    We had a comfortable stay.

    The bathroom is separate, which helped me relax and recover from the fatigue of traveling. Overall, everything felt new and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The closet space is also quite spacious, so it was easy to organize my luggage.

    A Hotel You’ll Want to Follow

    It’s by no means new, but it’s kept very clean, making for a comfortable stay. I stayed for two nights this time, and the breakfast was thoughtfully prepared as well, which I was happy with. I asked at the front desk when checking out and was told that housekeeping is outsourced to a cleaning company. With so many disappointing Hotels out there, I hope others will follow their example.

    The cooler does not chill.

    The Room had a creaky bed, possibly due to the low height causing significant weight when sitting down, and it seemed to have been broken. The mini-fridge in the Room did not cool effectively; a lunchbox left inside for a day developed an unpleasant smell. However, the Room itself was clean and comfortable with separate bath and toilet facilities. The location is convenient, close to both a tram station and a department store. A good bed and fridge are essential for any trip, which influenced this evaluation.

    Compact and functional Room, excellent location

    I have used this Hotel multiple times. It is conveniently located near a tram stop, bus stop, department stores, and many dining options. I prioritize separate bath and toilet facilities as well as cleanliness when choosing a Hotel, and this Hotel meets those criteria perfectly. The Room is very compact, so there are some inconveniences for two people, such as the sink being in the bedroom or the lack of a dressing area. However, once you get used to it, it becomes comfortable. For solo travelers, there are almost no inconveniences. Basic amenities are available at the front desk; you can choose what you need and bring them to your Room yourself. This reduces waste and keeps the rates affordable. The staff also provide pleasant service with refreshing attitudes.

    Simple and satisfactory.

    Overall, it was great with no noticeable flaws. If I had to point out something, there was quite a bit of dust stuck on the upper part of the walls, so I would have liked to use a fluffy duster if one was available. Also, while coffee is free, it would be nice to have a trendy welcome drink as an added touch. Lastly, my Room had a three-point independent layout, so the entrance area felt cramped and items like shoehorns and hangers were located at the far end of the Room—but this wasn’t really an issue for me.

    Smoking Room

    I stayed at Hotel Vista Hiroshima for the first time. My first impression of the room was positive, as the bathroom and toilet were separate, making it seem comfortable. However, there was a smoking room across the hallway from my non-smoking room reservation, and cigarette smoke drifted into my room. This made it unpleasant and difficult to sleep throughout the night. Could there be an issue with controlling smoke from the smoking rooms? The location in Hatchobori is excellent, and I had high expectations when making my reservation, so this experience was very disappointing.

    Repeat visits welcome

    What I personally liked the most was that the toilet, bath, and sink were completely separate. I don't think there are many Hotels like this... If I were to point out minor details, there are areas for improvement, but overall, I am very satisfied.

    Great Location

    Close to Hatchobori Station, very convenient. The toilet and bathroom are separate, allowing for a relaxing stay. The large TV was fantastic. The Hotel staff were all kind, and the breakfast was delicious.

    I was able to spend a relaxing time at this highly satisfying Hotel on my first visit.

    I used it because I saw in the reviews that the bath and toilet were separate. I am grateful for the way they were very considerate of the customer's feelings in case of cancellation during the heavy snowfall. The room was clean, and I was able to relax as if it were a studio apartment. If I have the chance to come again, I would like to use it. The room cleaning was thorough. I was also very satisfied with the customer service.

    Cost-effective Hotel

    I felt at home.

    This time, I stayed for a live event at Hiroshima Green Arena. The Green Arena is almost a straight path and within walking distance. It's also close to the streetcar stop, and having a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel is convenient. The room has a separate bath and toilet, and the sink is independent, so you can feel at home. The bath also has a washing area. I always use this property when I go to Hiroshima. There are many restaurants within walking distance for dinner, which is convenient.

