee training here is clearly lacking—it feels more like simple accommodation services rather than hospitality-focused operations now. Previously under different management—this hotel's breakfast featured high-quality offerings such as "chopped salad" service; however today’s level has dropped significantly closer resembling complimentary breakfasts offered by typical Business Hotels. Lastly worth noting—about 90% seemed foreign guests mostly from Asia (though acknowledging potential bias)—cultural differences discouraged me personally from using shared baths during my stay here altogether!

For the price...
I made a Reservation thinking it would be the same as other WBF locations in different prefectures, but the Room was not properly cleaned, with dust everywhere including on the floor. The water in the large public bath was lukewarm. I was surprised at how much it differed even within a chain! Disappointing.

I have used this place several times, and the service provided by the front desk woman with glasses was excellent. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

Not great.
【Room】 There were strands of long hair, presumably from a woman, scattered around. It was inconvenient as there was no phone in the Room to connect to the front desk. 【Bathhouse】 It is not very spacious. The men's bath gets full with about 4-5 people. The waiting area? is also narrow, making it quite a hassle to change unless someone leaves. A ventilation fan is installed directly above the bathhouse, and water droplets drip down from it. 【Elevator】 There are only two elevators, and they get quite crowded during check-in times or in the evening. Since the bathhouse and lounge are on the top floor, it takes time for the elevator to come down.

It was unfortunate that the showerhead was broken.
