    It was very good.

    The Room was spotless, and the Onsen was clean as well, so I had a very comfortable stay.

    Perfect.

    A magnitude 5-lower earthquake was recorded before check-in. I was anxious, but I stayed at the Hotel and found the Facility and Room clean, with no issues at all. I used the bath late at night; the changing area was clean, and there was background music in the bathing area. With soothing lighting effects as well, I was able to relax and fully enjoy the Onsen. After enjoying the downtown area, I quickly fell asleep thanks to the Onsen and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had everything I needed. The local specialty senbei-jiru soup was delicious. It’s a Hotel mainly for staying overnight, but it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. The Hotel parking lot was full, so I called to ask and ended up parking at the adjacent Repark lot. If I have another chance, I’ll stay again. *I rated service as 3 because support was only provided at check-in; this is not meant negatively.

    Convenient and Comfortable Accommodation

    Check-in is self-service via the panel. A Room key card is required to operate the elevator. The password for the free Wi-Fi in the building is printed on the receipt you receive at check-in, but I didn’t notice it because the text was small. The Room has only a shower and no bathtub, but the large public bath is Nanbu Onsen, with an open-air bath as well, and it was very relaxing and more than sufficient. We stayed 2 nights with no cleaning service selected, and it was not a problem. The breakfast buffet includes local dishes, and I was satisfied with both the variety and taste.

    A Comfortable Hotel!

    The Room was clean, and we could enjoy free apple juice and coffee. The Onsen Facility was also clean, and there was a wide variety of ice cream to enjoy after the bath. The late-night soba was delicious as well. The front desk staff were very kind. It was worth more than the price. I would like to stay here again when I visit Hachinohe.

    In Hachinohe

    This is probably my second stay at this Hotel... The front desk staff were very helpful. The Room was also very comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet were separate, so I was satisfied. Unfortunately, I felt it took too long to get my car out of the parking lot.

    Saturday rates are exceptional!

    I love Dormy Inn. I stayed at Dormy Inn Hon-Hachinohe on November 1st for one night in a single room without breakfast, but isn't ¥23,000 too expensive?

    Thank you for your stay. The breakfast selection was excellent and very delicious. The bath was at the perfect temperature, helping to relieve the fatigue of a long journey. One suggestion I have is to add a makeup mirror near the TV stand, as there was only one at the sink area.

    Next to Banya

    Located next to the bustling downtown area and adjacent to the highly-rated "Banya" restaurant in reviews. The restaurant fills up as soon as it opens, but you can head out right at opening time. The bath features a hot tub with pleasantly high temperatures, and the view from the 13th floor is excellent. The breakfast, including senbei soup and scallop rice, was delicious. A reliable stay with Kyoritsu Resort.

    Stayed 2 nights in a twin room.

    Twin Room on the 4th floor corner. Stayed for two nights in the scorching heat of July. I frequently use Dormy Inn, and as expected, this was another excellent Hotel experience. However, I faced an issue with a foul odor from the air conditioning. After contacting the front desk, they addressed it with a cleaning spray which reduced the smell temporarily. Unfortunately, the odor returned the next day, and I had to request a room change to an adjacent room. In hindsight, I should have consulted them sooner instead of enduring it for so long. It seems that one reason might be that internal cleaning does not activate when power is cut off during check-out hours. Regular professional cleaning by specialists might also help prevent such issues in the future. The parking lot is a mechanical multi-story type and takes time for vehicle retrieval (about 5 minutes per car; mornings can involve up to 20-minute waits). If unaware of this timing, situations like missing your Shinkansen could occur; some regular guests reportedly park at nearby lots for similar fees as an alternative option—just something to keep in mind. The parking staff were very kind and helpful. The late-night soba was salt-flavored this time; personally, I prefer their usual soy sauce flavor! Young staff members are working hard and deserve support. I would love to stay here again!

    A cost-effective Hotel.

    The Hotel offers a variety of enjoyable features, ensuring you never get bored. The apple juice was so delicious that I couldn't resist having multiple refills. I also enjoyed the late-night soba and post-bath ice cream. The natural Onsen was incredibly relaxing. I was delighted to find my favorite scallop fry at breakfast. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

    Clean and odor-free,...

    Clean and odor-free, not outdated, so I use it. The location is great for going out for drinks. However, I dislike that the slippers are not disposable. Also, small details like the showerhead holder had some red stains, which made me feel that more thorough cleaning might be needed in the future.

    Dormy Inn after a long time

    I stayed at Dormy Inn in Hon-Hachinohe. The cleanliness was impressive, and I was satisfied with both the bath and the massage chair. Moreover, starting with the scallop rice for breakfast, everything was very delicious. Additionally, I found a wonderful bar nearby and am extremely satisfied.

    It is a very user-friendly Hotel.

    When I went to Sapporo, I stayed at Dormy Inn and it was very nice because it had a sauna, so I decided to stay at Dormy Inn in Aomori as well. I used the sauna and the open-air bath, and they were just as good. The cleaning and maintenance of the large public bath were also well done, which was another positive aspect. In the future, if there is a Dormy Inn at my destination, I will definitely use it again.

    I stayed at Dormy Inn for the first time in a while, and the Hachinohe location was clean, well-situated, and provided a comfortable stay. It was worth more than the price. Thank you very much.

    3rd night in the Tohoku region

    The Dormy Inn is quite similar in terms of rooms, facilities, breakfast, and night soba, but the difference lies in the location and service. There is no leeway when waiting for the multi-story parking lot to clear up, and there is no staff guidance to an alternative parking lot. Where should the car wait during check-in at the front desk? There is no guidance, which is very troublesome. Check-in takes a long time, and there is almost no explanation before moving to the room. I reserved three rooms, but the twin and double rooms smelled of cigarettes and sewage despite being non-smoking. It was uncomfortable. I have no complaints about the food, cuisine, or staff, but the dining area lacks energy and feels lonely. Since it's a business hotel, I don't have any particular expectations, but since it's a hotel to rest the body, I wanted to have a pleasant stay.
