    A convenient and clean Hotel

This Hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Station and has a clean, well-kept interior. The complimentary drink service is also appreciated. Since the Room has a microwave and a washing machine, it seems ideal for a Multiple Night Stay or if you plan to spend a lot of time in the Room. Check-out is easy and takes just 30 seconds. For long-term stays, linen changes seem to be once a week; even considering the eco-friendly approach, it felt a bit too infrequent. I noticed the next morning that the refrigerator seemed to be broken. Since it was winter, it didn’t have much impact, but the salad and drinks I had stored inside were not chilled. Overall, I think it’s a good Hotel.

    Use of Washer-Dryer

It was a last-minute reservation, but I managed to book a good accommodation. No meals included. Since it was just a one-night stay, I didn’t really need a washing machine, but as it was included in the plan, I decided to try it out for drying purposes. I don’t have a dryer at home, so this was my first experience using one. I thought I had set it up correctly after reading the instructions. The display showed about 2 and a half hours of operation time. I expected everything to be done overnight so that I could pack clean clothes and take them home in the morning. However, an error message appeared midway through the process indicating possible lint blockage during drying. I removed the indicated part but found no clogging issues. Resetting and running only the drying function again resulted in another error message each time—this happened three times in total before giving up entirely on drying fully with the machine itself! Instead hung damp items onto hangers overnight; by morning semi-dry state packed away instead returning back. Despite challenges faced unfamiliar handling laundry equipment rest aspects exceeded expectations: brand-new facilities stylish front desk card-key system amenities even including Refa device provided! Among limited stays experienced far best choice made thus far definitely consider rebooking future opportunities arise

Well-equipped rooms with separate bath and toilet for convenience.

The location is a bit far from the station, but not uncomfortably so. While it's slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the station area, finding convenience stores or restaurants is not difficult. Being close to an elevated railway means you can hear train noises, but it’s not loud enough to disturb sleep (personal opinion). The Room is spacious with a bathroom that includes a washing area, separate toilet and sink, and sliding doors that divide these areas from the bed space—perfect for maintaining privacy even when staying as a pair. The bathroom even features a rain shower. Having an in-room washer-dryer was incredibly convenient during bad weather. A large table that doubles as a dining space, chairs, and even a microwave made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. Considering these well-equipped Facilities and amenities, the cost-performance was excellent, leading to high satisfaction overall.

It is reasonably convenient from Hakata Station.

Although new, it doesn't feel very clean. There was a clump of hair stuck to the bathroom door, which was unpleasant. So, after seeing that, I couldn't relax. If you want to have fun in the Tenjin area, it's better to avoid this place. You can do laundry in the Room, which I think is convenient for hot seasons or long-term stays.

    I really like Tokyu Hotel.

The distance from Hakata Station is quite far, making it a rather challenging journey for us who have a JR commuter pass. The room is 24 square meters, with a separate bath and toilet. The round table is a bit small, but there are two windows at the front, making it very comfortable. The rear environment is also very well designed! It costs 1,560 yen by taxi from Hakata Canal City to here. We used a taxi on the way back, and although it was an old car, the driver did not help with carrying the luggage and actually charged 400 yen per piece of luggage, totaling 1,850 yen. There is a microwave, but unlike other Tokyu Hotels, you need to borrow pots and pans at the counter.
