    A reliably great Dormy Inn experience.

    Kasuga Station is nearby, and Korakuen Station and Suidobashi Station are also within walking distance, making it convenient for getting around. The Room is compact, but everything you need is provided, and it was a nice touch to find dessert in the refrigerator. The large public bath has cleansing products and a full set of amenities, so you only need to bring the towels from your Room. If you need extra towels, you can get replacements at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious, and with an 11:00 checkout, you can take your time. Next time, I’d like to stay in the cabin-type option I’ve been curious about.

    It was even better than I expected.

    It felt like a calm place where adults could each relax quietly at their own pace. There were no guests with noisy children screaming or crying loudly, so it was very comfortable. The service wasn’t pretentious like some poorly run luxury Hotels, but it felt respectful of guests’ dignity and was pleasant. Even at good Hotels, during a Multiple Night Stay I often notice the housekeeping staff’s voices while I’m in my Room, but here I could hardly hear any cleaning noise or voices, so I was able to sleep peacefully during the day. There are two points that concerned me: - At breakfast, the pink grapefruit and vinegar drink didn’t have a label like the other items. I drank it thinking it was detox water, but it was actually a vinegar drink. There are colorful signs, but reading small text in the morning is tiring. A simple label like “Milk” or “Natto” would be more helpful. - It was inconvenient that I couldn’t ship my suitcase home from the front desk. It would be much easier if luggage shipping were available at reception like in larger Hotels.

    It was my first time staying in a cabin-style room, and I really enjoyed it.

    It was my first time staying in a cabin-type room, but as expected from Dormy Inn, it was excellent. With the wide range of amenities, complimentary coffee service, large public bath, and delicious breakfast, my stay was very comfortable. I’d like to stay here again on a solo trip. It was conveniently close to the station. There are two elevators, but they were always crowded and took a long time to arrive, which was a downside.

    Satisfied.

    I was pleased that the refrigerator was already switched on when I arrived. The Room had a calm interior, and the bed was comfortable. I also found it convenient that it had a shower booth rather than a unit bath. I enjoyed the late-night snack and drip coffee as well. This was my first time staying at Dormy, and it was such a good Hotel that I’ll check Dormy’s availability first whenever I stay at a Business Hotel.

    The room had an unus...

    The room had an unusual and intriguing design. One side was entirely made of glass windows, which allowed cold air to seep in during winter, making it extremely chilly even with the air conditioner on. I waited over 20 minutes for the "Yonaki Soba" at night. I often stay at Dormy Inn, but this was the first time I experienced such a long wait—quite surprising! Perhaps consider increasing the number of staff preparing it? For reference, Dormy Inn Ikebukuro had two people working on it, so there were almost no lines. The bath was spacious and enjoyable. However, the steam sauna felt underwhelming—I would prefer a regular dry sauna instead.

    Just perfect

    The bed in the room is decent. The bath is spacious and decent. There is night ramen, which is decent. The facility is clean and decent. The other guests are as expected and decent. The only downside is that the chairs in the manga book room are unbalanced, making them tip over when you try to sit on them. Staying here won't disappoint you!

    Please install lockable doors for the cabin (private rooms). Consider introducing themed baths or carbonated baths. Lower the temperature of the lukewarm bath.

    Satisfied

    The bed was upgraded to a double, the room was spacious, the night soba was delicious, the large public bath was spacious and clean, and everything was satisfying. The breakfast was also delicious. I will make a reservation again.

    Friendly Accommodation

    I stayed here for work at the Bunkyo Civic Center. It is conveniently located near Korakuen Station on the Marunouchi Line, making it easy to access Tokyo Station. Since it was summer, I chose a room with a shower, but the spacious Onsen bath was very relaxing.

    Winter break

    Since the previous stay was excellent, I decided to book again this time.

    I stayed here again because I had a good experience last time, but unfortunately, this time was a bit disappointing. The Room had a slightly moldy smell, and the public bath seemed unclean with a slimy floor and overflowing trash. The elevator buttons were sticky, which made me wonder what was going on. On the positive side, the staff's service was polite and excellent. It seems essential to have professional cleaning staff available at all times.

    Upon arrival, there ...

