    A Hotel I’ve stayed at many times. The rates are affordable, and the service exceeds expectations. I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you always.

    It’s classic.

    The Room was dark, and the interior—gold and red—felt dusty, with a retro Showa-era atmosphere. There was an indescribable odor trapped in the Room, which surprised me. Perhaps because it was a rainy day, it seemed like a mix of smells from the drain and old cigarette residue absorbed into the walls. Even running the air purifier at full power didn’t remove it. There is a step at the entrance to the bathroom, so you could trip if you’re not careful. It was disappointing that the bidet toilet seat was dirty. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and delicious. The curry tasted great, just as its reputation suggests. With a bus stop right in front and JR Nara Station nearby, the location is good, so if the lighting, interior renovation, and drain odor are improved, I think there will be more repeat guests.

    One-night solo trip

    This was my first time staying here. It was an assigned Room, but it was a clean twin Room with a bath, and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again.

    It was too clean.

    The Room was thoroughly cleaned and exceptionally spotless—it was hard to believe it was maintained by the same Hotel’s housekeeping staff. The bed was clean, and both the bathroom and toilet were easy to use. The front desk staff were also very courteous. Choosing this Hotel for our stay was the right decision.

    Just a short walk from JR Nara Station.

    It’s really close by and very convenient. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at a nearby izakaya in the evening.

    The bed is comfortable.

    Thank you for taking care of us on our trip with my daughter. The Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The mattress provided firm support, and I slept soundly and comfortably through the night until morning. I would like to stay here again.

    A relaxing Hotel, conveniently located for sightseeing in Nara!

    I got some time off, so I decided to go to Nara for street food. This time I made a Reservation for an “assigned Room,” but they upgraded me to a larger Room. It was on the second floor, and the large window faced the neighboring building, so there wasn’t much natural light. The road was also close by, so it didn’t feel very quiet. Still, it was a great value stay, and the staff were kind. I think it’s a comfortable Hotel. I’d like to visit again!

    For Centurion lovers~

    I previously stayed at the Centurion & Spa Classic in Izumo and had a wonderful experience, so I chose this Hotel as well. The Room and breakfast were exactly what I hoped for, and the “foot bath where your feet don’t get wet” was also fun! Even though I requested a Room change close to my stay date, they handled it very politely. Although they were cleaning before checkout, they unlocked the rooftop terrace for me and even provided blankets. Everyone was so kind, and it was a truly heartwarming Hotel!! Even if I’m not sightseeing in Nara, I’d like to stay at this Hotel as the main purpose of my trip!

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    It was our first trip to Nara by car. A few days before our stay, we received an email from the hotel with parking information. Since it was our first time in Nara, the staff kindly guided us through unfamiliar traffic, and we were able to park safely. The staff were very polite and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in. However, the remote control batteries seemed low, making the display slightly hard to see, but it wasn’t a major issue. Breakfast offered a variety of dishes that exceeded expectations for such an affordable accommodation fee, and coffee was available freely as well. Being located near the station meant there were plenty of restaurants nearby where we could enjoy local specialties for dinner. We would definitely like to stay at this hotel again when visiting Nara!

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near JR Nara Station with a bus stop nearby. The Facility appears old, but the water facilities, lighting, and outlets are well-maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable, making it satisfactory as a Business Hotel. The pricing felt slightly high but might be due to the season. Breakfast was personally disappointing as it focused heavily on curry dishes with strong flavors, which didn’t suit my preference for Japanese-style meals. However, it wasn’t lacking in quality or taste and would likely appeal to those who enjoy such menus. My Room was upgraded—thank you very much!

    High cost performance

    Considering the Facility, it offers sufficient content at half the price of Kyoto. The only drawback is that it is located in an area northeast of JR Nara Station where there are no bars or restaurants.

    The staff's attentiveness was excellent, and the breakfast was varied and enjoyable, making for a very relaxing stay.

    Careful checks are required.

    One of the light bulbs in the Room was out, leaving the space dim. It was unfortunate as everything else was generally good. I look forward to using your service again next time. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It was great.

    - Stayed here on the day of visiting Toshodaiji Temple and Yakushiji Temple. Conveniently located near a bus stop. - The Room was relatively spacious, with a sofa, making it comfortable to stay. - Staff service (check-in/out, luggage storage, etc.) was excellent. - One minor concern was the pillow being slightly high and firm, which took some getting used to.

    Thank you very much.

    This was my first time using this accommodation. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay, so next time I would like to try staying at one of the hotels in another area of the same group. The only slight disappointment was that I couldn't figure out how to request room cleaning during a multiple night stay, which is why I deducted one star. Other than that, I am satisfied.

    A Hotel with Attentive Staff

    The front desk offered seated check-in, and not only during check-in but also whenever we went out, the staff would promptly stand up and greet us with a smile. The Room and shared spaces were impeccably clean, making our first stay here very pleasant. Breakfast was delightful, served in a meal plate & mini buffet style. The plate included a deliciously spiced curry soup, which was a unique experience for Hotel breakfast. We would love to book a meal-inclusive Plan again to enjoy it once more. With checkout available until 11:00 AM, we had time to stroll around Naramachi and take a rest afterward. Additionally, we were upgraded to a larger Room where we could relax comfortably. Next time, I’d like to try the “non-wet foot bath” with its provided vinyl cover as well! Thank you very much for your hospitality during our stay!

    Modern and conveniently located

    It was very convenient as it was only 5 or 6 minutes to both Kintetsu and JR Nara stations. The building is still new, so it was clean and I had a comfortable stay. The woman at the reception was competent and pleasant, and even though it was before check-in, she kindly took care of my luggage. However, the Japanese spoken by the foreign man who explained the facilities was too fast, so I could hardly understand it. It was disappointing as it seemed he didn't consider the listener's understanding. Other than that, it was a satisfying Multiple Night Stay.

    I stayed for sightse...

    I stayed for sightseeing in Nara. Most of the staff were foreigners, but they provided courteous service and hospitality in fluent Japanese, allowing me to have a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    A unique Hotel in many ways

    My wife stayed. We used Kintetsu Nara, so it was a bit of a walk, but the weather was nice, so it wasn't a problem. The front desk staff was an Indian? woman, and when we requested a map of Nara, she went to where they were kept and handed it to us with a smile. The room was a corner twin on the top floor, but due to the location, the view was of the surrounding buildings, so we peeked a little outside from the back window, and didn't open the curtain on the window by the head of the bed. As mentioned in other people's reviews, there was a pillar in front of the sofa by the window, so we didn't use it. The TV screen seemed too large considering you could only watch it from the bed right in front. The room was clean and comfortable, but since we used it without slippers, the step in the bathroom was quite high, making it difficult to get in and out. The room wear was like what you wear during a health check-up; I would have preferred a separate top and bottom, but maybe it couldn't be helped due to size constraints. The breakfast curry included several types like butter chicken and Malaysian style, and was delicious. It was a bit interesting as it had a different feel from other hotels.

    The customer service is unacceptable.

    Due to a train delay, I checked in late at night. Even after giving my name, there was no confirmation of my reservation for quite some time, which made me anxious. When I tried to ask if my reservation was in place, I was interrupted with "Please wait a moment." It seems like a hotel where you shouldn't speak until spoken to by the staff. The guest room and bathroom were clean and very nice.
