    Well-located Business Hotel

Great location, spacious for the price, and features a large public bath. Convenient access to both trains and ferries, highly recommended. However, the parking lot can be hard to find, and it's easy to confuse it with the nearby Hotel Clement—please be careful!

    Close to Takamatsu S...

Close to Takamatsu Station, I chose this Hotel because it has a large public bath. On the first floor of the Hotel, there is an izakaya (which also serves as the Japanese breakfast venue in the morning), where I enjoyed local cuisine at night. There is also a convenience store, making it very convenient to have everything within the Hotel. The large public bath is open all night, and I enjoyed a morning bath while admiring the view of Takamatsu Port in the morning. I will definitely stay here again!

    It was my first visi...

It was my first visit to Kagawa, and I spent three days sightseeing with the Hotel as my base. The entrance was spacious, with a café space offering a variety of teas, which pleasantly surprised me. The Room was also spacious and, above all, very clean. The bedding was comfortable as well. It was a quiet and satisfying Room experience. One suggestion: disposable slippers in the Room would have been more comfortable. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit next time!

    The location was excellent.

I have stayed at Clement many times, but this was my first time at the newly opened Clement Inn. The bath for women was good, but my husband mentioned that the men's bath was not warm enough. We wanted to drink champagne in the Room, but there was no ice bucket or glasses, which was very inconvenient. It would be nice if there were more Facilities available. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around anywhere.

The best and most ideal accommodation.

Stayed for one night to visit Naoshima. A highly convenient Hotel located just a 1-minute walk from the ferry terminal and in front of the station. Clean facilities and kind hotel staff. Thank you very much!

    Simple.

The location is excellent, very convenient with close proximity to Kotoden and JR Takamatsu Station. Tamamo Park is right next door. Unfortunately, the selection of pillows was unavailable due to my late arrival. Although it is a Business Hotel, the large public bath was very relaxing. It was disappointing that the bed felt damp and I couldn't sleep well. Having a convenience store in the same building was handy, and there were many restaurants nearby which was helpful.

    Great location

This is my second visit. The location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. I parked at the Takamatsu Station Front Square Parking, located underground at the far end from the entrance of Sunport Takamatsu Parking. Once you take the elevator to ground level, you are right at the station square, which is very close to the Hotel.

I chose this Hotel because it is close to the concert venue, and I was surprised by how much the environment had changed compared to a few years ago. There was an event as well, creating incredible energy mixed with the concert atmosphere. It was a very convenient Hotel in many ways.

    Satisfied.

Stayed for 3 nights while exploring the islands of the Setouchi Triennale. The access from the ferry terminal and Takamatsu Station is excellent. Although you need to line up at the ferry terminal early in the morning to visit popular islands, being just a few minutes' walk away is a huge advantage. The large public bath was spacious and very relaxing. Thank you for accommodating our requests. This review also serves as my gratitude!

    Excellent Accessibility

The location is excellent. The Room is clean, and it's great that you can see the port from the large public bath. I will definitely use it again. Keep up the good work!

A clean and convenient Hotel near the station

I have stayed here multiple times during my business trips to Takamatsu. The Drink Bar on the lobby floor, offering coffee and tea anytime, is much appreciated, and the amenity bar is well-stocked. There is also a 7-Eleven downstairs, and the airport bus conveniently departs from the entrance of our sister hotel, Clement Takamatsu. The Hotel is kept clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Takamatsu. Thank you as always!

    The Last Takamatsu

In April, my husband was transferred back to his hometown, so for our last stay in Takamatsu, we chose JR Clement Inn Takamatsu based on reviews, convenience, and cost performance. We were very much looking forward to it; however, upon entering the room, we noticed a strong odor that bothered us. When we requested a room change, we were informed that all rooms of the same type were fully booked for the day. Instead, they kindly upgraded us to another room. Although I felt apologetic about the situation, I was very pleased with their prompt response. Considering the inconvenience of moving rooms, they arranged a room on the same floor (2nd floor) with an ocean view right in front of us. The female staff member who assisted us was also very kind and accommodating. The public bath offered stunning views in the morning since it wasn’t visible at night—making for an excellent morning soak. Breakfast consisted of Western-style dishes served at Café Pronto downstairs and was more than sufficient in quantity. In the morning, we enjoyed a walk around Takamatsu Chikkō Station and Tamamo Park right outside. The location is incredibly convenient and highly recommended! While leaving Takamatsu made me feel sad as I truly loved this city, I am so glad that our final memory here was staying at JR Clement Inn Takamatsu. Thank you so much for everything!

