    Sheraton?

    The location is far from the station. The bathroom had mold. Breakfast was disappointing overall. I don't think I would stay here again.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Stayed for 2 nights. Arrived 2 hours before check-in and planned to leave my luggage and go out, but I was allowed to check in early, which was very helpful. Perhaps because it has become part of the Marriott group, the overall service seems to have improved. Had breakfast, but the quality remains unchanged. I would like to use this Hotel again when on a business trip to Hakata. Thank you very much!

    The staff's service ...

    The staff's service was excellent. However, when I requested a trouser press, one of the clamping parts was broken, making it less effective. Since it was brought to me, I used it as it was, but the damage was visible on the main unit, which was disappointing. Other than that, the Room was very comfortable, and I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring Room, allowing me to have a pleasant stay. I look forward to staying again. Thank you.

    The bed was spacious...

    The bed was spacious at 125cm, but the Room felt a bit cramped. I was pleased that the skincare set was from DHC, which I use regularly. It was nice to have bath salts included in the amenities. However, it was disappointing that the bathtub drainage was not very good. It was great that I could go to the exclusive lounge on the ladies' floor in my Room wear and slippers, and there was a coffee machine and water server. I felt the breakfast was a bit pricey. The staff were all very pleasant.

    It was a beautiful Hotel.

    The entrance was a bit hard to find, but overall it had a clean atmosphere, and the front desk, lobby, corridors, and Room were also clean. The elevator was set up so that buttons were only available for the floor with the Room. However, although it was a double for single use, I felt it would be quite tight for two people to sleep.

    The design of the bathroom is excellent.

    The bathroom was a unit bath, but having a landing where you can sit and wash your head is truly appreciated.

    Breakfast voucher not provided.

    The front desk seemed inexperienced, as the breakfast vouchers included in the Reservation were not provided without requesting them. I stayed for two nights in different Rooms, and both days I had to request the vouchers to be issued.
