    It was clean and pleasant.

    We stayed as a couple for one night with breakfast included. The twin room was very spacious and clean. The large public bath allowed us to relax, and the breakfast was delicious, making our stay very enjoyable.

    A very clean Hotel

    Due to limited availability of accommodations around Sendai Station, I stayed at Hotel Route-Inn, which happened to have a vacancy. The room was a single room on the 13th floor, and I did not notice any outside noise at all. As mentioned in the reviews, the room was very clean, the large public bath was pleasant, and the complimentary breakfast was quite good. This was my first stay at Hotel Route-Inn, but as cleanliness is very important to me, I really liked this hotel. For future trips, I will consider Hotel Route-Inn locations as one of my accommodation options.

    I had a very quiet and relaxing time. The Room was well-prepared and clean, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant stay. Thank you. The staff at the Hotel were also very courteous and welcoming.

    Visited during heavy rain.

    This Business Hotel is clean and satisfactory. The large public bath was spacious and comfortable. However, as it is located between Oroshi-machi and Rokuchonome stations, reaching it on foot during heavy rain was challenging. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was satisfying, but I rated it 4 because there was no mustard available for the chilled Chinese noodles. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    A high-quality Business Hotel in the suburbs

    As part of the Route Inn Group, the overall quality is high. The large public bath on the 2nd floor is spacious, with ample washing areas and a generously sized bathtub, allowing for a relaxing experience. However, some of the dial-lock lockers for valuables were broken (unable to set the dial). Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, but many guests staying for a city marathon formed long lines. It might be beneficial to consider flexible adjustments based on local events (while also being considerate of other guests' needs). Additionally, arranging Japanese and Western dishes more strategically could help improve flow and convenience. The guest rooms, amenities, and hospitality are impeccable—attentive and thoughtful service throughout.

    We drove from Chiba ...

    We drove from Chiba to Sendai via the Joban Expressway. The expressway access was convenient, and since the Hotel is in a newly developing area, it was quiet—overall a great location. There was a large group of high school students, so meals felt like a scramble! Still, it was very quiet during our stay. With the strong winds, the top floor swayed. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The room was spaciou...

    The room was spacious, with a sofa and desk, allowing for comfortable study. The furniture and other elements were primarily in a calming black theme, making for a relaxing stay. Next time, I would like to try the onsen. The breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay again.

    4 nights 5 days, second time use

    For my first stay, I stayed in a twin room (Airweave). It was spacious and comfortable. For my second stay this time, I stayed in a double room (Airweave). During the winter season, I think a room of this size is just right. The room warms up quickly. The bed was also large and comfortable. The artificial Onsen was also spacious and comfortable. I recommend going during less crowded times. The breakfast had a wide variety and an impressive selection. Overall, I think it's a highly recommended Hotel. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity. Since I was using a car, having a multi-story parking lot was very helpful. The lack of a convenience store nearby is a downside. You have to walk a bit to find one.
