    A distinctive Hotel worth staying at

    Although the number of Rooms is limited, the comfortable large public bath with an open-air bath, the delicious bread-focused breakfast, and the natural Room interior with wooden flooring set it apart from other Hotels and leave a great impression. It would be even better if the amenity buffet offered a wider selection.

    Receiving the QR cod...

    Receiving the QR code before arrival was helpful, as it meant there was no need to fill anything out after check-in. The Room felt bright with a warm wood finish, and the bathroom was comfortable. A luggage rack would be convenient, especially for guests with suitcases.

    Within walking distance of IG Arena

    It was a very clean Hotel. It is located a little away from the Sakae entertainment district, so it was quiet at night. There is also a large public bath, and I had a great time staying with my family. The biggest advantage is that IG Arena is within about a 15-minute walk, making it easy to go to concerts and games. I would like to stay here again. Also, the breakfast sandwiches were filling, well made, and delicious.

    The front entrance was locked as we checked in past midnight, but the female staff member kindly assisted us. Despite being very affordable, the Room was clean and comfortable. The large public bath on the top floor, available until 2 AM, was a great bonus. During breakfast, the friendly service from a charming female staff member and the delicious food made for a pleasant experience. However, the male staff member who assisted during check-out left a bad impression. When I asked for help with using the machine to check out, he remained distant and unhelpful to an extent that it ruined my morning mood. Other than that, it was an excellent Hotel overall!

    The breakfast sandwiches are delicious.

    We stayed for two nights as a couple. The Room was clean, the bed was spacious, and having separate toilet and bath made it very convenient. The large public bath was also spacious and not crowded, allowing us to relax. It was slightly disappointing that there was no safety box in the Room, but everything else was very satisfying. Above all, the breakfast sandwiches were packed with ingredients, the bread was delicious, and with six varieties to choose from, we never got tired of them even after two nights. The value for money is excellent! Thank you very much!

    Dirty

    The front desk service and cleanliness were extremely disappointing at this Hotel. After checking in, I entered the Room to find hair gathered by the bedside and two mugs with green onion residue still stuck on them. In the public bath, the shower drains were clogged, causing slow drainage and resulting in a puddle of dirty water on the floor. I have stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans both domestically and internationally, but I have never had such a terrible experience before. Even at this price range, cleanliness should be maintained. While offering hospitality may not always be possible, providing smiles or greetings to guests should not be considered unnecessary—if so, machines would suffice for that role.

    Would like to use it again if given the opportunity.

    It was very clean and comfortable. I thought the interior design of the Room was beautiful. Being able to take off shoes before entering the Room was also nice.

    Reasonable

    The location is not bad, and the facilities and equipment are reasonable with no particular shortcomings. There is a large public bath and an open-air bath where you can relax. Other than the backrest of the chair being worn out and peeling, there were no issues, and I was satisfied with the cost performance.

    I wonder how it will be?

    The fact that the toilet is separate and the Hotel is clean and new was good. There was only one towel in the Room, and if you use it in the large public bath, it gets wet, and there is nothing to use in the Room. Checking in after 9 PM, there was no drink service, which was inconvenient. The bed is soft, so it causes back pain. Breakfast is delicious, but considering the price, it's only bread and vegetables, so I would like yogurt and milk cornflakes to be available for free. The bath is narrow and terrible. There is space for only three people to wash, so you have to stand and wait. The changing room is also very narrow, so much so that you can't pass by each other. I was surprised.

    Stylish, clean, and efficient

    Overall, the place has a good sense of style (without unnecessary designs or services), the bath is spacious with an open-air bath, and although the guest rooms are not large, they have a comfortable feel. It's not perfect, but I felt it would be nice to visit again.

    The location of the hotel is excellent.

    The breakfast was very delicious. The café on the first floor is my favorite. The large public bath on the 12th floor, which also has a sauna, was also very satisfying. I will be staying here again next time.
