  I’d like to stay here again.

  Although it is in a quiet area, it was still within walking distance of the lively Shijo district and conveniently located for using the subway and buses. The room and bathroom were clean. The complimentary mineral water was also appreciated. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

Our Hotel is located near Shijo-Karasuma, almost in the center of Kyoto City, with convenient access to city buses and the subway, and within walking distance of sightseeing spots such as Nishiki Market. In the guest rooms, we provide mineral water containing silica. We are truly honored by your words, “I would like to stay again.” While there may have been areas where we fell short, all of our staff will continue striving to ensure you enjoy an even more comfortable stay on your next visit.   I was satisfied.

  The bath and toilet are separate, and there is a washbasin in the Room. It’s compact but calm, and the bed was comfortable. However, I was bothered by the smell of one of the pillows. I was told the lounge could be used until 10:00 PM, but since a cloth was covering the drink machine, I assumed drinks were not being provided and returned to my Room. I stay in Kyoto with my daughter about three times a year, so I would like to use this Accommodation again.

We are delighted to hear that you were satisfied with our Facility and the service provided by our staff. At Hotel Vista, our guest rooms—designed with separate bath and toilet areas—have been well received. Were you able to relax comfortably in a bathroom that is not a unit bath? However, we apologize for any inconvenience regarding the pillows. We will share your comments with our housekeeping department and work on improvements. Currently, the lounge is open as a free space until 10:00 p.m. Unfortunately, we do not provide beverages, but you are welcome to bring in food and drinks. We also have coloring sheets and origami available, which we hope you can enjoy with your children as a pleasant change of pace. We are honored that you plan to travel with your daughter and that you chose our Hotel as one of your everyday pleasures.   I stayed here to enj...

  I stayed here to enjoy the Abare Kannon and Yamaboko Junko during the Gion Festival's latter festival. The Room had a wood-grain design, providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was small but included a washing area, and the toilet was separate, making it convenient to use. In the lounge, guests could freely enjoy drinks like barley tea and coffee—a particularly delightful service during the hot season. For the Yamaboko Junko, I had purchased paid viewing seats but wasn’t sure what time I’d return to the Hotel. So, I checked out before 9 AM after leaving my luggage at reception. When I returned later to pick up my luggage, feeling slightly tired from the heat, I asked if I could rest in the lobby for a while. The staff kindly informed me that I could still use the lounge for some rest—something I truly appreciated. This was my second stay here, and if I have another chance to visit Kyoto again in the future, I'd love to stay here once more!

Currently, we offer an exclusive lounge for staying guests from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests are welcome to bring their own meals such as bento boxes and enjoy them in the lounge.   Thank you for your hospitality during the New Year.

  I was looking forward to it because it was New Year's, but I was a little disappointed because the breakfast was different from the photos others had posted, and I was expecting ginger pork. The service and Facility were clean. If I had known that the New Year's meal content would change, I would have preferred to go at a regular time.
