  It was conveniently located near the station.

  This was my first stay. It was very convenient, just a 1-minute walk from the station. The views were great, including the Shinkansen, the Bessho Line, and the mountains.

  The noise from nearby Rooms was slightly noticeable.

  Complete silence cannot be guaranteed, but during this stay, I noticed voices that made me consider consulting the front desk, despite having used this place multiple times before. The Facility itself was perfectly fine.

  Conveniently located...

  What is the view from the room window?

  Was it because I didn't make a request in advance? The view from the room's window was nonexistent, with a building wall just a few meters away. Although the room was on one of the lower floors, there were rooms on the same floor just two doors down that had views of the Chikuma River. Even though it was during a weekday between holidays, it didn’t seem like there were many guests. If there were any specific circumstances, I would have appreciated being informed beforehand to understand better. This has never happened before when booking through IKYU.com. I checked in at night but had left my luggage earlier in the day and informed them that I would return later; my Check Reservation was already completed. The room itself was clean and compact yet comfortable, but unfortunately, the oppressive feeling when opening the window left me with a disappointing impression overall.

However, we deeply apologize for the lack of consideration regarding the view from your Room window. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. Due to the building's structure, approximately half of the single Rooms on the 4th floor (smoking floor) and 5th floor (non-smoking floor) do not have a view. If you inform us in advance, we will do our best to arrange a Room with a better view. We are also grateful for your kind words regarding the cleanliness of our Rooms.   It was comfortable.

  The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. If I had to point out something, the angle of the showerhead hook in the bathroom was set too high, causing the water to hit above my face (I am 174 cm tall). It might be a bit inconvenient for women.

  A classic business hotel.

  Stayed here the night before visiting Kakeyu Onsen. The service and room are simple, but everything necessary is well-prepared. Arriving at night, it was great that it's right in front of the Onsen entrance. The room was clean as well. I will stay here again when I visit Ueda.

  Motorcycle Trip

  I used this property for a motorcycle trip. Having a motorcycle parking lot is a condition for choosing a property, so I was satisfied with this hotel. Although it cannot accommodate many motorcycles, it was nice to have a covered area. Since it is close to the station, there were plenty of restaurants, so I didn't feel inconvenienced.

  Very satisfied.

  Cost performance, location, free parking, Room, and bed were all excellent. As expected from Tokyu Hotel. However, the toothbrush in the amenities was too hard, which was disappointing. Also, I felt that the breakfast buffet could have had more variety. In any case, it's a Hotel I want to repeat.

  Ueda town walking access OK

  I stayed there by car. The free parking was great, and it was very convenient for exploring the city. It was also convenient to get water from the server using the cup in the room. Basically, it was good, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing. There were few options, and considering the price, I thought it would be better if they could reconsider the menu a bit more.