The parking area is difficult to locate.

The front desk staff seemed lacking in energy, which made me feel a bit down. The interaction felt very formal, which was disappointing. The parking lot was difficult to find; I got lost and had to ask the security staff for directions. The map provided was also unclear. There is no designated area to unload luggage after parking the car, leaving me wondering how others manage this. The large public bath is one of the main reasons I chose this Hotel, but it was not cleaned properly at all. While it's understandable that hair might fall since women use it too, there were an excessive amount of hairs on the floor—so much so that there wasn’t even space to step without encountering them. Although a mop was provided, it already had so much hair stuck on it that it couldn’t be used effectively. It’s unclear when cleaning is done as I stayed during a weekday and it wasn’t crowded. The location is excellent—conveniently close to both the station and port. The view from the Room window was great as well, with no issues regarding its size or cleanliness. However, I found the price quite high for what’s offered.

    It was excellent.

I stayed here for a live concert. The place was clean, and its location right in front of the station made it very convenient. Since it's near the station and quite popular, it took some time to find an available room, but I’m so glad I could stay here. If there’s another concert in Takamatsu, I would definitely want to stay again!

    It was beautiful.

Close to the station and just a short walk from the underground parking. The room had a spacious desk and was very functional. The only minor issue was the slightly noisy refrigerator, but otherwise, it was clean and comfortable. There are no bottled water amenities in the room, but free drinks are available in the lobby, and there is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, so it’s not an inconvenience. The large public bath offers beautiful views of Seto Inland Sea on clear days. Unfortunately, it was cloudy during my stay. The bath felt slightly cooler than expected, possibly due to cold weather, but this might vary depending on personal preference. Conveniently located near the station, this hotel is ideal for sightseeing in Takamatsu.

First Shikoku Trip at 60 in Takamatsu City

Stayed at JR Clement Inn Takamatsu for my first Shikoku trip with my sister from Kyushu and me coming from Aichi. Conveniently located near the station, the room was comfortable, spacious enough, and very clean. The public bath in this location is a great feature, and I also enjoyed the delicious welcome coffee—a nice bonus point. Great value for money! I’d love to stay here again. The counter in the room was particularly practical. It was also nice to have easy access to a nearby park.

    It was comfortable.

I used to make a Reservation at Clement Hotel when returning home with my family, but this time, as I traveled alone, I stayed at Clement Inn for the first time. The single room was compact but very comfortable in every aspect, including the service. The amenities were environmentally friendly, and the large public bath on the 9th floor was excellent. Despite a hectic trip, I was able to relax and rest my body. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Recommended

I stayed for two nights and found the Hotel very convenient due to its proximity to Anabuki Arena. It was clean, with a convenience store and café nearby, making it a great place overall. However, I was bothered by the smell in the Room throughout my stay, and it was disappointing that I couldn't ventilate by opening the window. At checkout, when I asked for restaurant recommendations, I was questioned in a strong tone whether it was for lunch or dinner. After clarifying it was for lunch, I felt ridiculed as they responded with "we don't particularly have any recommendations." This left me feeling extremely sad and uncomfortable at the very end of my stay. I noticed another guest asking a different staff member for recommendations during their checkout process and thought I'd ask later too. Unfortunately, when I did ask someone else at reception, their response made me feel like I'd asked the wrong person earlier. However, as Hotel staff members should be more professional in their responses regardless of who is asking. It left me with an impression that there are no recommended restaurants in Kagawa Prefecture after all. Sadly, this experience turned my final memory of Kagawa into an unpleasant one which I wanted to share clearly here.

    Business trip stays

I stayed at the Property during my business trip to Takamatsu. Located in front of Takamatsu Station, it has a convenience store attached, so even if you check in late at night, there is no inconvenience and it was a very convenient Hotel. Most importantly, the Facility within the Hotel and the Room were kept very clean, and there was a wide variety of amenities available beside the front desk. I was able to rest comfortably and pleasantly.

Conveniently located near the station with a comfortable large public bath.

