    Parking Use and Noise from Air Conditioning Equipment, etc.

    Thank you for letting us park free of charge after we had reserved paid parking in advance because space was available. At night, we noticed a slight noise, possibly from the air-conditioning system. Since we stayed in a twin room, it would have been helpful to have one more chair, but everything else was satisfactory.

    It was comfortable.

    I accidentally booked a smoking Room, but they promptly changed it for me. It’s close to the station, and the Room was clean and comfortable. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel just steps from the station, with friendly staff.

    The property is very close to the station and easy to find. There are many places to eat nearby, making it very convenient and highly recommended. The Room was relatively spacious, so we could relax comfortably even with our suitcases open. Both the interior and the Facility were clean and well equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The hair dryer worked great. We were also able to borrow a hair iron at the front desk. The loungewear with Hikonyan embroidery was very cute. All of the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was a big help that they could store our luggage even after check-out. Thanks to you, we had a comfortable trip—thank you very much. Next time, we would like to book meals as well.

    Highly satisfied.

    There were souvenirs and plenty of free sightseeing brochures, so I felt excited as soon as I walked in! The room was clean and very comfortable, and the bed was cozy—I slept soundly through the night. I’m very satisfied. Thank you very much. If you purchase Hikonyan souvenirs totaling 1,000 yen or more, you will receive a complimentary Hikonyan keychain!

    Delicious dinner

    The kaiseki meal was both visually appealing and delicious, ending with an impressive Omi beef shabu-shabu. Despite being a business hotel near the station, the well-prepared course meal was impressive, and on a cold snowy day, the warm hospitality was much appreciated. The room was simple but clean, with a choice of pillows and a humidifier available for loan, which was nice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is no Onsen public bath available.

    Convenient and comfortable.

    Conveniently located near the station, providing a comfortable stay. The front desk service was excellent. I would love to stay here again if given the opportunity.

    What a disappointment in the end.

    Exclusive Plan for Guests Aged 60 and Over: Enjoyed the meals at this price, and with a 12 PM checkout, I planned to rest and depart leisurely after a tiring sightseeing trip. However, I received a checkout call at 10:30 AM. When I inquired about the 12 PM checkout time, another staff member informed me that it only applies to Sunroute members and not through IKYU. I hurriedly packed up and went to the front desk without checking further details as it felt troublesome at that moment. Unfortunately, my plans afterward were disrupted, leaving me exhausted. Even now when I look back, wasn't it supposed to be until 12 PM?

    Conveniently located

    We used this for our annual reunion trip. Located in the middle of a dining district, it is very convenient for eating out. The parking lot is across the street, so it might be slightly inconvenient for those traveling by car. The Facility and amenities are adequate and standard for a Business Hotel.

    Breakfast included!

    One of the purposes of the trip was to enjoy the Sakura Festival at Hikone Castle. The castle is about a 10-minute walk from the Hotel, making it easy to visit during the day, night, and even the next day. The Room was a semi-double (13m²), which felt small for two people, but the bed was fine for a couple. We chose this Hotel for its cost-performance value. There wasn’t much space for luggage, so we placed plastic sheets on the floor to put our belongings on. We selected a Plan with breakfast included. It featured a Japanese-style set meal along with buffet options such as salad, bread, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, and various drinks (milk, orange juice, iced coffee, hot coffee). It was very satisfying. The Hotel parking lot was free (parking around the castle costs 1,000 yen). Initially planning to stay on Sunday for lower rates but changed to Saturday due to rain in the forecast; this increased our budget slightly. Hikone Castle is truly an amazing place!

    Relaxation in Hikone

    This was a one-night, two-day trip. Attracted by the cherry blossoms of Hikone Castle, I visited the area. On the first day, being a Sunday, it was crowded, and with the cherry blossoms only 60% in bloom, it felt slightly underwhelming. I strolled from the castle to Castle Road and visited my destination with satisfaction. On the second day, with good weather and rising temperatures, the cherry blossoms were almost in full bloom. It turned out to be a wonderful trip with great memories. The Hotel Reservation for this trip was made a week in advance, but I managed to find a convenient place to stay.

    It was dirty.

    We stayed in the Ishida Mitsunari Room at the request of our child during a family trip. Since our child is a preschooler, they were a Child Sharing Existing Bedding. First, there were no amenities or pajamas prepared for the child. Perhaps our confirmation was insufficient. Also, only adult towels were provided. The child was satisfied with the Room. They enjoyed the Battle of Sekigahara as a board game. However, due to the Mitsunari-themed decor, it was simply dirty. An umbrella was placed between the twin beds, but it was covered in dust. Sleeping directly under it was terrifying. Other Mitsunari-themed items were also dusty. We wanted to check out as soon as possible. We heard from Reviews that breakfast was good for a business Hotel. Well, it was so-so. The child was free, but the plate provided later for the child was dirty, clearly a used plate. It was covered in what seemed like sugar. An older staff member brought it, so perhaps they couldn't see it. However, it was strange that a clearly used plate was served first thing in the morning at breakfast. I thought it was a Hotel I couldn't recommend for hygiene reasons. However, my son was delighted with the Mitsunari Room, saying it was a lot of fun. We can tolerate the plate since we don't have to use it, but it was disappointing that the Room cleaning was not done well. I hope for improvement.

    Close to the station

    Close to the station and convenient. Used the Sekkisei course with my daughter. The accommodation fee is not high, so I thought it was an easy-to-stay hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The room wear (pajamas?) had Hikonyan embroidery and was cute. Breakfast is partly buffet, but basically, it is a set Japanese meal with natto, seasoned seaweed, Japanese side dishes, miso soup, fish, and dessert. The buffet was almost the same for both days of our two-day stay. There were several types of bread in the buffet. The breakfast area had a very calm interior, making it a pleasant dining experience. The only disappointment was the smell of sewage in the bathroom. I hope this can be improved.

    The location is excellent.

    It is very close to the station, and there are plenty of dining options available. Although it was the weekend, it was a reasonably priced and satisfactory Stays. I left something at a restaurant, but the front desk staff kindly assisted in retrieving it, providing excellent service. Thank you for your help, it made for a great trip.

    It is a clean Hotel.

    Thank you for your hospitality at that time. On the day, the only available option was a smoking Room as it was fully booked. At first, it smelled of tobacco, but it was so well-maintained that I got used to it and didn't notice it anymore. I had trouble after failing to shave, and when I contacted them, they promptly provided me with a band-aid. Thank you very much. If I have another opportunity to stay in Hikone, I would like to use your services again.