    A comfortable Hotel with almost no dissatisfaction points

    Conveniently located near Hatchobori tram stop, with a convenience store on the first floor. Naturally, access to the downtown area is excellent. The building is new and clean, and the Room is clean and spacious enough. What you see from the large windows is not the wall of the neighboring building, but the Hiroshima City View. It's nice that the twin Room has a completely separate bathroom, toilet, and washroom. The bathroom is fully equipped with a washing area and even a mirror inside. It would have been even better with a large public bath, but even without it, it was a wonderfully comfortable Hotel that did not diminish satisfaction.

    A hotel that harmonizes Japanese tradition and modern style

    Close to Hatchobori, convenient for sightseeing. The Room also has a stylish Japanese-style atmosphere. The lack of amenities in the Room was information I wanted to hear at the reception, but overall it was comfortable.

    The reception staff ...

    The reception staff was pleasant, and the Room was new and clean, but having the sink installed in the living area was indeed inconvenient. I knew this beforehand, but after actually staying, I think, unfortunately, I won't be revisiting.

    The location was satisfactory.

    This is my second stay to see a live performance at Quattro. The Room was on the building side, so the view was disappointing, but it was not a problem as I was only there to sleep. I was able to use the parking lot, and the breakfast was delicious. Quattro and Green Arena are also nearby, so I would like to use it again.

    About Amenities

    The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was also easy to use. The amenities included only one bottle of mineral water in the room, there was a pot but no tea bags or coffee, no explanation file for the equipment, and no notepad. Was there a response on the monitor screen? I didn't check that far, so I'm not sure. There were so many things missing. At breakfast, when I asked if there was takeout coffee, I was simply told, "It's outside." Outside where? Where exactly? If it's at the restaurant entrance, then guide me. That's what service means. There are many foreign tourists, and it would be nice to have explanation cards for the breakfast menu items, especially for Japanese dishes, even if it's just a simple English explanation. Even in the room, the washlet instructions are only in Japanese. If this hotel intends to continue welcoming foreign tourists, there are many areas for improvement. Has the manager ever stayed here? If not, they would understand if they did. I should have chosen APA after all.

    The wall is...

    The parking guide was excellent! However, the Room... The walls seem thin as noises echo a lot, and there's no door between the entrance and the Room, so the hallway noise is quite bothersome. I probably won't repeat...

    It's a pity.

    The staff's response varied from very good to somewhat stern. The new staff member who handled our check-in and the chef at the breakfast venue were very good. The room was not very clean. I thought there was a faint smell as soon as I got off the elevator, and it was previously mentioned in reviews that the same floor smelled. In various places such as the bathroom, toilet, and around the bed, there were hairs that were clearly from someone else. Despite the spacious bath, I couldn't get into the tub because it felt unpleasant. There was also a considerable amount of dust that couldn't have accumulated in just a few days. The breakfast venue was clean, and there was a good variety of local specialties, which was very nice.

    I use it every time I stay in Hiroshima.

    Close to Hiroshima Station and easily accessible from both the tram stop and bus stop, the location is very convenient with a long-established department store just a short walk away and many restaurants nearby. The Room is compact yet features a separate bath and toilet, is new, clean, functional, and despite having many international guests, the interior is quiet. This time, my friend and I each used a double room for single use, so the compactness was not an issue, and I found it particularly user-friendly. I appreciated the provision of slim, small-capacity bottled water, which was more convenient than buying from a convenience store, as it didn't take up much space in my bag and was very handy for short outings. Thank you very much.

    Separate and cost-effective.

    The breakfast, despite the limited space, was well-stocked and replenished promptly, so I didn't feel any stress. It was evident that a lot of effort was put into it. The room was somewhat small, but I chose this place because the bath and toilet are separate, which was indeed comfortable. As is common with hotels like this, the elevator was hard to catch. Overall, including the location, I am satisfied. I will use it again when on a business trip to Hiroshima!