It was raining upon arrival, but the 150m path from the station to the Hotel was covered, allowing me to walk to the Hotel without using an umbrella. I stayed in a single Room, and the bed was large and comfortable. The desk by the window was spacious, making it very convenient for both working and organizing my belongings. Above all, the large public bath was outstanding. Considering the size of the Hotel, I didn't expect much, but the changing room, washing area, and bathtub were all very spacious, allowing me to bathe comfortably without worrying about others. Although I had left my check-in time unchanged at 3 PM and ended up arriving quite late, the staff handled it with great courtesy, for which I was very grateful. I strongly wish to stay here again when visiting Takamatsu. Thank you very much.

In the midst of severe cold

Super close to the station, right in front of Takamatsu Station, which is very convenient for transportation. There is also a dining area on the first floor of the Hotel, and the pasta at PRONT is delicious, with the added bonus of enjoying some drinks. From the Room I stayed in, I could enjoy a panoramic view of Tamamo Park and Takamatsu Port, making for a comfortable night. The downside was the public bath; the washing area was cold. While washing my hair, a chilly wind blew on my back. I hope this can be improved.

    Takamatsu Station, right nearby

I always use it when taking the JR or ferry. There is a large public bath, but the Room's bath is also spacious. You can see the port and Tamamo Park, and the night view was beautiful.

    Convenient and easygoing!

Visiting a friend from abroad, a trip for three with a grandchild. We stayed for four nights in a corner triple Room with plenty of space and had a relaxing time. It was a pity there was no table or chair. We also enjoyed the bath on the rooftop floor. Very convenient as it is close to public transportation, and the staff were kind. We will use it again.

It would be nice to have a selectable breakfast.

I was troubled by the breakfast being Japanese-style with a choice of two types of fish. It would be reassuring to have options other than Western-style or fish. Since the large public bath is located in a place with a view of the sea, it would be nice if the scenery could be seen from the window.

Spacious beds and a large public bath are appealing.

The location in front of the station was excellent, and the spacious bed and large public bath were attractive. The free drinks at the front desk had no time limit, which was very pleasing to use. It was a Multiple Night Stay for 2 nights, but I had to change rooms, and the guidance to check in and out twice was very burdensome. It's disappointing.

    I am repeating my stay.

I use it when I go to meet friends in Takamatsu. There is a large public bath, and the Room is clean and spacious. There is also a FamilyMart downstairs, which is convenient. It is close to JR Takamatsu Station, express bus stops, and ferry terminals, making it convenient to go anywhere.

    Close to the station.

I used this place during a concert at Sunport Hall Takamatsu. It's right in front of the station, close to the venue, and Takamatsu Castle Ruins are just nearby. There are also udon restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, making it a very convenient location. There is a space in front of the reception where you can relax with a coffee, which was great for passing the time until the bus after checking out.

    Conveniently located near Takamatsu Station.

The facility was very quiet and clean, allowing for a relaxing stay. The large public bath on the top floor is also spacious and soothing. I found it convenient that there is a service to check the congestion of the public bath from the Room. However, it was disappointing that there was no massage service.

    ロブです

Various things are not keeping up.

This was my second stay, but my satisfaction was lower compared to the previous time. I think the reason is that the hotel is unable to keep up with the increase in guests and changes in the clientele. Originally, the hotel had an advantage in its location, but now location is its only advantage. The room facilities are standard, but the internet is extremely slow, with actual speeds dropping below 1Mbps even in the early afternoon, making it difficult to participate in essential online meetings, which makes me hesitant to use it. Breakfast was in a format where you choose the restaurant at the time of reservation, but there was already a long line of senior tourists before the 6:30 am opening, and even if you went just before opening, you couldn't get in during the first round. I had a breakfast ticket, but since I was scheduled to depart on a train after 7 am, I had to give up using it. I had a business dinner late the night before, so I couldn't think of getting up early to line up for breakfast, and the usage monitor doesn't function before opening. After checking out and departing, the adjacent Pronto was empty. This is also a hotel-designated dining area, but since the breakfast venue is specified at the time of reservation, I had to pay out of pocket because I couldn't use the breakfast ticket. In this situation, I think breakfast options should be more flexible, but I wonder why they aren't. The location in front of the station is very convenient, but at night the surroundings are quiet with few people around. Hotels in the center of Takamatsu are farther from the station but have lower accommodation costs, and there are more good hotels, so I will choose those next time. If staying in front of the station, I thought it might be better to add 2,000 yen and stay at the adjacent city hotel. My previous impression wasn't bad, but they are attracting the wrong kind of guests, which is disappointing.
