    Just right.

    Conveniently located in Osaka City, yet it was quiet and relaxing. Surrounded by trees, the exterior felt serene, and the Room had Japanese-style touches. There seemed to be many international guests, but the atmosphere was calm and I had a comfortable stay. From the evening, there was a free drink service and a space where you can unwind. I stayed during an extremely hot day, so it was wonderful to come back from outside and take a refreshing break. The udon breakfast and tamagoyaki sandwich were also delicious. Overall it’s compact, but everything felt just right for me. The staff were also very courteous. Thank you very much.

    This is why our Review satisfaction rating is so high in the highly competitive Honmachi area.

    I searched for an Accommodation around Hommachi, Shinsaibashi, Sakaisuji-Hommachi, and Umeda. Because the Reviews were good, I stayed here—and it was absolutely the right choice. It was a stay between work commitments and I only needed a place to sleep, but the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The staff at the breakfast venue were all energetic and wonderfully attentive. There were no unnecessary amenities in the Room, so it felt neat and uncluttered. The white-based interior was bright, and perhaps because the lines of the furniture were so clean and straight, it felt spacious. I saw in Reviews that some Rooms have better facilities than those on the top floor, so next time I’d like to stay in one of those. The only disappointing thing was at checkout: there were three front desk staff members there, but no one spoke to me or guided me (“This way, please”). There were no other guests either—so I wondered why. They may have been working on something, but it would have helped if someone had simply said “Please wait a moment.” Since there are many floors, I understand that waiting for the elevator is unavoidable. When I was waiting for the elevator at check-in, the mixed juice prepared in the dining area next to reception was very delicious.

    The bath has a TV and a waterfall shower, making it a great value.\nThe Room is a bit small and the desk is also small, so there isn’t much space to put things.

    Affordable for both business and sightseeing

    The first-floor restaurant offered free drinks until 23:00, so I could relax without worrying. There seem to be many international guests, but it’s also recommended for business stays. It’s close to Honmachi Station, with restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. The downside is that the neighboring building is too close to the Room, so I couldn’t open the blinds because I worried someone might look in. Also, the building’s lights were far too bright all night and couldn’t be blocked even with the blinds. If you’re sensitive to brightness when sleeping, it’s best to mention at check-in that you’d like to change Rooms.

    The food is delicious!

    Conveniently located near Hommachi Station with easy access, and there was also a convenience store just a short walk from the Hotel. I reserved a high-floor Room, so I was able to relax and fully enjoy the bathroom with a washing area, including the waterfall shower and jet bath. If possible, I would be happy if even just the Rooms with bathrooms that include a washing area provided bath salts. I brought my own just in case, and I’m glad I did. Lastly, the food was excellent—the dashi flavor was outstanding. It was disappointing that I couldn’t try the late-night ramen, but I’d like to stay again someday. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

    All the staff were friendly and kind, and I had a very comfortable stay. It was very helpful that the lounge’s complimentary drinks were available until 11:00 PM. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but everything was delicious, with both Japanese and Western options. The fluffy egg sandwich in particular was outstanding. It’s close to the station and located almost in the middle of the loop line, making it convenient for getting anywhere. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance. It became a wonderful memory—thank you very much.

    They responded quickly to any issues.

    Due to an unusual issue, we had to change Rooms. Although it was not ideal from a security standpoint, we were unsure whether it was the default setting, so we contacted the front desk and they promptly changed our Room. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it is close to the station, so I think you can stay comfortably.

    A clean and efficient Hotel

    I used the accommodation after visiting the Expo. They kindly stored our luggage before we went to the venue, and by the time we checked in, it had already been delivered to our room, which was very helpful. Although the room became full when futons were laid out for four people, it wasn't inconvenient as we mainly used it just for sleeping. The beds were spacious, and the room was clean and comfortable. The lobby was small and crowded; it would be better if it were a bit more spacious.

    Osaka's subway is very convenient.

    I chose this location because it’s a 2-minute walk from Honmachi Station, making it convenient for visiting the Expo. However, I was surprised that it took about 10 minutes to walk when transferring from the Midosuji Line to the Chuo Line. It’s my fault for not researching thoroughly beforehand.

    It is a good Hotel.

    We stayed as a family of three to visit the Osaka Expo. The subway station was nearby, and there were convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel, making it very convenient. All the staff were pleasant and made our stay comfortable. Thank you very much!

    I stayed here for my visit to the Osaka Expo. The location was convenient, being close to the station, and I could reach the Expo without any transfers. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Expo.

    Conveniently located near the station!

    The staff was very polite and thorough in addressing my inquiries! I traveled by car, and there were plenty of parking options nearby, which was very convenient. The Hotel was close to the station, making it extremely easy to get to Yoshimoto or the Osaka Expo without any transfers.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff were very accommodating and provided a sense of security. They also kindly checked if there were any issues regarding staying at the hotel with a wheelchair. The standard twin room was simple, but moving around inside with a wheelchair was stress-free, which was greatly appreciated.