    Upon arrival, there was someone already checking in, so I tried to use the self-check-in machine. However, a staff member kindly invited me to the counter for check-in. In recent times, many hotels ask guests to use machines even when staff are available, so this thoughtful gesture was much appreciated. It made my usual stay at Dormy Inn feel even more reassuring. Although the large public bath is not an Onsen, it was kept very clean and turned out to be much more spacious than expected, making it very comfortable to use. I also enjoyed the usual complimentary services as always. The unagi rice at breakfast was delicious as well. I noticed that there are cabins for women too, so I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

    A large amount of dust under the bed

    Close to Tokyo Dome with a nice public bath. However, upon checking into the Room, I found accessory fragments left on the chair (I called the front desk to have them removed) and hair stuck in the shower faucet (I didn’t use the Room’s shower). At first, I thought these were minor issues. But when I dropped something and looked under the bed, there was a massive pile of dust accumulated. How long has it been since this area was last cleaned? Even with an air purifier in the Room, as someone with dust and mite allergies, it was alarming. To Hotel staff: please check under the beds. Would you want to stay in a Room with that much dust?

    First Dormy Stay

    Overall, we were very satisfied. It was our first time trying the Yonaki Soba, and even my 6-year-old daughter was delighted and finished the soup completely.

    The breakfast is very delicious.

    The location is excellent, the large public bath is clean and has a sauna, and the massage machines in the relaxation room are state-of-the-art and comfortable. Above all, the delicious breakfast is very appealing. It's a bit disappointing that the windows can't be opened, but I will continue to use this place whenever I have business in Bunkyo Ward.

    Good food, good bath.

    The staff service was excellent, and they responded promptly when I reported a door lock issue. The breakfast was very delicious, and I appreciated the night soba service and the post-bath service. I would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo Dome. Kasuga no Yu earns high points.

    It was a convenient Property!

    I used this accommodation to attend a live concert and event at the dome. Not only was it within walking distance to the dome, but there were also many convenience stores and restaurants in the area, making it very comfortable to stay. My daughter seemed very satisfied as she could enjoy the large public bath. However, I was unable to use the public bath due to my period, so I felt it was especially unfortunate in winter that the Room only had a shower. I understand there may be space constraints, but having a bathtub would be greatly appreciated.

    Dormy Inn is the best.

    I have been staying at various Dormy Inns. This time, I stayed for a LIVE event at Tokyo Dome. The consistent sense of security, the delicious night soba, the comfort of the bath, the thoughtful provision of ice cream and lactic acid drinks, and the attentiveness of the staff, everything is 100 points. I will use it again. Thank you very much!

    Accommodation after the countdown concert

    It was a stay from New Year's Eve to New Year's Day. Although it was a no-meal plan, I was delighted to have New Year's Eve soba, which was available only on New Year's Eve! The staff were very kind, and I was able to relax. Since it was a room without a bath, I didn't have high expectations for the room, but I was impressed by how clean it was. The large public bath was also clean, and I was very satisfied! I look forward to staying again!

    It was comfortable.

    The Room was clean and the bath was spacious. I was satisfied with the breakfast as well. The woman at the check-in front desk and the woman in the dining room had wonderful smiles and were very pleasant. Up to this point, I was very satisfied, but the two women at the front desk during the final check-out were very unpleasant. Since I had my suitcase delivered round-trip by courier, I asked them to handle it on the way back as well, but when I tried to leave it with them, I was told, "Please contact the courier company yourself for the return procedure! This is not our job!" I was surprised to hear this at a Hotel for the first time. Is this really the case? Dormy in Anjo (Anjo) accepted it willingly. If I have to handle the procedure with the courier company myself, I would have liked to be told at check-in to complete the procedure myself before checking out, knowing that I am using round-trip courier service. In the morning, I was in a rush to get to work and was worried about missing the train. I had a very unpleasant experience at the very end due to their high-handed attitude and seemingly troublesome work manner.

    It was comfortable.

    The bath and guest rooms were well-cleaned and felt more comfortable than other Dormy Inns. It would be nice if there were complimentary skincare products like lotion.

    Issues with Public Bath Etiquette

    I always use your services. Recently, the number of inbound guests has been increasing, but I am very concerned about violations of bath etiquette. Some people enter the bath without rinsing off beforehand, or enter the bath after using the sauna without washing off their sweat. It makes me not want to bathe at all. It's a shame because the large public bath is a selling point of the facility. Could you provide an instruction manual or verbally remind guests at check-in? By the way, sometimes even Japanese people are unaware of bathing etiquette, so it might be necessary to give a notice to all guests. Also, as I mentioned before, the indoor wear for guests has an odor. Please consider reviewing the washing method.

    I would like to use it again!

    The services are excellent, and the bath is clean and available until 6 AM. The breakfast is plentiful and filling. I was very satisfied.

    It was great!

    I love Dormy Inn. It was my first time at Korakuen, and both the bath and sauna were spacious and very comfortable. There was no open-air bath.

    It was a very beautiful Hotel.

    I stayed after watching a stage performance. I made the Reservation looking forward to the large public bath, but I was more surprised by the cleanliness of the Hotel. I had a very comfortable stay. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast! I would like to use it again!
