    A Hotel in an Excellent Location

    Conveniently located near the Shinkansen entrance, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The Room was clean, and the bathtub was large, making it comfortable to stay.

    The female staff member at the front desk was very helpful—although I arrived early, she let me into my Room before 3:00 p.m., which I really appreciated. It’s directly connected to the station, so you won’t get wet even when it rains. Amenities are picked up from beside the front desk, and there’s neither shortage nor excess—if you’re fine with that setup, it’s very practical. The Facility is old, and the bathtub in the Room is small. I do wish the price were a bit lower. I think I’ll stay here again. There are other chains nearby that I usually use, but this is the only one directly connected to the station where you can stay dry.

    When I asked for advice after buying refrigerated items before check-in, the front desk kindly stored them in their refrigerator. It was a huge help! The amenities were well stocked, and I was also happy to be able to try the shower in my Room. It’s close to the Shinkansen station, so even though my train was early, I could relax until the last minute.

    We stayed as a paren...

    We stayed as a parent and child the night before an entrance exam. The room and the unit bath were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Although it was along a main road, we couldn’t hear any noise, so it was peaceful. This time, we were able to stay in the ANNEX building that was featured on TV, and since it was such a nice Hotel, it became a wonderful memory for us. I hope my exam results are successful! Thank you very much.

    You can reach the Hotel from the station without getting wet.

    The front desk staff, who represent the face of the Hotel, left a great impression with their smiles. I have often encountered expressionless staff at other places. The Room was clean, and unlike some hotels where the bathroom area can be disappointing, this Hotel had a spotless bathroom. Soaking in the bathtub was very pleasant. There is a staircase leading underground right in front of the Hotel, allowing easy access to Nagoya Station without getting wet—very convenient. I would love to stay here again.

    It was just right, nothing lacking or excessive.

    A clean and comfortable place for a one-night stay, offering services that perfectly matched the price. The variety of coffee and tea options, as well as the well-prepared amenities for women, exceeded expectations. Conveniently located near the station with excellent access. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have another opportunity to visit Nagoya. Thank you very much!

    Convenient!

    Just steps away from Nagoya Station Shinkansen Exit, making it very convenient. A wide variety of amenities were available, including cleansing and face wash, which was helpful. The selection of teas, such as honey tea, is also a highlight. With a coin laundry available, you can travel lighter.

    I left something behind. The next day, I used the Hotel's online inquiry form to request confirmation about my lost item, and within about an hour, I received a call from the front desk informing me that they had kept it safe. Even when I couldn't answer the phone, they promptly followed up with an email. I truly appreciated their help. Thank you very much!

    Clean and tidy

    I stayed here before and was very satisfied with the cleanliness and value for money. This time, I returned and found it just as clean, with excellent staff service. I will definitely stay here again next time.

    Affordable and comfortable stay.

    Perfect for the price. Right in front of Nagoya Station after getting off the Shinkansen. Compact and well-organized, with a clean bathtub and comfortable bed. Even though I checked in late, there was staff available at the front desk. A convenience store is also nearby. You might hear some voices from people passing through the hallway, but it wasn't bothersome for me. This is a Hotel I would like to check out again when visiting Nagoya.

    Convenient and safe, close to the station.

    Very convenient and close to Nagoya Station. The front desk staff were pleasant, and I was able to choose my preferred pillow for a comfortable sleep. I felt safe staying alone as a woman.

    I found my favorite Hotel!

    I was looking for a Hotel close to the Shinkansen exit, and it was a very clean and nice Hotel. Even though I checked in late at night, it was close to the station, and there was a convenience store on the way, so I felt safe. Necessary items (makeup remover, lotion, cotton swabs, cotton pads, etc.) could be selected in the lobby, and I was able to sleep soundly thanks to choosing a pillow that suited my preference. It was my first time using this Hotel, but the front desk staff kindly explained everything, and I was able to enjoy the wonderful novelty buffet! I especially appreciated the large body towel. The quality of the makeup remover and lotion was also good. I thought a shower would be enough, but the bathtub was well-cleaned, so I was able to fill it with hot water and relax my body. If there are Hotels with the same name in other cities, I would like to use them as well. However, just one thing—the elevator is small and can only fit 1-2 people, so it might be hard to use during the morning checkout time. I only had a backpack and was on a low floor, so I used the stairs, and it wasn’t a problem for me. When staying in Nagoya, I would definitely like to use this Property again! Thank you very much!

    Access is excellent.

    I used it for a business trip, so the access from the Shinkansen was excellent. The Room was clean and well-maintained, and personally, I appreciated the air purifier with a humidifier. Breakfast was served from 5 a.m., which is the earliest I've experienced in my business trips across the whole country. However, the venue was a beef bowl restaurant, and I was told to sit at the counter, experiencing a beef bowl restaurant counter for the first time. The rice was piled high, which might be satisfying for men, but it was a disappointing breakfast for women.

    The location is excellent.

    The location was excellent, as even if it suddenly rained, the stairs to the underground shopping area of the station were right in front of the building, and there were plenty of restaurants. However, I was slightly concerned about the noise from the neighboring and upper floors, but it was not enough to disturb my sleep. The way to adjust the bath water was a bit difficult to understand, and the drainage was slightly poor, but it was very clean and well-maintained, making it a sufficient hotel for Shinkansen users. By the way, there is a Yoshinoya on the first floor, which was very convenient. I will use it again, thank you very much.
