    A more stylish Hotel than you imagined

    It was a very stylish Hotel and felt clean, and as soon as I entered the lobby it felt open and spacious—somehow it was very comfortable. There is also a free Shuttle Service, and the location is excellent. A design Hotel where every detail feels different from others. The exposed concrete walls created a great atmosphere.

    Visiting with family

    Thank you for your courteous support from the pre-arrangements through the day of our stay, aside from the incorrect handling at check-in. As four of our five family members had birthdays around the same time, we also truly appreciated your help with surprises such as gifts. We understand the Hotel will be rebranded after July; while both dinner and breakfast on the 5th floor were exceptional and the service was outstanding, it is very disappointing that this team will be disbanded. We stayed at Kawasaki King Skyfront a total of four times, including business trips, and it was a wonderful Hotel—please accept this note of appreciation. Thank you again for all your help on this visit as well.

    This time, I was concerned about an odor in the Room.

    This Hotel offers a great escape from everyday life, so I stay here from time to time. I always choose an airport-side Room and enjoy zoning out while watching planes take off and land. Sometimes I add breakfast and sometimes I don’t; this time I included it. Last time, because it was a weekend stay, the breakfast venue was crowded and there was a wait, but this time it was quiet since it was a weekday. As it’s a buffet, you can create the breakfast you like depending on what you choose. I enjoyed a healthy breakfast with plenty of vegetables. The only downside was that there was a very strong sewage-like smell coming from the shower room. It was quite unpleasant and I considered asking to change Rooms, but instead I kept the window open the whole time and ran the air purifier at maximum to get through it. This is the first time this has happened.

    A relaxing Hotel where you can also enjoy a walk

    Located along the canal with a great view. The Room interior is spacious and relaxing. The café, restaurant, and table tennis area are stylish as well. Breakfast was delicious, with local sweets and steak. It was a wonderful Hotel!

    Would love to stay again.

    The moment I stepped into the hotel, my excitement soared. The room and all areas had a cohesive and beautiful interior design, which was truly satisfying. The front desk and other staff were all smiles, creating a comfortable atmosphere. I would love to stay here again to enjoy the hotel life.

    Overall, it was great.

    Overall, it was a good experience. It would have been nice to see more airplanes. The bath was very relaxing. The meals were satisfying with a wide variety of bread, steamed vegetables, and plenty of side dishes for rice. However, there were no bath towels in the Room, so my mother went to the bath without one. When we informed the staff about the missing towels, they brought them to us but only said "Here you go" without any apology. That part was disappointing.

    Satisfied among Business Hotels

    This is my second visit. It's great that you can enjoy a free and fun time, such as sightseeing at Haneda Airport. I think this is one of the top-ranked Business Hotels. I will use it again if I have the chance.

    Quite comfortable among Business Hotels.

    It was my first time staying, and despite being a Business Hotel, the lobby was spacious and had a sense of openness. With the complimentary drink voucher, I enjoyed a relaxing drink at the hotel's café. Being close to Haneda Airport, I used the shuttle bus to explore Haneda Airport as well! The cost performance is excellent, so I would love to stay again.

    The best Hotel near Haneda Airport

    I frequently use this accommodation when work is busy with overtime or after returning from business trips, as it is close to my workplace. Despite the extreme rise in accommodation costs in Tokyo, this place keeps the impact minimal, making it relatively accessible for business use. It feels like a mix between a city hotel and a business hotel, but the front desk staff provide city hotel-level service, ensuring no discomfort at any time. Since I always check in and out late at night or early morning, I have never had the chance to try their meals, which is my only regret. Someday, I hope to stay here more leisurely. For those who don't mind walking on non-windy days, I recommend walking from Terminal 3 to reach the hotel. It takes about 20 minutes and offers stunning views of the Tama River Sky Bridge that are truly refreshing.

    The restaurant is simply not good.

    The dinner at the restaurant attached to the Hotel was extremely disappointing. It felt like a waste of time and money. We paid 7,000 yen per person for an all-you-can-drink plan and requested a seat with a view for our first visit, which was granted as hoped. The view was stunning, and the first beer and some snacks arrived within about 10 minutes. However, the problems started after that. While they would take drink orders when glasses were empty, no water was served unless specifically requested. Most importantly, food service came to a halt. The next dish was supposed to be anchovy potatoes—something that shouldn't take long—but it never came out promptly. Looking around the restaurant, many other guests were also waiting endlessly while only two or three tables seemed to be prioritized. We waited over 40 minutes before finally speaking up to staff about this unacceptable delay; only then did food start coming out more quickly for us. However, we noticed other tables still waiting over an hour for dishes like steak bowls or hamburgers. The atmosphere at our table became tense as my two female friends grew visibly upset and eventually stopped talking altogether while eating in silence before leaving in frustration. One foreign staff member worked tirelessly without breaks and apologized where possible; meanwhile, at what appeared to be a live kitchen station with teppanyaki cooking happening nearby, one chef seemed overwhelmed but continued working non-stop at high speed despite being alone on duty (one-man operation). On the other hand, male service staff ignored calls from customers or delegated tasks like taking orders back onto already exhausted foreign colleagues while merely delivering plates themselves—this gave off an impression of poor teamwork management overall. Additionally troubling incidents included families behaving irresponsibly: one group placed their baby (in diapers) directly on high terrace tables meant for dining while taking photos without concern for hygiene or safety risks involved due both height & intoxication levels observed among adults present there too! Lastly—and unrelatedly—the morning bath experience turned awkward when another guest unexpectedly entered mid-wash session unannounced!

    I was looking forward to it, but it was a bit disappointing.

    The location and scenery were good, and it was a clean and nice Hotel, but the breakfast guidance was very disappointing. It was fine to wait for our turn during the crowded breakfast time, but despite many empty seats, we were not guided to them for quite a while. Many guests were kept waiting. I became concerned about whether the operations and training were properly in place. Additionally, there was no explanation for the delayed guidance, which was disappointing.

    Small trip

    I had to stay in Kawasaki for some errands, and I decided to look for a place with a bit of atmosphere rather than just being close to the station. ...It was beyond my imagination. Truly Brooklyn! It felt like staying in a thoughtful hotel in the West, not in Japan. The concept permeates not only the building but also the room switches, chairs, and hanger racks, making it comfortable. The room is not spacious, but the ceiling is high, and if you are on the river view side, you can see the river flowing leisurely and the runway shining in the morning glow right in front of you. The planes are low and large! But not noisy. You can also see people leisurely enjoying fishing and cycling (it's nice that there aren't too many people), and just watching them makes you feel relaxed. Of course, the morning walk was great. The breakfast also had a lot of local products, and I was happy with the multigrain rice. The fact that the coffee is organic Ogawa Coffee is also a delight. I never stayed at a hotel when using Haneda Airport because it's close, but it seems perfect for use before and after flights. Not only that, but I thought it was a lovely hotel for a little change of pace. It's a business hotel (? Really?) so the affordable price is also nice. I thought it would be nice to visit again for a change of pace when I remember. Thank you very much.
